Role Description
Working closely with colleagues and project partners, the Volunteer Manager will lead the recruitment, training, development and management of volunteers across the Cathedral and Abbey site as part of the Abbey of St Edmund Reborn project, funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
The postholder will develop and implement a comprehensive volunteering strategy, ensuring volunteers are recruited safely, supported effectively and equipped with the skills to deliver a wide range of roles. Volunteer Strategy and Leadership

Role Description
The Senior Fundraising Manager will play a key strategic role in supporting the mission and ministry of St Edmundsbury Cathedral by developing and delivering a diverse range of fundraising activities, with a particular focus on Trusts and Foundations, major funding opportunities, donor stewardship and the growth of sustainable income.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, the role will identify and develop new funding opportunities, build strong relationships with Trusts and Foundations, and lead the preparation and submission of high-quality funding applications and reports. The postholder will also oversee the Cathedral’s Patron and donor relationships, legacy and regular giving activity, and provide strategic oversight of major fundraising events and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Legacy and Appeals
- Support and develop the Cathedral’s legacy giving strategy, helping to encourage and secure gifts in wills.

Job title: Finance Manager

The Association of Illustrators is the UK's professional body for illustrators and a global leader in our field. The Membership team is at the heart of the AOI. It is where members come for advice, professional support and connection with the wider illustration community.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Membership Manager to join us for fixed term maternity cover. You will lead a small, dedicated team, ensure members continue to receive an excellent service and take forward our three-year membership strategy.

The Winchester Beacon has been supporting individuals experiencing homelessness for almost forty years. The organisation provides a safe and welcoming accommodation for up to 22 individuals, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day across 4 sites. Role Description
This 0.6 part-time hybrid role (22.5 hours per week) of Facilities Manager is based in Winchester with some flexibility for remote work. Duties & Responsibilities:
Global HR Operations -
· Maintain a high-quality global HR operations function, including standardized policies where legally appropriate, standardized processes, technology, systems, tools, forms, and guidelines that are accessible, well understood, and consistently utilized across all offices.
· Balance global organizational standards and compliance requirements with the operational, cultural, and legal realities of individual country offices, ensuring an appropriate and practical approach across diverse environments.
