- Applying advanced analytical techniques, including propensity modelling, predictive analytics and segmentation, to support decision-making
- Creating, maintaining and improving Power BI dashboards and reports that turn complex data into accessible, actionable insight
- Using digital channel analytics, A/B testing, conversion analysis and user behaviour insight to help optimise digital content and journeys
- Managing complex analytical projects, gathering requirements and delivering accurate work to agreed timescales
- Working with Digital, Marketing, Engagement and Fundraising teams to ensure data insight informs planning, delivery and evaluation
- Developing data models, taxonomies and definitions that improve analytical consistency, accuracy and efficiency
- Supporting data quality, governance and continuous improvement across the organisation
- Sharing knowledge and providing guidance to colleagues to strengthen analytical capability and confidence
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
- Experience of improving results through analysis and insight, particularly in a fundraising, marketing or engagement context
- Strong technical skills in data analysis, manipulation and visualisation using SQL, Power BI and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
- Experience of managing large datasets, carrying out statistical analysis and developing clear, data-driven insights
- Experience applying advanced techniques such as propensity modelling, predictive analytics and segmentation
- Experience analysing digital channels and using approaches such as A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation and user behaviour analysis
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to make complex insight accessible to non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality and privacy requirements, including UK GDPR
If you’re excited by the opportunity to use advanced analysis to improve how we engage with our audiences and supporters, we’d love to hear from you.
