We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic CRM & Insights Officer to join Worldwide Veterinary Service (WVS). If you enjoy transforming data into meaningful insights, improving supporter experiences, and helping charities grow their impact, we'd love to hear from you.

At WVS, every decision we make helps more animals receive life-saving veterinary care. Last year alone, we helped an animal every 14 seconds, trained more than 4,800 veterinary professionals, delivered over 1,700 shipments of veterinary supplies to charities in 71 countries, and continued our Mission Rabies programme, which has vaccinated more than seven million dogs and educated over 13 million children.

As our CRM & Insights Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us understand and engage our supporters more effectively. You'll take ownership of our CRM database (Donorfy), ensuring our data is accurate, secure and well managed, while producing the insights that shape fundraising and marketing decisions. Your work will directly support supporter acquisition, retention and engagement, helping us raise more funds to improve animal welfare across the globe.

Working within our Marketing Team and reporting to the Individual Giving Manager, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues across fundraising, finance and technology to develop reporting, build audience segments, analyse campaign performance and continuously improve how we use data throughout the organisation.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

CRM Oversight

• Lead on and administer Donorfy, ensuring accurate and up-to-date supporter records.
• Maintain excellent data quality, integrity and compliance
• Support the implementation of CRM best practice across the organisation.
• Ensure data is managed in accordance with GDPR and internal policies.
• Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day CRM queries from colleagues.

Reporting & Insights

• Produce regular fundraising and marketing reports, dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Analyse supporter and donor data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Provide actionable insights to support donor acquisition, retention and reactivation activity.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce post-campaign analysis.
• Support the wider team in evaluating fundraising and marketing performance and supporter journeys.

Segmentation & Campaign Support

• Build audience selections and supporter segments for fundraising and marketing campaigns.
• Work with colleagues to ensure campaigns are accurately targeted and evaluated.
• Support the development of data-driven supporter journeys and stewardship programmes.
• Assist with testing and measuring campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration & Development

· Work collaboratively with Technology and Finance teams to reconcile supporter and income data, maintain CRM data integrity, and represent fundraising priorities, constructively influencing system developments where needed.

• Support colleagues in making effective use of supporter data.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in data processes and reporting.
• Keep up to date with developments in CRM systems, fundraising data and supporter engagement best practice.
• Occasionally support events and activities outside normal working hours where required.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Two years+ experience working with CRM databases and supporter/customer data. (Donorfy is our current CRM but relevant experience across any CRM system is valuable)
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience producing reports and communicating insights to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of audience segmentation and campaign targeting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A passion for animal welfare.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Right to work in the UK.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience using Donorfy.
• Experience within a charity or not-for-profit organisation.
• Familiarity with fundraising and marketing principles, supporter engagement or individual giving.
• Experience creating dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio or similar tools.
• Experience working with email marketing platforms and campaign reporting.
• Full UK driving licence.

Success Measures

Within the first 12 months, the postholder will:

• Improve the quality and consistency of supporter data within Donorfy.
• Deliver regular reporting and insights that support decision-making.
• Increase the use of supporter segmentation across fundraising campaigns.
• Help identify opportunities to improve donor retention and supporter engagement.
• Establish clear reporting processes and dashboards for key fundraising KPIs.

The Senior Programme Manager will be responsible for  managing  FFRP, a London wide programme that supports families on low income to access good quality, free and independent advice, in order to prevent or alleviate financial hardship. About you and the role

As our Digital Manager, you will be the strategic anchor, quality guardian, and operational driving force behind our online presence. You will fully own the performance of our two primary websites: the main Chefs in Schools (CIS) platform and the complex, public-facing School Food Project (SFP) national resource and coalition hub. You will be directly accountable for driving traffic, mastering SEO, maintaining exceptional content quality, and ensuring a seamless, highly secure user experience against clear, measurable targets.

This is a leadership role that bridges technical execution and creative strategy. You will act as the crucial, confident link between our external technical agencies (who build and maintain the infrastructure of the sites) and our internal content creators and programme teams. Crucially, you will be an empowering manager, leading a dedicated digital sub-team of 1-2 direct reports, supporting them to manage day-to-day content workflows, e-learning administration, and community moderation.

We are looking for someone solutions-focused, collaborative, and deeply analytical who takes pride in helping a high-profile, mission-driven organization run at its absolute best.

Key responsibilities:

1. Website Ownership & Performance Management

• Own the overarching strategy and performance of our two flagship websites (CIS and SFP), optimizing UX and UI for user journeys, design, and maximum accessibility standards across both sites.

• Own and maintain a forward-looking, prioritized digital platform roadmap, striking a strategic balance between long-term feature development and agile, day-to-day reactive requests

• Ensure both platforms—particularly the highly visible, national School Food Project website—maintain the highest standards of data security, uptime, quality assurance, and accessibility, proactively managing risks associated with public scrutiny.

