The Executive Director will provide strategic, operational and financial leadership for East London Dance, working in close partnership with the Creative Director & CEO to deliver the organisation’s vision and business plan, strengthening its position as an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation. The Finance Manager is responsible for the overall management and delivery of the finance function for CPA UK. Main purpose of role:
The Director of Operations is an important, senior role at the Art School, responsible for supporting the Principal in the delivery of the Strategic Vision and to monitor the progress of its objectives. The role:

The Payroll Manager works with Payroll Assistant and other key stakeholders across departments to create automated process, ensure appropriate controls are in place, problem solve payroll and pension queries, and to make sure our systems are working for the organisation.
The Payroll Manager is responsible for preparing payroll outputs and reports for review; ensuring that final authorisation, sign-off and release of payroll payments are forwarded timely to senior members of the Finance and People & Culture teams, in line with agreed controls and delegated authorities. The Payroll Manager escalates exceptions, narrative for variances, policy deviations and high-risk items for decision and approval.
