As Homelessness Support Worker, you will deliver high-quality, structured, person-centred support to companions in supported housing, enabling them to build independence, achieve planned outcomes, progress along a clear pathway and successfully move on to independent living. The role is responsible for coordinating and managing each individual’s support plan, ensuring all interventions are outcome-focused and aligned to progression goals.
The role is also responsible for ensuring all support activity is clearly evidenced in line with Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act 2023 requirements, including accurate, timely and outcome focused recording on our case management system, and for maintaining high standards of professional practice. In addition, the role includes housing management responsibilities, ensuring companions understand and meet the requirements of their licence agreement, maintain their accommodation, and that repairs and maintenance issues are appropriately escalated.

We are looking for a confident and organised Face-to-Face Fundraising Officer to join our ambitious Individual Giving team. Working closely with the Individual Giving Manager (Face-to-Face Fundraising), this role will spearhead the planning, delivery and optimisation of face-to-face fundraising activity across a range of products and channels including Regular Giving, Lottery and Payroll Giving.
The successful candidate will play an important role in the day-to-day management of campaigns and relationships with external fundraising agencies and suppliers. They will help ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and in line with all relevant regulations and codes of practice, whilst supporting strong supporter experience and high-quality fundraising standards.
The role will also support reporting, KPI monitoring, forecasting and campaign analysis, helping to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimisation across the programme. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
· Plan, manage and deliver face-to-face fundraising campaigns across a range of products and channels including Regular Giving, Lottery and Payroll Giving.
· Work closely with external fundraising agencies and suppliers to support the successful delivery of campaigns and maintain effective working relationships.
· Act as a day-to-day point of contact for external stakeholders and agency partners.
· Deliver campaign briefing, monitoring and optimisation to help ensure campaigns achieve agreed KPIs and performance targets.
· Complete routine campaign reviews, reporting and analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
· Support testing and optimisation activity across campaigns using test and learn principles.
· Work closely with internal teams including Supporter Engagement, Legal & Compliance, Data & Analytics and Finance to support effective campaign delivery and processes.
· Development of engaging campaign materials and supporter communications.

Planning, Reporting and Budget Support
· KPI tracking, trend analysis and reporting across a range of financial and non-financial measures.
· Regular campaign reporting, forecasting and performance monitoring.

· Conduct invoice reconciliation and processing to ensure timely payment of suppliers.

Training and Compliance
· Delivery and coordination of fundraiser training and engagement activity with agency partners.
· Complete monitoring of face-to-face fundraising activity to help ensure high standards of supporter experience, compliance and professionalism are maintained.
· Work closely with agency partners and internal teams to ensure fundraising activity adheres to relevant fundraising regulations, data protection requirements and codes of practice.
· Oversee mystery shopping, shadowing and quality assurance processes where required.
· Maintain accurate compliance and training records across agency partners.
Knowledge, skills and experience needed:

ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Awarding Organisation, Regulated and Non-Regulated qualifications generate a significant percentage of the Society’s income, and therefore are vital to the charity’s future financial stability. Key to maintaining this important area of work is to ensure that the qualifications, Approved Training Centres (ATC), and Providers (ATP) remain compliant with the requirements of the Regulators (such as OFQUAL).
The post holder will take responsibility for carrying out key administrative processes and tasks to ensure RLSS UK and its ATC/P continue to operate to the highest standards.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, organise, and conduct audits of ATC/P, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and organisational standards.
- Review and verify documentation and processes, identifying non-compliance and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor implementation of corrective actions and follow-up audits to ensure sustained compliance.
- Collaborate with External Quality Assurance teams to schedule and manage audit activities, ensuring timely completion and consistency.
- Support investigations into malpractice and maladministration where audit findings indicate potential breaches, providing evidence and recommendations.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Compliance
- Conduct desk-based audits of ATC/Ps, ensuring compliance with RLSS UK Qualifications, standards, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Review documentation such as assessment records, Internal Quality Assurance sampling, safeguarding policies, and conflict of interest declarations, to identify risks and promote best practice.
- Assist in maintaining Direct Claim Status for ATC/Ps, including supporting reviews and escalation protocols.
- Support ATC/P approval processes, ensuring documentation checks and onboarding align with RLSS UK processes.
- Compile and analyse audit data, providing summaries to inform continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance in Reasonable Adjustments and Special Considerations, offering guidance under established procedures.
- Maintain auditable records of all audit activity, provider status, and compliance outcomes in line with GDPR and regulatory standards.
- Assist with audit scheduling, prioritising high-risk providers and aligning with quality assurance timelines.
- Contribute to the development of audit tools and templates, supporting continuous improvements.
- Provide evidence for complaints, malpractice, and maladministration cases, escalating to the line manager as required.
- Respond to compliance queries via all communication channels ensuring timely and accurate support.

Job Purpose
The Mullany Fund (TMF) is an award-winning South Wales charity focused on increasing social mobility through education. The role oversees the strategic direction and delivery of TMF’s bilingual e-mentoring programme (Together Making Futures), supporting disadvantaged young people aged 14-19 in Wales. The manager will be supported by an admin assistant to deliver programme operations and stakeholder communications. The programme manager will help maintain and grow stakeholder relationships, continually improve programme resources to ensure impactful mentoring and sustained engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to fundraising, by writing grant applications, and sustainability strategies.
- Lead and manage the e-mentoring programme, including strategic planning, financial oversight, and reporting to trustees and donors.
- Oversee and deliver e-mentoring sessions, Insight talks, Future Routes programme and expand work experience placements for mentees with local STEM employers..

The Localities Service provides holistic wellbeing support to anyone in Oxfordshire experiencing a mental health issue or poor mental wellbeing, empowering people in their own recovery. They offer an initial Advice and Guidance session to help people identify their wellbeing support needs and signpost to a wide range of services available within Oxfordshire Mind and in the local community. They offer a broad range of peer support groups to our enhanced cohort and short courses and workshops to enable people to learn tools and strategies to improve their wellbeing.
The Deputy Manager – Localities will support the Oxfordshire Wellbeing Manager to ensure effective delivery of high-quality locality-based services for people experiencing mental health issues in Oxfordshire. Providing some direct support to service users through Advice and Guidance sessions, short courses, workshops and peer support groups as well as providing management support to the team.

Job Title: Refuge Worker
Location: Kingston
Salary: £11,880.54 per annum
Contract type: Part-time, Permanent
Hours: 15

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Refuge Worker to provide high quality practical and emotional support to survivors of domestic violence and their children living in our refuges. This includes safety planning and enabling women to access housing, welfare, benefits, and legal advice.
A key requirement is to provide personal welfare support and to ensure that women are provided with a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment in accordance with Refuge’s philosophical principles. The role of the refuge worker is to complete health and safety duties as well and ensure that the refuge accommodation meets compliance requirements.
As part of this role, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call rota.
This post is restricted to women due to the nature of the role.
The Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010 applies.