• Take end-to-end ownership of web analytics and data integrity—from configuring custom event tracking to reporting on performance—utilizing Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for quantitative metrics and Microsoft Clarity for behavioral insights.

• Set, monitor, and report against clear performance targets spanning web traffic, user engagement, resource downloads, and search rankings.

• Lead content and platform feature reviews through a risk mitigation lens—ensuring strict compliance with safeguarding, privacy, and coalition guidelines—while running targeted A/B tests to optimize user experience.

• Lead on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy to maximize organic reach and connect school leaders, chefs, and partners to our resources.

• Establish and manage digital incident response protocols, defining clear workflows for first responders, triage steps, and escalation pathways in the event of site outages, technical bugs, or security breaches.

2. Agency & Supplier Management

• Act as the primary, confident technical interface with our external web development agencies and tech suppliers, holding them accountable to high-quality delivery.

• Translate internal program, comms, and membership goals into clear technical design briefs, managing timelines and tracking project budgets.

• Coordinate rigorous testing of new features, bug logging, and site maintenance to guarantee absolute platform stability before public deployments.

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Line manage, mentor, and support 1-2 direct reports (including roles focused on systems, community moderation, and resource uploads).

• Work closely with the Communications team, External Relations team and Programme Leads to align digital development with broader organization campaigns and resource rollouts.

• Oversee the content calendar and governance for both sites, ensuring all published assets strictly adhere to brand tone of voice and quality standards, working closely with the senior social media officer, engagement team to ensure cross org planning .

4. Data, CRM & Systems Integration

• Oversee the data integrity and smooth technical flow between our website frontends, e-learning platform (LMS), and internal CRM systems.

• Ensure all digital systems, data tracking, user permissions, and marketing platforms comply fully with GDPR and organizational data protection policies.

• Construct and present scannable dashboards and reports (using Google Analytics and CRM data) for the Senior Leadership Team and stakeholders to demonstrate impact.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Digital Product & Platform Leadership: Proven experience managing digital products, websites, or online platforms—ideally at a Manager level within a charity, agency, or fast-paced setting.

• Complex Systems Integration: Strong confidence managing (or partnering with a technical agency to manage) integrated digital environments where the CMS, CRM, and LMS operate as a unified platform. You must be comfortable understanding and troubleshooting multi-layered user access permissions (e.g., tailored journeys for different school types and member tiers).

• Foundational literacy in HTML and CSS to troubleshoot layout issues, understand site structure, and effectively translate technical requirements to developers.

• Agency & Project Management: Confident experience collaborating with, briefing, and managing external technical partners, developers, or freelance technical staff to deliver complex features on time and on budget.

• People Management: Demonstrable experience managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports, fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment.

• Data Fluency & Quality Control: Ability to analyze, clean, and visualize data (using Google Analytics, CRM reporting, or spreadsheets) to monitor site performance, ensure data integrity across system integrations, and drive user experience improvements.

• Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex "technical speak" for non-expert internal staff, write brand-aligned content, and build strong cross-team relationships.

Help bring bold, imaginative theatre for children and young people to audiences across Wales and beyond. We’re looking for an experienced Producer to lead our productions from initial planning through to national and international touring.

The Producer will be responsible for producing all aspects of the Theatr Iolo productions (approx. 2

productions a year) and will be the main point of liaison for internal and external colleagues. The

Producer reports directly to the Artistic Director but also works closely with the Executive Director to

negotiate contracts with co-producers.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning

• To provide day to day management of the producing function – supporting the Artistic

Director and Executive Director, in ensuring that all Theatr Iolo productions are presented

with high-quality production values and in the best possible circumstances, including

national and international touring.

• To build and maintain relationships with venues, presenters, programmers and co-producers

• To work with the Executive Director on negotiations of contracts with companies, venues,

creative appointments, writers’ commissions and the engagement of actors.

• To source and apply for suitable funding to contribute to the production budget.

• To draw up rehearsal, production and performance schedules for all productions and

projects, liaising with the Communications & Engagement Manager and the rest of the Iolo

team.

• To draw up and manage budgets for individual productions.

• Identifying opportunities for future touring, co-productions, and projects and contribute

relevant expertise to business planning, strategy and reporting.

Productions

• To anticipate and manage artistic needs within the constraints of schedules and budgets.

• To support the Artistic Director in identifying appropriate members of creative teams.

• To work with the Executive Director in contracting all freelance production and technical

staff.

• To work in conjunction with the Executive Director and Artistic Director to arrange and book

production tours.• To be responsible for the administration of tours, co-productions and performances, this may

include the negotiation of financial deals and preparation of contracts.

• With support from the Administrator to book and arrange all travel and accommodation for

touring teams.

• To liaise with the Artistic Director, visiting directors and casting agents on the management

of casting for productions, carrying out all availability checks, arranging meetings and putting

in offers (availability checks and arranging meetings where necessary).

• To arrange and run all production meetings.

• To schedule and attend all company hospitality events, including rehearsal events, preview

events and end of run events.

