The Digital Products Business Analyst is a key member of our Digital Products Team, created to elevate and optimise how Salesforce is used across the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR). This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our digital landscape and deliver real, measurable value for colleagues, RCR Fellows, and members.
In this role, you’ll lead the discovery and definition of requirements, manage end to end delivery of digital projects, and play a central part in testing, deployment, and training. You’ll be the crucial bridge between internal teams and our technical Salesforce specialists ensuring solutions are well understood, effectively implemented, and continuously improved.
From kick starting development projects to overseeing UAT and embedding new digital ways of working, you'll support the entire lifecycle of our Salesforce-driven products.
To be successful in this role you’ll be someone who enjoys making sense of complexity and turning it into clarity. You understand how to balance technical feasibility with user needs, and you can com-municate confidently with everyone from developers to senior leaders.

Scripture Union is seeking a Technical Operations Analyst to play a key role in the day to day running, support and continuous improvement of our digital platforms. You’ll work as part of our Digital Solutions team, ensuring our technology is reliable, secure and enables staff and volunteers to focus on mission.
The role
You’ll take operational responsibility for key elements of our Microsoft technology stack, including:
You’ll support users across the organisation, resolve and triage technical issues, work with third party suppliers, and contribute to compliance with standards such as GDPR and Cyber Essentials Plus. You’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues working on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and other cloud-based systems.

This is a crucial and strategic role for our charity as we require an expert product manager to lead and manage our Salesforce platform, delivering configuration, insight, reporting and training.
The Salesforce Product Manager is responsible for leading the ongoing development, administration and improvement of our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring it supports all areas of our charity, including fundraising, operations, finance and grant management.
