Responsibilities include:
Work with Foundation Manager and Project Officers in regions to develop potential new projects and new partners
Responsible for the Grants and Trusts Fundraiser incumbent to ensure the objectives of this role are fulfilled.Support the Grants and Trusts Fundraiser to deliver effective grant management, helping to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the agreed budget, timeline and project objectives.
Provide oversight of the restricted fundraising process and support the Grants and Trusts Fundraiser to research, write and submit accurate and persuasive funding applications.
Lead on development and submission of high-quality project reports, with support from the Grants and Trusts Fundraiser.
Maintain and further develop strong partnerships with project partners and key stakeholders.

About you
You will be an experienced project and fundraising professional with a strong track record in project development, grants and trusts fundraising, and delivering complex programmes from concept through to reporting. You will be an exceptional communicator who can build effective relationships with partners, donors, colleagues and beneficiaries across cultures and time zones, while producing clear, persuasive funding applications and high‑quality project reports. You will be organised, proactive and analytical, confident managing multiple priorities, budgets and deadlines, and comfortable contributing to strategic planning. An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Medair UK team as we are seeking a part-time Head of Operations. The post holder will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of Medair UK's finance, HR, IT and governance functions, ensuring robust systems, effective controls, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. They will support the Medair UK Director and Board of Trustees to ensure effective governance and management of the charity in accordance with best practice and ensure a sustainable operational platform is in place to support all Medair UK’s functions. Financial Management and Reporting
Lead the charity’s financial management, ensuring accurate records, robust controls and effective financial processes.

BIAS is a local charity which has supported England’s largest Irish community in Brent for almost fifty years. Brief role description
The young people programme supports young people from Forces families aged 16 to 24, particularly those who are disadvantaged, affected by mobility, at risk of becoming NEET or who have Special Educational Needs (SEN). Who we're looking for
We are looking for someone with a background in education and/or experience supporting young people to overcome challenges. You will have experience in a customer-focused environment and a track record of delivering to SLAs. You will also be a strong collaborator and team player, with demonstrable influencing skills and coaching or mentoring experience.
You will be a self-starter with confidence to use your own initiative and a passion for supporting the Armed Forces community. You will have an understanding of the challenges faced by forces families in finding appropriate and sustainable employment. In addition, you will have strong operational and administrative skills, knowledge of GDPR and experience using CRMs.
The ideal candidate will have lived experience of the Armed Forces lifestyle, a background in secondary or further education and a NVQ Level 6 in Advice, Information and Guidance.
This position is remote; however, candidates must be based in Hampshire to support local engagement activities and demonstrate knowledge of regional authorities and organisations.

About the role
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention of volunteers across Woman's Trust.

About the role
Working across multiple teams, you will manage all aspects of the event from programme development, speaker and delegate management, and ticketing systems through to sponsorship support, on-site delivery and post-event evaluation. Role overview
Shine supports a community of over 15,000 members living with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus, including 10,000 adults (25+).
You will be delivering high-quality support and creating opportunities for adults living with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus and their carers, supporting Shine members to lead healthy, independent, and fulfilling lives by improving condition management and fostering connections within the Shine community.
This role will focus on adults (25+), you will be primarily working within the Adult Services Team. However, there will be occasions when you will work across age groups to ensure the best outcomes for our members.
The role is home-based and ideally you will live within an hour commute of London, within Essex, Kent or Sussex as you will be attending clinics in London and the Southeast as required. There would be occasional travel required across wider areas and nationally including attendance at events, conferences and meetings at our head office in Peterborough.
The role is full time 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday with working core hours 9am-5pm with some flexibility to cover events evenings/weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver innovative support across your region to improve health, social, and emotional outcomes for members.
Attend specialist clinics to engage with members and professionals.
Provide information, advice, and guidance to our adult members and carers, including hard-to-reach communities.
Support members to access benefits, services, and resources that promote financial stability, health, and independence.
Refer members to Shine’s Health team, internal specialists, or external agencies as appropriate.
Develop age-specific groups and peer support networks to reduce isolation and encourage social interaction.
Recruit and support Shine volunteers.
Contribute to regional and national events (face-to-face and virtual) based on member needs and interests.
Represent Shine at conferences, provide information, raise awareness among professionals, external organisations, and the public through presentations and training.
Promote Shine membership to individuals with relevant conditions.
