We’re looking for a Performance Analyst (Marketing Strategy and Planning) to analyse data to enhance campaign performance, audience engagement and return on investment across our marketing and communications activity.

What does this role do?
As a Performance Analyst (Marketing Strategy and Planning), you will:

• Design and maintain a measurement framework for marketing and communications activity, defining KPIs to measure performance against and regularly reporting on performance across these metrics,
• Identify trends, patterns, insights and performance drivers, and provide recommendations based on data analysis,
• Support the team with testing and experimentation, gathering evidence for various approaches and building an experimentation log,
• Complete econometric modelling, understanding the impact of different marketing activities on brand awareness and income generation, using statistical methods to measure and quantify impact.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for 22nd and 23rd April 2026, and will take place on Teams.

Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience of creating KPI frameworks, and a clear understanding of measuring and understanding brand health and management. You’ll need experience of building and implementing econometrics modelling, and strong experience of data handling and building automated dashboards. You’ll have excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for varied stakeholders. A creative, user-first mindset is key, as well as a flexible, continuous improvement focused approach.

Are you a programme manager who has experience of working on varied fundraising projects?
We’re looking for a Programme Manager (Income Generation), who will apply project management methodologies to align all fundraising activity with the divisional objective: to bring in the funds that make our work possible.

What does this role do?
As Programme Manager (Income Generation), you will:

• apply standardised project management lifecycles, methodologies and governance to all activity in the Income Generation division, ensuring all work is aligned with strategic objectives,
• support the division to design and deliver projects, covering the full project lifecycle from initial scoping to lessons learned and evaluation,
• report on progress throughout projects, proactively identifying and communicating dependencies, risks and priorities,
• engage with stakeholders across the division to understand their projects and challenges, while working closely with the Portfolio team and other Programme Managers to align projects with wider organisational priorities.

Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience of delivering complex programmes and business planning, ideally with experience in income generation or fundraising, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities projects in this space present. Experience of supporting teams and projects through significant change, preferably supported by a qualification in project management. You’ll be an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, who works proactively and autonomously, and has experience of managing project budgets. A commitment and passion for the work we do is essential.

Head of Centre Operations

We are seeking an experienced senior leader to drive operational excellence across multi-site services, ensuring high standards, efficiency and impact.

Position: Head of Centre Operations
Salary: Circa £60,000 plus £5,000 car allowance
Location: Watford with hybrid working and regular travel
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

About the role

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing operations across multiple sites, leading large teams and ensuring high standards of service delivery.

You will be accountable for delivering strategic objectives through operational excellence, strong leadership and effective performance management across a geographically dispersed workforce.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering operational strategy aligned to organisational goals
• Leading and managing multi-site teams through direct reports
• Driving performance through data analysis, KPIs and continuous improvement
• Overseeing day to day operations to ensure consistency, quality and compliance
• Managing budgets, financial controls and identifying efficiencies
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and stakeholder engagement
• Leading on health and safety across all sites and ensuring full compliance
• Overseeing facilities, estates and maintenance planning

You will play a key role in shaping operational systems, improving efficiency and ensuring services meet both current and future needs.

About you

We are looking for a confident and experienced leader with a strong track record of managing large, multi-site teams.

You will have:

• Significant experience in multi-site operational management
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development
• Experience driving performance, analysing data and improving systems
• Knowledge of health and safety management and compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex workloads
• Confidence using IT systems including Microsoft Office
• A full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly

Experience within a relevant sector is beneficial, but not essential. More important is your ability to lead complex operations and deliver results.

Volunteering and Foster Caring Manager is a new role at Mayhew, reflective of the importance of volunteering and foster caring in our ability to deliver our onward strategy and direction. This is a highly visible and important role for Mayhew. The postholder will be working across all teams with staff and volunteers, supporters, partners and members of the public.

This role requires an effective leader and manager, with practical subject matter expertise in volunteering good practice, strong organisational skills, and a drive, rooted in passion for both animal welfare and volunteering, to enable Mayhew to reach many more dogs and cats and pet owners who need us by cultivating a thriving, engaged and diverse volunteer base.

Staff and volunteers at Mayhew, particularly in animal facing and public facing roles have duties that can be physically and emotionally demanding, sometimes interfacing with dogs and cats and pet owners who are in distress and facing heart-breaking situations. • Lead on developing our onward volunteering strategy and plan
• Provide leadership and management of volunteering and foster caring at Mayhew
• Provide support, training and guidance to staff managing volunteers
• Lead on volunteer engagement and communication
• Engage a range of internal and external stakeholders including staff, volunteers, supporters and partners
• Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to ensure delivery of our strategic and operational goals
• Be self-driven and resilient, having a professional, friendly, calm and caring manner

To be successful in this role, you need relevant experience:

• Working in a volunteering management role in a charity or other organisation of comparable breadth and scope
• Leading and living volunteer management best practice, including overseeing policies, procedures and guidance
• Owning and improving volunteering management processes
