What you'll do:
- Manage creative and brand projects from brief to delivery, coordinating stakeholders, designers, agencies, suppliers, timelines and budgets.
- Act as a brand guardian, providing practical advice on our visual identity, positioning, messaging and tone of voice.
- Work closely with our in-house designer and external creative partners to deliver high-quality, engaging work that meets the brief and strengthens the RCR brand.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation, understanding colleagues’ needs and confidently advising, influencing and constructively challenging where needed.
- Manage relationships with design agencies and creative suppliers, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
- Create and adapt accessible, on-brand assets and templates using Canva and other design software.
- Support the branding and promotion of RCR events, helping us maximise engagement before, during and after each event.
- Manage branded templates and maintain an effective digital library of images and creative assets.
What you'll need:
- Experience managing creative projects from brief through to delivery, including coordinating timelines, stakeholders, suppliers and competing priorities.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to keep multiple projects moving while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- A good understanding of brand strategy, visual identity and tone of voice, and experience maintaining brand consistency across different channels and touchpoints.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to give clear advice, manage expectations and build effective relationships at all levels.
- Experience working with design agencies or creative suppliers, including briefing work, giving constructive feedback and managing delivery against deadlines and budgets.
- A high level of proficiency in Canva, with the ability to create and adapt professional, engaging and on-brand assets and templates.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign.

Salary: £43,680

The Role
This is a new and exciting role for Hospice UK. As Content and Brand Manager you will play a key role bringing Hospice UK’s strategic priorities to life, delivering high-quality content that meets our audiences’ needs, drives engagement and tells a compelling story about our brand.
You will lead and drive an ambitious new content strategy for the organisation that brings coherence and dynamism to our communications, ensures clear and consistent messaging across our channels and seizes opportunities to be creative, adaptable and at the heart of sector debates. This will also include overseeing the performance and growth of our social media channels and presence.
Your work with also grow, promote and protect our brand, ensuring a strong visual identity, clear voice, and diverse and human-led content that reflects Hospice UK’s values.
The Team
You will work within the Communications team that sits within the wider External Affairs Directorate. We are around 20 in total, including 4 colleagues based in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
The Communications team includes colleagues working across content, social and digital, as well as partnership marketing and member communications.
You will work closely with a smaller team of 3 colleagues, our Senior Social Media Officer, Media and PR Manager and your line manager – our Senior Communications and Communications Manager. Together you will be involved in the big issues in hospice care, making sure Hospice UK is vocal, visible and leading the debate.
There is a strong collaborative and supportive culture across the External Affairs Department with lots of opportunity to exchange ideas, plan together and benefit from each other’s skills and expertise.
Working closely with our 200+ hospice members, we have a strong track record of securing strong media coverage and winning campaigns on their behalf, most notably over the two years by securing increased investment in hospices by governments in Westminster, Cardiff and Edinburgh.
But our work is not done. Hospices are under significant pressure and need both better government investment and continued public support. Our focus now is ensuring that hospices can meet ever increasing demand for their services, with well-funded and well-staffed hospices across the UK.
About You
You're a strategic and creative content professional who understands how powerful storytelling can drive engagement, influence audiences and deliver real impact.
You'll have experience developing and delivering ambitious content strategies, managing brands, and creating compelling content across digital channels. From shaping content pipelines and leading campaigns to overseeing brand identity and using data to optimise performance, you'll know how to turn insight into action.

We’re looking for a Digital Analytics Coordinator to join the Communications Directorate at the Royal College of Radiologists. In this role, you’ll analyse performance across our website, email and social channels, turning complex data into clear insight that helps shape how we plan and evaluate content and campaigns. You’ll also help ensure we’re measuring digital activity effectively, using tools including GA4 and Google Tag Manager to implement and maintain tracking.
Working closely with colleagues across the Content and Brand teams, you’ll help us understand what’s working, how our members are engaging with our content and where we can improve. Your insight will help us make evidence-based decisions, test and learn from what we do, and improve the digital experience we provide for our members.
What you’ll do:
- Gather, analyse and present performance data across the College’s digital channels, including website, email and social media
- Maintain analytics dashboards and produce regular insight highlighting trends, changes in performance and opportunities to improve engagement.
- Implement, test and maintain tracking through GA4 and Google Tag Manager, ensuring digital activity is measured accurately and consistently.
- Work with Content and Brand colleagues to establish appropriate measures for campaigns and evaluate performance against agreed objectives and KPIs.

