Role Purpose

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, whose mission is to see a time when no deaf person feels alone, is seeking a Principal Gifts Manager responsible for identifying, cultivating and stewarding high-value donors to the charity giving £100,000 plus.
Hearing Dogs for Deaf People has been creating life-changing partnerships between hearing dogs and deaf recipients since 1982. As well as acting as an ear to their partners and alerting them to sounds, the charity’s clever and expertly trained dogs help deaf people to live life with confidence and independence, whilst providing love, companionship and emotional support.
Following a strategic review, the charity is now looking to build a new Income Generation Directorate to enable it to transform many more lives across the UK. This role will be critical to help Hearing Dogs reach their goals to significantly grow and diversify income.
Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, the post-holder will work closely with senior leaders, trustees and senior stakeholders to solicit high-value gifts, typically of six and seven figures, and to build and deepen long-term relationships between donors and the charity. You will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of potential and current principal-level donors, as well as delivering exceptional stewardship journeys that demonstrate the impact and value of donor support.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in securing major gifts at the six-figure level or above, ideally in a principal or transformational giving context. About the role
This role will help to drive forward the public health, inclusion, and awareness team’s work across the UK, which is to empower patients and the public to play a full role in managing their own risk of getting breast cancer, diagnosing breast cancer earlier and improving their quality of life after a breast cancer diagnosis and treatment, thereby reducing the risk of recurrence.

This role involves frequent communication with a range of people through email, telephone and over MS Teams. You will use our database (Unity) to log all communications and to keep track of talks progress. Our database also tracks volunteer training and availability. Alongside our database, our volunteer portal allows you to interact with all the public health volunteers at once for events, online talks and resources.
About you
You will be highly organised, able to manage priorities and have excellent verbal and written skills. You will have solid customer service or stakeholder engagement experience. An excellent communicator who can handle issues sensitively. Additionally, you will have strong IT skills and have some experience with databases and GDPR or compliance.

We have 600+ members at the BIA from a broad spectrum of biotech and life science companies including university spinouts, start-ups to scaling biotech to big pharma, including those that support the sector such as service providers, consultancies, law firms and universities.
We are looking for an experienced BD Manager to join the existing team here at BIA. The primary task is to help build relationships, retain current members, and secure new ones to meet or exceed quarterly and yearly targets.

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established national organisation for an experienced Data Selections and Imports Manager to support the team during a busy period.
Available on either a full-time basis or part-time (3 to 5 days a week), this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and is available to start immediately.
The role
You'll be responsible for producing data selections for marketing and fundraising campaigns, managing data imports into the CRM, and ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and ready to use.
Working closely with marketing and fundraising teams, you'll turn campaign briefs into targeted data selections, resolve data queries, and help keep campaign activity running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
Produce campaign data selections using SQL
If Manage and validate data imports into the CRM
Maintain high standards of data quality and accuracy
Work with stakeholders to understand campaign requirements
Prepare and manipulate data for campaigns and reporting
Maintain clear process documentation
Support improvements to data processes where appropriate
About you
You'll have previous experience working with customer or supporter data and be confident using SQL to extract and manipulate data. You'll be organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple requests to tight deadlines.
You'll also have strong communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
You'll ideally have
Strong SQL skills
Experience producing campaign or marketing data selections
Experience managing data imports
CRM experience, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
A strong understanding of data quality and best practice

The Family Centre is part of a local integrated system with a wide range of partners that builds family resilience in Surrey and seeks to improve life chances for the most vulnerable children.
You would manage a small, dedicated team of family support workers and have lead responsibility for supervising their work and ensuring delivery of our sub-contract with the YMCA.
