The Role
The organisation is fully committed to the protection of children, young people and vulnerable adults involved in the life of the Church in the second-largest diocese in England. The safeguarding adviser will manage safeguarding referrals and undertake casework within Oxfordshire. The casework will involve situations of current and past abuse which occurred within a church context and ensure survivors of abuse have access to support and services.
The role will involve advising church officers and clergy in dealing with safeguarding concerns and ensuring that practice is in line with national Church of England policy and guidance.
About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, has excellent interpersonal skills and will want to promote best practice within safeguarding. You will work alongside parishes as they ensure that churches are safe for all by providing support, advice and guidance.
You do not need to be a practising Christian or have a faith to work with us - around 50% of staff are not practising Christians but are comfortable with the Christian ethos that underpins the work it does. However, all staff do have a desire to make a difference.
The ideal candidate will be a professionally qualified caseworker in a field relevant to safeguarding such as social work, social justice, police work, or probation with current registration where applicable. You will have the ability to demonstrate transferrable knowledge across the client groups, as well as experience working with victims or survivors of abuse is a must.
Please note this role does require the post holder to have the ability to travel within a large geographical and sometimes within rural areas where there is no access to public transport when required.

About the Role
Applications are invited for the role of Church Buildings Officer to work within the Church Buildings team and support the work of the Diocesan Advisory Committee for the Care of Churches (DAC).
The main duties of the Church Buildings Officer will include:
- Providing guidance, advice and support to parishes, Archdeacons, and others on the care of church buildings, church contents and churchyards
- Assisting the Senior Church Buildings Officer with the preparation for committee meetings, drafting minutes, and progressing applications for permissions for works to church buildings between meetings.

About the Role
As a membership specialist, you will be a responsible member of our membership team, providing a frontline service for customer enquiries. Primarily, this involves administering the UKCP membership register by efficiently processing admissions, exits, and renewals, while utilising customer service skills to offer a professional and contemporary service. The Role
The Team Manager is primarily responsible for the management and development of the Community Connections Service across Surrey Downs and the smaller Financial Wellbeing Service within the Epsom and Ewell area.
This Community Connection service supports around 2500 people a year and has around 200 new referrals a quarter. As the Team Manager you will direct line manage 7 full-time staff and a team of part-time staff. Reporting to Head of Fundraising and Communications, you'll play a crucial role in raising funds by engaging with SME's and the local community. You will therefore play a vital role in keeping the charity financially sustainable through the development of local business and community fundraising. Being self-motivated and action orientated, you will be able to create and grow your own pool of potential supporters and thrive on 'making the ask'. The Role

About the Role
You will lead on data analysis and reporting on the data held in Salesforce CRM, improving both the quality and quantity of monitoring and evaluation processes, driving improvements in data capture through training and upskilling the Youth Work team, strengthening the ability of both youth zones to demonstrate the measurable impact of youth work delivered.
You will also be responsible for measuring and demonstrating both charities’ impact to stakeholders; authoring and providing the necessary data to the leadership and fundraising teams and Board (as required), annual publications such as Trustees Reports and annual Impact Reports. Innovation is a key aspect of this role, involving the introduction and embedding of new methodologies to enhance the qualitative data capture process.
You will collaborate closely with a cross section of teams within the youth zones, working with the Youth Work delivery teams to feed data into decision making, and with the Communications and Fundraising teams to provide impact measurement and analysis content for use with stakeholders and in donor reporting. Furthermore, it will align impact and data work with national and local policy, and use national census, health, police and other statistical data to position both youth zones for new income generation opportunities.

The Role
