We have an exciting new opportunity to join our fantastic FP&A team as our Senior Finance Business Partner, Projects and Systems.
Following the establishment of the Strategic Delivery Fund, we are embarking on a wide range of ambitious and high‑impact projects designed to drive our Strategy forward. The Senior Finance Business Partner for Projects and Systems will play a critical role in ensuring that project teams and senior leaders have the financial insight, support, and challenge they need to make well‑informed decisions and deliver successful outcomes.
This new position is a two year fixed term role which will focus on driving financial performance and strategic decision making across current and upcoming major projects and system implementations. You will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring strong governance, analysis and effective integration of our financial systems.
Reporting to our Director: Financial, Planning and Analysis, key responsibilites will include:
· Partner with project managers and senior leadership to provide financial oversight and challenge on strategic initiatives, capital investments, and transformation programs
· Develop and maintain accurate project budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making
· Lead FP&A input into system implementations and upgrades
· Act as a key liaison between Finance and operational teams, providing actionable insights and recommendations
· Ensure all relevant policies, processes and procedures are documented, highlight where these are not being implemented effectively and make recommendations for improvements
You will be contracted to our Haig House hub with a minimum expectation of two days per week working in person at the hub and flexibility for working remotely/at home when not on site.
Should you wish to explore a Homebased/Remote working contract (which will not include the London supplement to salary), then this can be discussed at interview stage.

An exciting opportunity has arisen as an Empowered Living Team (ELT) Coordinator at St Joseph’s. You will work as a key member of a committed and creative Therapies team, which offers innovative, holistic and person-aligned care and support to people with palliative and end-of-life care needs, and to their families and caregivers.
The post holder will provide coordination for, and service development of, the Empowered Living Service. This community-based service provides outstanding person-centred rehabilitative enablement for people living with a palliative diagnosis. Following a joint professional assessment, a detailed programme of patient-led goals is enabled and supported by a trained ELT volunteer in the patient’s own home. Volunteer recruitment, training, patient matching and regular support group/1-1 supervision is led by the ELT coordinator.

About the role:
The Specialist Housing Advocate will work within a dynamic, fast paced team to provide intervention, advocacy and support that empowers women and ensures that the voice of survivors informs every stage of their journey towards improved safety. The successful candidate will work with service users in Hammersmith and Fulham, Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea with an identified housing need, including those who are homeless or have additional needs, such as poor mental health, substance use, or those who are victims of Modern Day Slavery and trafficking. As part of this role you will attend St Mungo's once a month to provide outreach support.
To be successful as Specialist Housing Advocate you will need the below experience and skills:
You will have an excellent understanding of domestic abuse and its effects on survivors and their children, and of best practice within the domestic abuse and housing sectors. You will be skilled in risk management and safety planning, remaining calm in a crisis and in handling sensitive information on a daily basis. The post holder will hold a caseload of survivors and will also be required to support Advance’s duty team on a rota basis which will involve completing intake assessments and providing crisis intervention support.

As a Lead Worker (Intensive Case Management), you will deliver intensive, person-centred, and holistic support to people who are disadvantaged and need significant support to end their homelessness. You will be collaborating with internal and external colleagues to meet people’s immediate, acute needs and to support them to start taking steps towards ending their homelessness.
We take a bold approach to supporting people and adapt our ways of working when needed to ensure that we are providing impactful, equitable service giving everyone a fair opportunity to receive the support they need. We help people to challenge barriers put up by the system. This is an incredibly varied role as you will offer practical support such as help to attend external appointments, open bank accounts, and obtain IDs, but you will also work closely with our internal clinical psychologists to help your members to recognise their strengths and build resilience.

This Wheelchair Skills Trainer role will predominantly support the Service Delivery Managers in the effective planning and delivery of wheelchair skills training to meet the strategic objectives. The person
You will be part of the Young People’s Services Team who provide a range of services and activities for young wheelchair users and their families. The postholder will take responsibility for the delivery of accredited face-to-face wheelchair skills training for young wheelchair users, as well as training for parents and other professionals involved in their development, ensuring processes and procedures relating to safety and safeguarding are followed. The role also includes liaising with schools, colleges and external organisations and ensuring volunteers are supported and empowered at services.

• Planning and delivery of wheelchair skills training and train the trainer across Wales or London.
• Liaise with Whizz Kidz Service Delivery Managers to ensure familiarity with the content and plans for each session, including information about young people’s care and medical needs, details of volunteers attending and venue information including contact names and access arrangements.
• Updating all documentation for events and participants onto the database.
• Promoting Whizz Kidz services to third party organisations in order to drive new applications/referrals.
• Ensuring feedback and monitoring data is collected at each event.

• Attending Whizz Kidz services across the country if required in order to support the Service Delivery Managers.

• Liaise with Whizz Kidz Services Delivery Managers to ensure availability of sufficient resources and equipment for services, highlighting any discrepancies.

