We are excited to recruit a Community Organiser for our Swindon Parent Power project. This role offers a meaningful, paid professional development opportunity. The Brilliant Club works in partnership with King’s College London, Study Higher and Swindon Council to engage with parents in Swindon. Swindon Parent Power is an established project which utilises the community organising-based model first created by King’s College London and Citizens UK with South London Parent Power.

Parent Power supports parents and carers to develop skills in community organising and to gain knowledge on accessing higher education, empowering them to make change in their local community that supports young people and ensures they have a fair chance in education and their future careers.

Working with us, the Community Organiser will:

• Support local pupils from underrepresented backgrounds by empowering their parent/carers to become higher education experts;
• Receive community organising training from Citizens UK and develop transferable skills;
• Build campaigns to combat local educational barriers with parent/carer communities;
• Join a nationwide community of community organisers making a significant impact on university access.

About you

Location:  Home-based Scotland. The role will involve travel across Scotland and the North of England.

• good all-round experience of performing administrative duties in a busy service 

• previous experience supporting victims of domestic abuse in a support role 

• a strong understanding of the problems experienced by families fleeing domestic abuse with pets 

• a confident self-starter who has had experience of working with volunteers and home visiting 

• a full, manual UK driving license and comfortable driving a van 

• confident handling cats of different temperaments

Are you a programme manager who has experience of working on complex IT projects?
We’re looking for a Programme Manager to apply project management methodologies to our Dogs Trust Ireland transformation programme, which will involve migrating a legacy customer relationship management (CRM) system to Salesforce.

What does this role do?
As IT Programme Manager (Dogs Trust Ireland CRM Delivery), you will:

• apply standardised project management lifecycles, methodologies and governance to all activity in the Dogs Trust Ireland transformation programme, ensuring all work is aligned with wider programme objectives,
• work with key stakeholders to define and document the project scope, objectives and outcomes, and then deliver organisational change and embed new ways of working,
• work closely with the CRM implementation partner, Product Owner and Dogs Trust UK technical teams to shape the solution, coordinate and manage delivery, ensuring agreed objectives and timelines are met,
• manage and track dependencies throughout, and work with the Portfolio team to provide delivery assurance.

While this role will be based at our London office with hybrid working, the post holder will be expected to travel regularly to Dogs Trust Ireland offices in Dublin. This role is a fixed term contract until December 2027.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for week commencing 22nd June 2026, and will take place on Teams.

Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience of delivering complex IT transformation programmes, ideally with experience of CRM systems or Salesforce specifically. You will play a key role in strengthening how we use data, insight and experimentation to improve user experience, grow fundraising performance and support people affected by lung conditions.

In this role, you will lead on web analytics and insight across our digital journeys, ensuring accurate tracking, high-quality data and clear performance reporting. You will work closely with colleagues across Fundraising + Engagement, Data + Insight and Health Advice to ensure consistent, high-quality reporting and insight across digital platforms. You will identify optimisation opportunities, shape experimentation roadmaps and support the design and evaluation of A/B testing activity. You will also contribute to strengthening our in-house SEO capability and embedding best practice in digital measurement.

You will have strong technical expertise in tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, alongside experience in testing and optimisation. This role will support the team through a busy period by monitoring policy developments and the political landscape, preparing high-quality outputs such as briefings and consultation responses, and helping to build relationships with external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be proactive, analytical, and equally comfortable with developing and analysing policy as they are engaging with Parliamentarians.

About the role

This role leads our income generation and communications function, playing a central part in securing the charity’s long-term sustainability and growth.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering our fundraising and communications strategies, ensuring we generate the income needed to sustain and expand our work. A key focus will be building a diverse and resilient funding model, balancing multiple income streams while strengthening engagement with our supporters and stakeholders.

Citizens Advice Milton Keynes is a local charity that helps people to resolve their legal, money and personal problems. The organisation has been providing free, confidential, and impartial advice since 1972 and helps approximately 10,000 local people every year.

Since the pandemic, many of the local and national services that our clients need have been, or are being, moved online. This can disadvantage people who do not have the necessary knowledge, skills, or technology to access and use online services.

Working within our training, skills, and employability division – Works for Us, our Digital Skills Officer (DSO) will help people to access and use online services and support them to develop the skills and confidence they need to use digital technology effectively and safely. They’ll also need to be confident and able to provide coaching and training support to small groups of service users on a sessional basis.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, and confident person to join our small, team of staff. The successful candidate will provide support and coaching to local people, on a one-to-one basis, course support and delivery, including those living in the community who could be considered vulnerable adults, that are digitally excluded and/or unemployed.

Your job will be to raise awareness of our programmes and transform expressions of interest into school partnerships. This role will require you to become an expert on our programmes so that you can confidently discuss their features and benefits with key stakeholders. This isn’t just about administering a process, it’s about understanding the needs of individual schools and how our programmes can support their priorities. You will be tenacious and empathetic in equal measure. You will also work to improve the efficiency of our internal systems, so teachers have the best experience communicating with us.
The role will report to the School Partnerships Manager. It can be based at either of our Brilliant Club offices, located in London and Leeds.

The Big Chalk Partnership is made up of more than 150 organisations with a common vision of creating nature-rich chalk and limestone landscapes that benefit all of us.

The Protected Landscapes Partnership and Defra are supporting our Partnership to catalyse progress towards the UK’s nature commitments across these special landscapes through the multi-million pound Big Chalk Nature Recovery Fund. The Nature Recovery Fund Officer will administer and develop the systems and processes underpinning our grant-making.
