Purpose of the role: 

• To facilitate introductory training workshops for kinship carers across England, as part of the national training team, through an annual programme of Kinship roadshows and in-person and online workshops.
• To contribute to the continual development and improvement of the Kinship training programme by developing new content and refining existing materials in line with insight, data, and feedback from kinship carers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Co-facilitate professional, high-quality training to kinship carers in England.

• Experience managing challenging or sensitive situations during training while maintaining clear boundaries, using Kinship's safeguarding framework where necessary.

• Ensure training is accessible, inclusive, and adapted to meet the diverse needs of participants.

• Meet training KPIs, including participants reporting they feel better supported (90%) and have increased understanding of the subject (80%).

• Contribute to the continuous development of training resources using insights, data, and feedback from kinship carers.

• Maintain a consistent and engaging approach across all training experiences.

• Use Salesforce effectively as the case management system to support training delivery, learning, and evaluation.

• Demonstrate confident and frictionless use of Zoom, including breakout rooms and interactive tools, to deliver engaging online training sessions.

• Actively support and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive, and supportive team environment.

Essential knowledge, abilities, skills and experience includes:

• Substantial experience delivering engaging online and in-person training and workshops for diverse audiences.

• Proven experience in professional facilitation using a range of techniques to engage participants.

• Demonstrable expertise using Zoom (including breakout rooms and tools) and PowerPoint to deliver high-quality training.

• Experience managing challenging or sensitive situations during training while maintaining clear boundaries.

• Proven ability to deliver training that achieves measurable impact and learning outcomes.

The RCR, in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support, is leading a national review into cancer multidisciplinary team (MDTs) improvement — a key commitment in the National Cancer Plan. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive this high-profile programme and deliver meaningful change for cancer services. 

This is a rare opportunity to shape how cancer teams work across the country and to deliver meaningful improvements for patients, clinicians and the wider cancer workforce. 

As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the planning, coordination and delivery of the Cancer MDT Reform Programme. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the health system including NHS England, Macmillan Cancer Support and the Department of Health and Social Care as well as senior Officers at the RCR, including regular reporting to our Vice-President for Clinical Oncology. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Leading the full project lifecycle, from developing detailed project plans to managing risks, timelines and reporting. 
• Delivering a large two-day national stakeholder event to gather insight and build consensus across the cancer community.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to play a key role in the next phase of our organisation-wide Salesforce rollout. Having successfully implemented Salesforce for donor management, we are now expanding the platform to support our international field operations.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in helping Crisis secure the income needed to end homelessness. Working across a portfolio of new and existing grant funders, the postholder will build strong, strategic relationships that lead to five and six figure gifts and long-term support. About the role:

You will provide trauma informed support to service users impacted by terrorism. Service users are at the heart of the work we do; working with the family, you will undertake a comprehensive needs assessment to agree a bespoke Support Plan that will include exploring the needs of children and young people within the family.

You will manage a caseload, completing actions agreed on Support Plans and reviewing needs with service users on a regular basis. You will advocate for service users with external stakeholders, agencies and aspects of the criminal justice system. About the role:

As a Family Caseworker you will be joining a passionate and committed team who provide a high quality and bespoke support to our service users. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional trauma informed advocacy and support. Overall purpose: 

Breaking Barriers exists to support refugees and people from forced migration backgrounds into meaningful employment. 

The Client Caseworker is integral to delivering that mission. Acting as a client’s primary point of support, you will lead and coordinate their progression toward employment — whether through language development, requalification, training or direct employability support. 

This role requires someone who can take ownership of client journeys, drive forward action plans, and deliver both one-to-one and group-based support that moves clients closer to work. Caseworkers may initially focus more heavily on one pathway area, but the role is designed to provide integrated, cross-programme support over time. 

Collaboration across programme teams is essential to ensure clients experience seamless, joined-up services and consistent progression.Your contributions are valued, and you can make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. 

Key responsibilities: 

1. Client casework and support 

• Manage a caseload of clients, providing structured one-to-one support in person and online. 

• Conduct holistic assessments to understand clients’ qualifications, skills, language levels, aspirations and barriers. 

• Co-create clear, outcome-focused action plans aligned to sustainable employment. 

• Drive forward client progression across relevant pathways, including: 

• Employment readiness and job search 

• CV development, applications and interview preparation 

• Professional requalification and accreditation routes 

• English language progression 

• Sector-specific training or volunteering 

• Deliver group sessions to help clients build knowledge and skills in a supportive peer-learning environment. 

• Maintain regular contact to monitor progress, adjust support and maintain accountability. 

• Identify and address barriers to progression, advocating where appropriate. 

• Safeguard clients appropriately and escalate concerns in line with policy. 

• Refer and signpost to additional support services where required. 

2. Stakeholder and volunteer engagement 

• Engage with stakeholders and partners to develop networks and identify job, training, education and work experience opportunities for clients. 

