The role is within OGB’s CEO Office division which exists to inspire people with our story of radical impact, partnership, and change and to build income, action & influence. The Digital Experience Team’s mission is to support teams across Oxfam GB, creating and maintaining website content, developing new features and enhancing user experiences to inspire and engage new and existing supporters.
The Role
Oxfam GB is looking for a Web Content Design Manager to update, optimise and manage
As part of a small, dedicated website improvement team, you’ll partner with departments across Oxfam to guide the development of on-brand web content for appeals, campaigns, blogs, and much more.
You’ll play a key role at Oxfam by making sure website content is:
- Created with the needs of our supporters in mind
- Well-structured and accurate
- Optimised for search engines
- Accessible for all
- In line with Oxfam’s brand identity
You’ll also:
- Develop content strategies and processes based on real-world insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and content creators across Oxfam.
- Manage key strategic relationships with external agencies.
- Identify topics and trends to raise funds for Oxfam’s global goal to end the injustice of poverty.
Our next Web Content Design Manager will require a range of skills and experience, including:
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- An ability to use your influence to drive standards and good practice.

We are looking for a Marketing Cloud Product Manager at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation.
The Role:
In this role, you will leverage extensive experience and expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver digital supporter communications. By implementing best practices and innovative solutions, the job holder will improve existing processes and practices to drive personalised marketing for income generation and engagement.
The job holder will support two key organisational improvement programmes: TREC (Transformation Roadmap for Engagement CRM) and Oxfam360 (Organisational Data Integration and Management), which aspire to transform the extent to which data are integrated across the organisation, and deployed to add value for supporters.
This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and strategic business thinking to drive continuous improvement and ensure the effective use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
You’ll be part of the Insights and Intelligence team, who:
- Provide actionable supporter insights to improve our engagement performance and accelerate growth,
- Manage the day-to-day running and strategic development of our CRM platform (Salesforce) and work with colleagues to identify how using data can improve the experience we deliver to supporters, and
- Develop and implement effective supporter segmentation and data selections for engagement activity.
What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam's mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do.
An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize email marketing platforms (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud), with a proven track record of successful business as usual product management, including enhancements that have driven significant improvements in supporter engagement and operational efficiency.
- Expertise in creating complex, automated email marketing journeys and integrating data from various sources to provide a seamless user experience. Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and other relevant coding languages is essential.
- Proven experience in managing remote work, with strong self-discipline and capability in key collaborations tools (such MS Teams, JIRA). Ability to communicate and collaboration with team members and stakeholders effectively, regardless of physical location.
- Continuous learning and professional development to stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and technological advancements in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Comfortable working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

DEC’s appeals are nationally recognised moments, uniting the public, government, and partners to generate extraordinary support.
This maternity cover offers a unique chance to combine the immediacy of appeal fundraising with the influence of long-term strategic leadership. You’ll guide high-value income across corporate partners, trusts, and major donors, while also shaping the future of DEC’s Philanthropy & Partnerships function through a mid-strategy review and a set of ambitious live projects.
This role blends urgency and delivery with breadth, oversight, and strategic impact – an excellent step-up for a corporate fundraising specialist ready to broaden their remit, as well as a compelling challenge for an experienced high-value leader.

As Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships, you will:
- Lead high-value fundraising across corporates, trusts, and major donors, ensuring income is maximised whether or not an appeal is live
- During appeals (typically one or two per year), deliver high-value income during national emergencies
- Oversee stewardship and account management of DEC’s partners, supporting managers to deliver exceptional relationships.
- Drive key strategic projects, including:
- Refreshing the Rapid Response Network framework and offers
- Embedding a core costs ask across corporates and trusts
- Developing an emergency fund outside appeals to allow funders to plan contributions
- Contributing to a major donor review and overseeing investment in trusts & foundations
- Introducing wealth screening and segmentation for the first time
- Lead the mid-term review of DEC’s five-year strategy, assessing pipeline, budget deployment, and future investment
priorities - Provide oversight, stability, and external perspective to a strong, long-standing team
About you
We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on fundraising leader who can balance delivery with strategy and thrive in both steady-state and high-pressure contexts.
The role would best suit someone with:
- Significant corporate fundraising expertise, with a strong track record in account management of complex, high-value partnerships
- Experience managing staff (minimum two people)
- Adaptable, proactive, and confident leading income delivery during fast-moving appeals
- Clear passion for DEC’s humanitarian mission and ability to inspire confidence with partners
- Trusts & foundations or major donor experience is desirable

DEC have 2 compulsory office days per month and 2 discretionary office days per month. These are diarised in advance, except for August, which is kept free from compulsory office attendance.