• To manage the press performance, including the invitation list, alongside the

Communications and Engagement Manager

• To manage all house seat and company ticket requests and co-ordinate them with the tour

venues.

• With the freelance Production Manager, to monitor and authorise all production related

expenditure, ensuring overspending does not occur.

• To attend previews, including tech notes sessions, preview meetings, press nights and last

nights, as well as any other company events as required.

• To manage national and international tours on a range of scales, as required.

• With the Executive Director, to draw up all settlements for royalties, venues and co-

producers.

• To develop and implement green policies and practices and adhere to the Theatre Green

Book, including completing the Production Calculator and monitoring of the standards.

Community Engagement

• To work with the Iolo team to seek out and promote opportunities for outreach and

community engagement.

• To oversee the development and production of outreach, community engagement events

and activities as appropriate.

Staff Management and Resource Management

• To manage and control all producing budgets, contributing to fundraising and development

initiatives and applications where required.

• Direct line management of the freelancers (creatives, cast and technical) involved in all the

productions.

• To keep up to date with developments and research in producing practice, relevant to the

creative industries and where relevant, draw upon such information in planning and

programming strategies.

General

• To attend regular team meetings and strategy meetings.

• To work with the Administrator to maintain Theatr Iolo’s database in relation to tour booking

contacts, cast, creatives and stage management.

• Adhere to, and actively contribute to, the Theatr Iolo policies, including Equalities (diversity,

access, equal opportunities), Environmental and Health & Safety.

• To maximise income and minimise expenditure wherever possible, without jeopardising the

quality of the work or the reputation of Theatr Iolo.

The Acquisition Marketing Manager attracts new UK supporters and generates income for Mary’s Meals’ school meals programme through effective and inspiring marketing across online and offline channels. This is a fast paced and hands on role for someone who loves to collaborate, problem solve and drive growth while keeping focused on our mission to feed hungry children. 

The role primarily raises income (but also awareness) through multi-channel marketing activity with a clear focus on maximising ROI and delivering supporter growth at scale. The focus of the role is on online marketing opportunities and includes managing our organic and paid social channels, overseeing social media influencer strategy and identifying emerging digital channels. The Manager works closely with the Mary’s Meals International team and its agency to deliver Google and Bing Paid Search, Google Grant, Display, and YouTube.

The role will also identify and manage the most effective offline marketing opportunities to maximise ROI from small budgets and pro bono opportunities, such as TV, Radio and OOH advertising. The Manager will ensure online and offline marketing opportunities complement each other (and link seamlessly to our retention strategies) as part of an integrated multi-channel marketing strategy.

The Acquisition Marketing Manager works side-by-side with colleagues from across the Supporter Experience and Communications directorate, ensuring a joined-up approach to all communications activities, through the integration of strong storytelling, marketing expertise and supporter engagement. The role has line management responsibility for the Acquisition Marketing Officer.

Key responsibilities include

• Ensure Mary’s Meals’ mission remains central to all Acquisition Marketing work.

• Set up manage, and optimise Meta Ads with a focus on return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Support the Website Marketing Manager to help deliver, manage, and continuously optimise Paid Search campaigns on Google Ads, Google Grant, and Bing Ads with a focus on return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost per acquisition (CPA. Also be able to manage this work independently as required.
• Track and report on key income metrics using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Power BI, GTM, and UTM tagging, with a focus on ROI, revenue per click, and conversion rates.

Race Against Dementia is a global charity founded by three-time Formula 1 World Champion Sir Jackie Stewart OBE to find preventions, treatments and cures for dementia – faster. 

We fund and support pioneering early-career scientists around the world, giving them the tools, mentoring and Formula 1-inspired mindset to accelerate breakthroughs. From the UK to the USA, Australia to South Africa, our researchers are rethinking how dementia research is done – applying data science, AI and engineering to neuroscience in bold, collaborative ways. 

Purpose of the role

The Supporter Engagement Officer plays a key role in making sure everyone who supports Race Against Dementia has a positive and rewarding experience. They will manage day-to-day supporter communications, maintain our supporter database, and build strong relationships with donors, fundraisers and volunteers around the world. By helping people feel valued and connected to our mission, they will help inspire long -term support and generate more funding for dementia research.

Duties and Responsibilities

Supporter care and fundraising

• Act as the first point of contact for supporters and fundraisers, delivering timely, professional and friendly stewardship via phone, email and post .
• Manage supporter journeys from sign-up to thank you, using tailored communications and automated journeys to maximise engagement and fundraising success.
• Record and track fundraising activity, ensuring accurate records and effective supporter communications.
• Prepare and send thank you letters, receipts and other supporter communications.
• Plan and deliver small-scale supporter engagement events, maximising both experience and fundraising potential.
• Recruit, coordinate and steward fundraising volunteers across the year. 

CRM and donor management

• Maintain accurate supporter and donation records within the CRM (Salesforce), acting as the organisational lead for CRM best practice.
