About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail driven Careers and Workforce Coordinator to join our Faculties Team, supporting both the Faculty of Intensive Care Medicine (FICM) and the Faculty of Pain Medicine (FPM).
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to workforce planning, recruitment, quality management and practitioner development, areas that directly influence clinical practice and patient care across the UK.
In this role, you will act as the administrative lead for all matters relating to workforce, recruitment, careers and practitioner support. You will also play a key part in coordinating quality workstreams across both Faculties.

About You
You will be an organised and detail focused administrator with experience managing varied workloads under pressure. You will have strong experience in committee administration, including accurate minute taking, and will be confident producing high quality written and database work.
You will also bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong IT proficiency (Word, Outlook and Excel), and the ability to interpret and simplify complex information. Experience within a membership organisation or medical education environment is desirable.

Pitzhanger is seeking a dynamic & highly motivated Event Marketing Executive, responsible for developing and delivering the Private Hire marketing plan for Pitzhanger’s unique and elegant spaces. This is a project-based role, supporting the development of our Private Hire business, which is anticipated to run until 31 May 2028. The role will involve targeting new business, identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and growing Pitzhanger’s Private Hire income. Key Responsibilities

About Your Role
This role is central to how the organisation functions day-to-day.
The Operations & Executive Support Lead will provide trusted executive support to the CEO and diary management support for directors while also holding the operational backbone of the organisation. This includes managing administrative flow, designing and strengthening systems, and ensuring that work lands reliably and on time.

The two regional roles currently available are fundamental to the delivery of the third phase of the Seed Sovereignty Programme across southern and western England.
Working alongside the north east based England Lead, each role involves supporting seed networks across a dedicated region (southern or west of England- see regional map) through training, mentoring, and routes to market, as well as engaging with a range of groups and individuals through events, workshops and talks. Key Responsibilities for the role:
Seed knowledge: Understanding agroecology, small-scale seed production, seed sovereignty, and open-pollinated varieties.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Fundraising Manager?
Strategic Leadership & Income Generation
- Follow the fundraising strategy, developing and executing annual plans to achieve revenue targets and diversify income streams.
- Oversee the growth of Individual Giving, Regular Giving, and In Memory Giving, and Community Fundraising initiatives.

- Work directly with clinical teams to align volunteer support with operational needs, guaranteeing smooth running of hospice activities.
- Ensure all volunteers receive regular feedback and adhere to health and safety requirements.
- Maintain and develop the programme in line with Investing in Volunteers standards.
4. Donor Relations & Stakeholder Engagement
- Cultivate, steward, and strengthen long-term relationships with key donors, sponsors, community partners, and supporters.
- Support the delivery of fundraising events such as community fairs, and photography competitions, attracting large public support. Support the team during gala dinners and garden parties. Oversee the Events Executive in all areas of their role.
- Enhance the Hospice’s visibility and supporter engagement through partnership building and community presence.
5. Data, Finance & Compliance
- Ensure all donor and volunteer records are held and maintained under GDPR and internal data protection regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Donor Identification, solicitation and management
- Work with the UK Country Manager to grow the donor portfolio in the UK by identifying prospects, building relationships and secure gifts from high net-worth individuals and other philanthropic donors.
- Identify and deliver unique stewardship and cultivation opportunities for donors.
- Manage a portfolio of major donors through various personalised approaches, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, events and written and verbal communications.
- Ensure excellent and timely response to enquiries and stewardship and acknowledgement of gifts.
Events coordination
- Work with the UK Country Manager to help shape and deliver events and other engagement opportunities to generate income, cultivate and steward donors.
- Take responsibility for tailored and timely event follow-up to maximise relationships and using learnings and data from past events to develop donor engagement, referrals and gifts.
Research, communications and administration
- Research potential new donors and funding streams.
- Support the production of proposals, pitches, reports and general supporter communications.
- Use Salesforce to manage the accurate recording of interactions and progression related to all donor relationships
- Provide executive assistance to the UK Country Manager and senior stakeholders in relation to scheduling supporter meetings, drafting communications and provision of information to underpin successful supporter engagement.
- Maintain strong knowledge and understanding of HPF’s programmes.
- Carry out administrative activities and other duties, as required, to maximise fundraising.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Experience developing relationships with and securing funding from high-net-worth individuals and other philanthropic donors.
- Entrepreneurial approach to relationship management and creating new fundraising initiatives.
- Experience in coordination and delivery of bespoke, high-quality events for influential audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and a proactive networker, able to act as a spokesperson and ambassador for HPF.

Outline of Role
As RCF enters this exciting stage, there is huge demand for our support in a wide range of global contexts, and our key challenge is to ensure we have robust institutional capacity - systems and procedures - to attract and effectively administer growing levels of investment.
