We are looking for a dedicated HR Business Partner to join our HR Business Partnering team on a 12month FTC basis. This is a great opportunity for an HRBP with significant experience of working with medical workforce to take a lead role in supporting our medical service review so we can best achieve our organisational goals. You will parter with senior managers and clinical leaders to provide proactive, professional guidance to with a key focus on transformation change.
Your Impact:
· Lead workforce elements of the medical review programme, as a senior representative of the People directorate, at working groups, programme boards, and governance forums.
· Lead the development of end-to-end medical workforce transformation and organisational change plans, including milestones, dependencies, deliverables and assurance arrangements.
· Influence, advise and constructively challenge senior leaders, and clinicians to ensure that workforce risks are understood, mitigated and actively managed.
· Support the medical workforce review through implementation, ensuring transitions are managed safely, legally and compassionately.
Key Criteria:
· Significant experience in an HR Business Partnering role working with medical workforce and a thorough understanding of medical and dental terms and conditions of service.
· Experience of working with senior managers and directors and managing complex cases pertaining to doctor’s terms and conditions.
· Proven experience of leading workforce aspects of transformation or service redesign programmes.
· Evidence of building working relationships across various stakeholder groups e.g. the BMA.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to advise, challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels.
· Ability to systematically analyse information and cut through complexity to bring clear and relevant recommendations.
· Ability to occasionally travel within the UK and work unsociable hours.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser to grow this vital area of income. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver our trusts and foundations strategy at a key point in our organisational development, helping to diversify income and support innovative, impactful programmes.
You will lead on identifying and securing new funding opportunities, building strong donor relationships, and writing compelling proposals and reports. You’ll also represent Cord externally and work collaboratively across teams to develop strong cases for support.
About You
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of securing funding from trusts, foundations, or philanthropic donors, alongside excellent writing and communication skills. You will be confident building relationships and proactively developing opportunities, with a strong understanding of the philanthropic landscape.
You’ll be an excellent communicator and able to translate complex programmes into persuasive funding cases, and comfortable building relationships through networking and outreach.

This is a full-time role that works across all Unlimit Health’s key audiences for funding and communications. The Digital Marketing & Donor Engagement Advisor plays a crucial role in executing the delivery of a digital strategy for the charity which will underpin our strategic objectives and our income generation and awareness raising goals.
The role sits in the Funding and Communications team.
You’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional online experiences, excited by what’s possible in the digital and social media space and be driven to use analytics to shape what you do across a wide range of marketing channels including social media, websites, email marketing.
With a flair for crafting the right message for the right audience, you will help us build stronger connections with existing supporters, as well as helping us to reach and inspire new donors and supporters.
You will have a keen interest in global health and be adept at explaining complex subjects in an engaging and accessible way to our target audiences.
The person
The Digital Marketing & Donor Engagement Advisor will have proven experience in marketing and fundraising at a professional level, with experience of MailChimp or other email marketing platforms. They will have strong knowledge and experience of content management systems in particular SEO, digital analytics platforms, data capture, monitoring and tracking.
The successful candidate will have experience of working across teams and managing work with short deadlines without sacrificing quality of work or attention to detail, as well as the ability to organise workload and meet competing priorities.
