We're looking for a skilled and motivated Personalisation Budget Performance and Insights Lead to oversee the performance, monitoring and continuous improvement of the Greater Change Personalisation Fund.
This innovative £1 million partnership between Birmingham City Council, Greater Change and Birmingham Voluntary Service Council (BVSC) aims to improve outcomes for people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or experiencing multiple disadvantage through personalised financial support.
You'll work closely with partners across housing, homelessness, health, criminal justice and the voluntary sector to ensure the fund is delivering real impact. By analysing performance data, identifying emerging needs and providing strategic insight, you'll help shape service improvements, strengthen partnership working and support better outcomes for Birmingham residents.
This is a varied role combining performance management, partnership development, data analysis and strategic coordination. You'll produce high-quality reports and dashboards, monitor outcomes and provide the intelligence needed to inform operational management, commissioning and future service development.

About the role
The Policy and Public Affairs Manager will establish and lead Woman’s Trust’s policy and public affairs function. She will grow the organisation’s influence with UK and London government, Parliament, NHS systems, commissioners and sector partners so that the voices and experiences of women and children affected by domestic abuse shape policy, commissioning and practice.
The postholder will develop and deliver an evidence-led influencing strategy; own a focused portfolio of policy priorities; build and manage senior stakeholder relationships; produce high-quality analysis, briefings and consultation responses; and provide timely political and public affairs advice to the CEO, Chair, trustees and senior colleagues.
Working across services, data, communications and fundraising, she will ensure Woman’s Trust’s external positions are grounded in frontline expertise, robust evidence and appropriately supported survivor involvement. Role Purpose
The RDA Coach is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of safe, effective, and engaging sessions at Lowlands Equestrian Centre. The Coach role ensures that all sessions meet the needs of disabled riders while maintaining high standards of equine welfare, volunteer support, and compliance with RDA guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Session Delivery
· Lead and deliver all ridden sessions, ensuring they are safe, inclusive, and tailored to individual rider needs.
· Lead other activities at the centre when needed.
· Complete session risk assessments and retain responsibility for maintaining safety throughout.
· Take overall responsibility for the effective running of sessions, including setup, delivery, and close-down.
· Ensure all sessions align with RDA standards and best practice.

The Head of Public Fundraising is a new role at Coeliac UK leading the charity’s public fundraising function. The role focusses on driving sustainable growth across individual giving, community fundraising, events, lottery, raffle, digital fundraising and merchandise. This role is responsible for delivering Coeliac UK’s 5-year fundraising strategy to maximise return-on-investment, grow long term supporter value, and contribute to the charity’s mission.
The Head of Public Fundraising will embed and deliver comprehensive fundraising strategies, growing Coeliac UK’s supporter base and income, building up new and under-developed income streams and communicating effectively with their audiences to expand their reach, and encourage financial and non-financial support to deliver the organisations mission.
Who are we looking for?
Key to the success of this role is a strong understanding of individual giving fundraising. This role blends the strategic oversight and leadership of a Head of role across multiple income streams, with the hands-on expertise of an IG fundraiser. Experience across other income streams and areas of fundraising delivery would be a huge benefit as the role leads community fundraising and events, will take on digital fundraising - currently led by the Chief Engagement Officer, as well as manage the data and supporter care functions, but experience in individual giving is essential as Coeliac UK has defined that as an area of priority income. The successful candidate for this role will be someone who has already operated at a senior level within a charity such as at Senior Manager level, or Head of in a specific income stream.
Hybrid working
The role has a hybrid expectation of a minimum of a day a week in the High Wycombe office (HP11 2QW) to build relationships and provide support to the fundraising team, and there will be flexibility required for other in person meetings and events. This is a brand new position for the trust which will focus on building and developing relationships with Muslim communities across the UK, ensuring that community voice, needs and experience shape everything they do. The Head of Community Engagement and Outreach will develop and deliver a national community engagement strategy, prioritising areas of greatest need, building and sustaining relationships with mosques, community organisations, faith networks and grassroots groups across the UK. You will design and deliver outreach programmes that raise awareness of the trust's support services, build trust with communities and will grow their network of volunteers and ambassadors. You will also lead on the design and delivery of training programmes, delivered to a range of external partners, covering a range of important topics including community resilience, reporting a hate crime, and wellbeing support.
To apply for this multifaceted role, you will have significant experience of community engagement, outreach or partnership development, ideally within the charity, faith or public sector. You will have excellent relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage community leaders, statutory partners and volunteers and will possess sound judgement, integrity and sensitivity when dealing with confidential information, delicate issues and vulnerable individuals. You will also have experience of designing and delivering tailored training programmes to diverse audiences, including community groups and institutional partners. A strong understanding of the issues facing Muslim communities in the UK, and the barriers to reporting hate crime is essential.
