Interim Chief Executive
6‑month contract – Part‑time (21 hours/week)

We are seeking an experienced and confident Interim Chief Executive to lead an organisation through a key period of transition. This role requires a strong, strategic leader with a background in membership organisations, experience managing teams through change, and the ability to represent the organisation effectively across the sector.

Hours: 21 hours per week (potential to start on 28 hours), flexible (some evenings/weekends)
Salary: £80,000 FTE (pro‑rated) + NEST pension
Location: London N1 (hybrid with weekly office presence)

The role is to rovide interim leadership and clear strategic direction for the development and management of the organisation, establishing a secure foundation that enables it to serve as a beacon of dynamism and innovation within its field. It involves leading and maintaining a high‑performing executive team that delivers services and support to its members, while fostering a collaborative working environment with the non‑executive directors on the governing body.

SALES LEDGER
Monthly invoices for existing and new clients (multi-currency)
Issuing credit notes when required.

CREDIT CONTROL
Monitor overdue debtors on a weekly basis and follow up with respective accounts departments.
Issue reminders as per the credit control policy.
Building client relationships and resolve queries.
Maintain and update debtors reports, including monthly analysis of aged debtors.
Update Salesforce regularly with finance information and email communications.
PURCHASE LEDGER
Raise / post and process invoices
Deal with purchase orders (multi-currency).
Purchase invoices on a daily basis.
Process employee and contractor expenses, with claims submitted accurately, within policy guidelines
Purchase invoices for sign-off and payment, ensuring all signing limits and authorisation requirements are adhered to.
Payment runs - twice per month

MONTH END TASKS
Balance sheet reconciliations.
Prepayments and accruals.
Journal postings.
Cashbook posting and bank reconciliations (GBP/EUR/USD/CAD).

This Finance Business Partner will be the lead for reporting on Building Safety.

• Provide finance business partnering support and act as the finance lead for building safety reporting, ensuring robust insight around legislation, regulation and remedial programmes.
• Enhance the quality, clarity and impact of building safety financial reporting by producing timely analysis, insightful commentary, and linking financial performance to strategic objectives.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities for building safety, preparing accurate annual budgets and monthly forecasts in collaboration with operational directors, service managers and other budget holders.

Team Leader - Carer Peer Support (Adult Mental Health)

£34,101 FTE, pro rata 28 hours per week, great benefits!

We are looking for someone to join our local, independent Carer-led charity, someone who has their own personal story of caring, able to use that lived experience as well as their professional skills and knowledge to help others. The postholder will collaborate extensively with our funding partner, South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust, as well as other charity delivery partners to improve the identification of, and support for, unpaid family and friend Carers of adults with mental health needs. The work may also involve identifying children and young people in caring roles and brokering access to our Young Carers Support team.

As well as leading a small, part-time team of Carer Peer Support Workers, you will work alongside them, providing front-line, individual and group dedicated support (practical, social and clinical interventions). As well as coordinating services to assist Carers with their own wellbeing needs, you will enable Carers to provide well-informed care for their friends and family. You also will be our representative for the MH Trusts’ Triangle of Care Steering Group.
