Job description

If you love working with kids, we run a range of After School Clubs, Weekend Activities, Holiday Schemes and Supported Breaks. We need committed and experienced team members to help us make a difference to the lives of young people with disabilities and/or additional needs living in both Harrow and Hillingdon.

Role Purpose: Support the day to day running and development of our fun and engaging services and activities for children and young people within Harrow and Hillingdon.

Reporting to: Our Children and Young Peoples Locality Manager (within our Community Support Team). The jobholder will be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Liaising with parents, carers and families including registering children and young people, arranging home visits, creating support plans, arranging meet up’s
  • Building connections with schools, social workers and the local community
  • Help us to delivering outstanding person-centred support across the clubs and activities
  • Lead on a range of fun and engaging sessions and activities during clubs and schemes
  • Working on group holidays/outdoor adventures and respite for our young clients
  • Assist with the administration of clubs, schemes and supported breaks
  • Running and leading a range of activities for children and young people
  • Build good relationship with families and carers

A childcare qualification is desirable for this role.