• Support outreach initiatives by developing and maintaining relationships with partners (e.g. referral partners, training providers, employers and professional bodies) 

• Advocate on behalf of clients to address specific barriers to employment or accreditation. 

• Collaborate with colleagues responsible for employer and partner engagement to match clients to appropriate opportunities. 

• Liaise with volunteers to source additional expertise and mentoring opportunities for clients. 

• Represent Breaking Barriers at occasional events or meetings as required. 

3. Monitoring, Reporting & Administration 

• Maintain accurate, timely and detailed client records on the CRM system. 

• Track and report on client progression against agreed milestones and KPIs. 

• Ensure documentation and evidence are completed in line with reporting requirements. 

• Complete enrolment and administrative processes efficiently. 

• Support monitoring and evaluation processes to inform service improvement. 

4. Cross-Organisational Collaboration & Integrated Working 

• Work closely with colleagues across all functions to ensure seamless client journeys, aligning support, avoiding duplication and maintaining clarity of progression plans. 

• Share knowledge of sector pathways, labour market developments and client trends to inform service development and team learning. 

• Contribute to service development as the service redesign evolves.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case reviews, reflective practice sessions, appraisals and inductions, contributing to strong team relationships and continuous service improvement. 

• Take advantage of training and development opportunities to build new skills and share knowledge across teams. 

• Foster a collaborative, solution-focused team culture. 

Person specification: 

Essential Criteria 

Experience 

• Experience providing one-to-one advice, guidance or support, ideally within employability, education, refugee support or a related field 

• Experience delivering or co-facilitating group sessions, workshops or training. 

• Experience working toward defined targets, outcomes or deadlines in a structured environment. 

• Understanding of barriers faced by refugees and people from forced migration backgrounds in accessing employment. 

• Experience maintaining accurate records, whether using a database, CRM or equivalent system.

We are seeking a fantastic corporate partnerships manager to join our Income Generation team. This is a key role for the organisation, proactively leading on new business; delivering mid and high-value partnerships and maintaining a healthy and active pipeline of new prospects to support the long-term sustainability of our work. The successful candidate will develop compelling proposals and pitches to build new relationships and provide excellent stewardship for existing corporate partners. They will manage and deliver the Income Generation strategy, annual operational plan, and income forecasting and develop accurate annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against plan and meeting KPIs and targets.
We are looking for an individual able to demonstrate a good track record of success in achieving and exceeding set income targets in corporate fundraising as well as devising, driving and delivering corporate fundraising plans. Excellent written and creative skills, with experience in developing relationships is crucial as is the ability to organise, prioritise, and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines. Strong networking skills with the ability to manage high-profile relationships professionally and tactfully are essential.

You will work to forge and sustain long-term, constructive partnerships with new and existing partners that help us grow funds and achieve our charitable goals. You will: 

· quickly learn and be able to articulate well our campaigns and victim service and their evidence base, our funding need, and the actions that corporates can and should take to prioritise safe and green use of roads, through funding us and supporting our campaigns

· find and unlock access to senior leads within companies not already working with us (e.g., public affairs, communications and corporate social relationship teams) as well as taking up the reins of stewarding relationships with some of the companies already working with us

· listen and understand corporates’ priorities, understanding their budgets, potential to fundraise within their teams and networks, and their safety, sustainability, policy and pr priorities; and articulate what Brake does and our need for help

· forge, together, actionable joint plans that generate funds for Brake from a company, directly or through their supply chain / customers. You will achieve six figure funding targets, by generating five figure funds from new and existing partners

· Work alongside team members in public affairs, PR, and public engagement to understand our programmes of work in campaigns and seek the engagement of new and existing corporate supporters in those programmes, for example through participation and sponsorship

· Be responsible for developing your own pipeline of leads and accurately forecasting income you will fundraise from this pipeline and listing partnership activities that will be delivered

We’re seeking a Fundraising Officer to support the growth of all our programmes, services, and campaigns. Primarily working on a new area of trusts and foundations fundraising, including researching prospects. You will be responsible for making grant applications and updating funders, as well as providing overall support to the wider fundraising team at Humanists UK.

The fundraising team is responsible for income generation including donors, campaigns, grants, and exploring new ways we can sustain and grow our fundraising. This includes planning and leading giving campaigns; donor and funder stewardship (working with the Chief Executive’s Office); developing and maintaining an income pipeline; and identifying new opportunities to diversify our income streams.

Key Tasks & Activities

Implementing and further developing Humanists UK’s grants, trusts, and foundations fundraising strategy, with key tasks including:

• Researching new funding prospects

• Maintaining and growing our funding pipeline.

• Supporting colleagues across the organisation to develop, bid for, and report on appropriate projects for funding

• Writing clear and compelling funding bids, proposals, and appeals, and produce timely, high-quality reports for funders