The Learning and Communities Officer will help bring AmplifyChange's community of Grantee Partners together, creating opportunities for organisations and activists working on sexual and reproductive health and rights to connect, share their expertise and learn from one another.
You'll play a hands-on role in shaping and delivering AmplifyChange's learning and community offer. From building an active online community and hosting engaging digital learning sessions to supporting in-country convenings and developing accessible learning resources, you'll help create spaces where Grantee Partners can exchange ideas, build relationships and share what works.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning and Community Engagement
Create opportunities for Grantee Partners to connect, share their expertise and learn from one another, building an active and welcoming community across AmplifyChange's network.
- Develop and coordinate an annual learning and ommunity engagement plan in collaboration with AmplifyChange colleagues and partners, ensuring activities align with organisational priorities and Grantee Partner needs.
- Build an active and welcoming online community on Circle, creating opportunities for peer learning, collaboration, knowledge sharing and sustained engagement.
- Work with the Learning, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, Grant Managers and other colleagues to ensure learning activities are shaped by Grantee Partner priorities, experience and expertise.

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS
This is a UK based, full time (37.5 hours/week) permanent position, reporting to the Head of Grant Making. AmplifyChange is based in Bath, and we operate on a hybrid working model where staff are expected to come into the office one day per week.

The SOHK Schools Programme is a two-year intervention working with cohorts of around 20 pupils from Year 7 through to Year 9. Pupils are selected by the school and are typically among the hardest to reach young people. Each week, we deliver half a day of rugby training and classroom sessions built around our 3Cs framework, covering topics such as growth mindset, goal setting, and decision-making, alongside monthly one-to-one sessions with every pupil. The programme’s impact is evaluated by SOHK staff, teachers, parents, and the pupils themselves.

The CEO is the public face and leader of SOHK, responsible for the overall strategic direction, vision, and management of the charity - ensuring SOHK meets its mission and strategic objectives while maintaining strong relationships with Trustees, staff, supporters, and the wider SOHK community. Following a successful merger, the organisation has proudly just completed a full rebrand to Liver UK, bringing together services, information and advocacy across all ages. With a clear, trustee-approved strategy for 2026–2032 already in place, the next Chief Executive will focus on delivery, growth and national influence.

This role comes at a natural and positive point within a planned leadership transition.Our current Chief Executive has provided long-standing, successful leadership and is excited to hand over the rebranded charity for it to be led into its next phase of strategic development, sustainability and growth.
The incoming CEO will inherit a well-led organisation with strong governance, a clear strategic direction, and real momentum.
About the role
As Chief Executive, you will lead delivery of an established strategy, ensuring the organisation continues to grow its reach, impact and income.You will work closely with an engaged and supportive Board of Trustees to maintain high standards of governance, regulatory compliance and risk management, while strengthening the charity’s voice in national policy and public affairs.
This is a role that balances external influence with internal leadership, ensuring both impact and organisational resilience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a trustee-approved long-term strategy, refining priorities as needed
- Ensure robust governance, legal and regulatory compliance
- Lead policy, public affairs and national influencing activity
- Maintain financial sustainability and drive income growth
- Lead and develop a high-performing Senior Management Team
- Oversee delivery of high-quality services and information
About you
You are a credible and values-driven leader with senior experience in the charity, health or related sectors.
You will bring:
- Proven senior leadership experience at Director or Chief Executive Officer level
- Strong understanding of governance, finance and regulatory compliance
- Experience influencing policy and working with senior stakeholders
- A track record of delivering organisational growth and impact
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
You will be confident working with a Board of Trustees, able to build strong relationships, provide clear advice, and operate effectively in a governance-led environment.
You will be motivated by improving health outcomes and confident leading an organisation with both national influence and strong operational delivery.
