About the role
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the strategic delivery of strong marcomms campaigns and content creation that help meet programme targets, raise the profile of our work and drive increased targeted engagement with our programmes and services.
Your main focus will be on programmes to engage our schools audiences, including teachers, careers leaders and young people. You will also drive engagement with organisations that run STEM outreach activities to help make all schools outreach more impactful.
In your role you will manage recruitment campaigns and marcomms for EUK Education (our schools-facing brand) and associated programmes such as Big Bang. You will also manage social channels, web editing and some design elements, as well as supporting on wider marketing communications to our corporate audiences.

Role Purpose
This is a new role. Stand-by-me is seeking an experienced Director to effectively lead and manage the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective continued delivery of the charity’s aims, providing strong, strategic leadership and operational management, focussing on enhancing fundraising capacity and developing a robust organisation strategy. 3. Operational Management:

· Work with the Finance Trustee to oversee financial management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices for budgeting.
· Manage risk and ensure the charity's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

We are recruiting for an Out of School Childcare Leader to join our Out of School Childcare team. The role is for a Fixed Term Contract until July 2026.
You will be responsible for leading and delivering a programme of Ofsted registered Breakfast and After School Clubs, offering a range of free play opportunities as well as structured programmes. The post holder will lead a team of playworkers and volunteers, to ensure that the service provided is of high quality and appropriate for the varying children who attend.
This role requires someone with Level 2/3 qualification in childcare, play work or equivalent or be willing to undertake this level of training upon employment.
You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in a childcare setting.
Working Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday 7.15am to 9am and 2.45pm to 6pm Term time only with optional role in holidays.

·To ensure that parents and carers are kept informed of incidents/accidents or other issues relating to their children.
·To work with the Out of School Childcare team to help promote the YMCA schemes so that attendance figures reach agreed targets in line with budgets. This includes sending weekly photos of children with the appropriate consent to the team.

·To lead a team of playworkers and volunteers, and to ensure that the service provided is of high quality and appropriate for the varying children who attend.

·To be flexible in order to meet the needs of service, including when required also working at other Y-Kids Afterschool clubs to help provide cover.

- Proven experience of line management and team leadership
- Proven experience of donor management, demonstrating the ability to build and steward high-value, income-generating relationships

- Proven experience delivering excellent supporter or customer care, including handling enquiries and building relationships
- Experience managing fundraising administration processes such as donation handling, Gift Aid, and legacy administration
- Track record of planning and delivering successful events (in-person and online) for engagement or fundraising purposes
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to produce compelling content and engage supporters
By month 3, you'll have gained a full understanding of Spurgeons' supporter engagement strategy and successfully delivered at least one monthly supporter email. The Role
As a Fundraising and Product Sales Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our fundraising team and helping us achieve our targets. Reporting to the Senior Fundraising Administrator, you’ll provide high-quality administrative support, deliver excellent donor care, and assist with the coordination of events and fundraising activities across the region.
What You Will Be Doing
• Providing prompt and accurate administrative support to the fundraising team
• Setting up and maintaining supporter records on Salesforce and processing event registrations
• Coordinating monthly visit days and supporting the smooth running of events
• Preparing and sending fundraising packs, posters, tickets, and other materials
• Updating CHSW and external websites with supporter events
• Responding to supporter enquiries and delivering excellent donor care
• Assisting with proactive donor engagement, including chasing pledges and converting enquiries
• Ensuring compliance with fundraising legislation and CHSW policies
The Successful Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Experienced in administration within a busy environment
• Confident using Microsoft Office and databases (Salesforce experience is a bonus)

• Flexible and proactive, able to adapt to changing priorities

Role Overview
As an Individual Giving Executive, you will project manage a range of Individual Giving campaigns within the Development & Stewardship team. The role focuses on cash appeals, raffles, newsletters and supporter journeys across various channels including direct mail, telephone and digital.
Key Responsibilities
· To manage the day to day running of individual giving campaigns; including campaign planning, overseeing creative development, liaising with key stakeholders, co-ordinating print and production, monitoring and analysing results and feeding back to agencies.
