The Development assistant will play a vital role in supporting the charity's ambitious fundraising programme at a pivotal time of growth and transformation. The Head of Membership provides leadership to the Cobseo office team and Executive Committee on all membership matters. The Head of Membership will be the primary liaison for the new CRM/website project, working closely with the Director of Operations and the Head of Communication & Engagement to ensure that the new system is commissioned, launched, and integrated successfully. They will work with external suppliers including routinely with the external bookkeeper, and on a project basis with the CRM provider and CRM implementation partner to ensure value-for-money procurement and effective project delivery.

As a member of the small Cobseo office team, the Head of Membership, along with the other members of the office team, is expected to lean into issues, opportunities, and workstreams that arise, sometimes at short notice and occasionally outside of their own portfolio.

This role is full time (34.5 hours per week) and is office-based in London for at least 2 days per week in order to facilitate positive relationships with the rest of the team and with stakeholders. There is an option for hybrid/homeworking the rest of the week. Some UK travel is required and the post-holder will occasionally be required to work from external sites, such as events’ venues or in order to visit members’ premises. Our client was founded in 2018 by the families and friends of people who had taken their own lives as a direct result of gambling. The charity supports people bereaved by gambling-related suicide, raises awareness of the devastating consequences of gambling disorder, and works to prevent gambling-related suicide. They are now recruiting for a Specialist Family Support Manager, a pivotal position for the organisation that will deliver evidence-based therapeutic support for bereaved families. This is a permanent, full-time role that will be based remotely (although travel will often be required due to service needs). Please note, you must hold a clinical qualification in a relevant therapeutic discipline to be considered.

As Specialist Family Support Manager, you will work as part of a dedicated, tight-knit team, delivering tailored, therapeutic interventions to families bereaved by gambling-related suicide. You will build consistent, compassionate relationships with families, supporting them to navigate investigations, inquests or research processes linked to gambling harms, ensuring they feel informed, represented and supported. You will ensure that all clinical practice adheres to safeguarding, risk management and professional standards, maintaining accurate and confidential records. You will also work across the wider organisation, providing clinical input into the design of training modules (including training for NHS clinicians and social care professionals) to raise awareness of gambling-related suicide.

We are looking to appoint a Support Youth Worker to help develop and deliver an innovative and progressive youth programme for our Girls Project, in a safe industrious and supportive environment working primarily with young girls from diverse communities.

The Girls only group (targeting ages 11-19 years) will promote life skills, well-being and female empowerment. Helping girls move forward through the next stage of their lives to become the women who will shape their community in the future. The Girls group will support, provide advice, mentoring and signposting to additional support services.

At Ambitious about Autism, we're currently looking for a Youth Engagement Officer – Autistic and OK to join our team on a 2 year fixed term contract.

The Youth Engagement Officer will play a central role in ensuring autistic young people are meaningfully involved in shaping and delivering the next phase of the Autistic and OK programme. You will support the co-design and development of new peer-led workshops for the schools toolkit and developing resources for a whole school approach, collaborating with colleagues in the Participation team and a diverse group of autistic young people.

Main purpose of post

 During cover period, you may be required to open and close the patient
spaces, as part of a wider team rota.
 Booking in and logging patients onto the relevant records and databases to
provide accurate data.
 Sending appointment reminder calls/texts/letters to clients as required.
 Co-ordinating the Transport service, including supporting and co-ordinating
the volunteer drivers.
 Managing the consumables within this patient space and ordering
replacement stock as and when required.