We work within a coordinated partnership response to violence against women and girls as part of the Angelou Partnership. Within the partnership ADVANCE provides independent domestic abuse advocacy and support for women, children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse.
As the Mental Health IDVA you will work within a dynamic, fast paced, crisis intervention, advocacy and support service to ensure the voice of survivors informs every stage of the process specialising in working with clients for whom mental health is a factor. You will work within the team to make proactive contact and provide high quality advocacy and support based upon a client led needs and risk assessment to women, focusing on working with those aged 18 and over who access the domestic abuse service.
You will be delivering one-off drop-in sessions for clients referred via LBHF Talking Therapies and we are aiming to expand these drop-in sessions to the other two boroughs in this new financial year (RBKC & WCC).
To be successful as the Mental Health IDVA you will need the below experience and skills:
You’ll need to have an excellent understanding of domestic abuse and its effects on women and children and of best practice within the domestic abuse sector. As an experienced domestic abuse advocate who has worked with complex and multiple needs, you will be skilled in risk management and safety planning, remaining calm in a crisis and in handling sensitive information on a daily basis. Experience of direct work with female survivors of domestic abuse, of supporting women involved in mental health services, and of working within safeguarding procedures is essential for this post, as is the need to adopt and promote a strong partnership approach to service provision.
In short, you will:
· Establish positive, proactive and innovative working relationships with mental health services and partner agencies.
· Provide high-quality crisis intervention, information, advocacy, and proactive support to women referred to the service, in respect to risk management and safety planning, criminal and civil remedies, housing, health, welfare rights, and children’s legislation.
· Assess the needs and risks of survivors, carry out short and longer-term risk management, safety planning and support and identify and refer to services appropriate to their needs.
· Advise women of their rights and options for seeking help and support from other agencies and proactively advocate to ensure barriers to accessing support and protection are reduced.
· Work with mental health service providers to introduce the service and encourage practitioners to identify domestic abuse, respond appropriately and refer to the service.

About the role
This is a dynamic, strategic role and the successful candidate will exercise PersonCentred clinical responsibility for Woman’s Trust (WT), counselling, groupwork and other therapeutic services.
Reporting to the CEO, this role will oversee the day-to-day delivery of seamless, highquality service across all of our client-facing provisions. The post holder will support the CEO to ensure the future development of WT by leading the frontline staff team in the provision of high-quality, relevant and safe services to survivors of violence and abuse in line with WT’s aims and principles.
The Head of Therapeutic Services, a member of the Senior Leadership Team, will work closely with colleagues across WT, to plan and implement quality improvement plans in order to deliver outstanding services in an efficient and cost-effective manner. This role will deputise for the CEO when necessary.
Working with key stakeholders to ensure that WT counselling services are delivered to a high professional standard, in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework and the Person-Centred approach.
Leading on the development of new opportunities for the enhancement and expansion of WT counselling services, on the clinical representation of WT services to external bodies and involvement in campaigning for the improvement of services for women experiencing DA, and to be the safeguarding lead for WT.

About the Youth Endowment Fund
All of us will experience violence at some point in our lives. For many children, it is a daily reality. Each year, tens of children are killed, hundreds are hospitalised, 1 in 5 teenage children are victims and the majority admit to feeling afraid of violence. It scares them when they travel home from school, prevents them from going out and makes the most vulnerable feel like they don’t matter. It is taking lives, traumatising families and dividing communities. It robs potential, progress and hope.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
The Youth Endowment Fund believes that no child should be affected by violence. We research violence to understand it; we find, fund and test what works to prevent it; and we are building a movement to end it.
Key Responsibilities
We are making good progress building the evidence of what works within and around the youth sector to reduce violence. With the launch of the new Practice Guidance we are keen to translate evidence recommendations into practice. The greatest risk is that evidence stays on the shelf and doesn’t help young people – your role is to make sure that doesn’t happen.
You’ll focus on helping local authority commissioners use our tools and guidance in their everyday decisions about youth services. This will involve:
Creating clear, practical content like guides, toolkits and workshop materials to support the use of Practice Assessment for the Youth Sector (PAYS).

You understand Local Authority Commissioners working specifically working with the youth sector. You really understand how youth commissioners work, from Directors of Children Services, Heads of Services to senior stakeholders within the youth sector. You have experience of commissioning youth provision, working in youth sector, ideally in a role that worked with young people who are vulnerable to or involved in violence. You can demonstrate ability to reflect on and adopt evidence-based practice in relation to the youth sector.
You write in a way that people easily understand. You have that rare skill of writing in plain English. You have experience of translating complex information into plain writing that everyone can understand.
You have excellent project and time management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. You can work independently and to a high standard.

You must have this sort of experience
Changing frontline practice and systems: You have significant experience in leading behaviour, practice or policy changes within the youth work sector. You can show how these have been effective in delivering tangible change.
Commissioning, or supporting the commissioning of, youth sector services, preferably in a role/setting specifically working with young people who are vulnerable to or involved in violence.
You might have this sort of experience:
Crafting and delivering a strategy to get a new piece of evidence or guidance adopted within the youth sector.
Behaviour change research experience.
Working with other funders and commissioners of youth services, such as housing investment leads.

Hybrid Working Details
The office is based in Central London, but you don’t have to be.
Those living in London and within the 32 London Boroughs are expected to be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week. If you live outside of London and work remotely, you’ll be expected to work from the London office 2 days per month. As part of our commitment to flexible working, we will consider a range of options for the successful applicant. All options can be discussed at the interview stage.

Interview process
This will be a one stage process, with interviews taking place the week commencing 4th May 2026.
