It’s been an incredible few years for Epilepsy Action with a re-brand and national campaigns reaching millions of people. We are now an established YouGov Top 200 UK Charity and have grown our financial turnover and scale dramatically. Despite this, there’s still more to do to realise our vision of a ‘world without limits for everyone with epilepsy’ by 2030. The challenge now is to double down on the momentum of the past few years. To continue to challenge stigma and raise awareness of the UK’s largest hidden disability.
To do that we’re looking for someone to join our award-winning marketing team. Someone with creative flair and an understanding of marketing. Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has excellent organisation skills.
This will be a varied role covering digital and print marketing. It is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their marketing career; whether that’s straight out of university or after a couple of years in another role.
This is an environment where you can develop new skills by learning from a multi-disciplinary team. You’ll play a central role in bringing marketing and communications plans to life, coordinating design and content assets so they land on time, with the right message and to the right people.

About the Investment team
The Investment team is responsible for selecting portfolio partners, managing our charity investments and supporting our portfolio partners to improve and scale their impact.
The Investment team also leads the Impetus Leadership Academy, a leadership development programme to support talent from ethnic minority backgrounds in the UK youth sector to progress into senior leadership roles.
The team is made up of 18 people, including former teachers, charity chief executives, charity impact leads, management consultants, social investment portfolio managers and impact consultants.
The team is led by a Portfolio Director who sits on the Senior Management Team. The Portfolio Director has 5 direct reports: a Deputy Portfolio Director, three Sector Leads (who lead our work in school engagement, school attainment and employment sectors) and an Impact Lead. Sector Leads line manage 6 Investment Directors between them. Investment Directors line manage Investment Managers (currently 7). Investment Directors and Investment Managers tend to primarily focus on a sector but might have mixed portfolios, depending on need, experience and interest.
The Investment team has a good track record of role progression. All four Leads and a number of our Investment Directors were promoted from within the team.

Support Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke.
Position: S11373 Stroke Association Support Coordinator

The Role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Coach in the East of England, you will have the ability to support stroke survivors to identify their goals. Using strong assessment skills and a person-centred approach enabling them to maximise their recovery and improve communication.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Supporting newly diagnosed stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.

Content & Communications

• Contribute to website content, newsletters, impact reports, and social media storytelling.
Monitoring & Evaluation
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting on engagement, reach, conversions, and impact.
• Use audience insights, analytics, and feedback to optimise campaign effectiveness.
• Evaluate return on investment and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships across fundraising, services, healthcare partners, community organisations, and external suppliers.
• Act as a positive ambassador for the charity at events, meetings, and partnership activities.

About You and The Role
The Artist/Producer is responsible for the planning, preparation and delivery of Modern Art Oxford’s early years projects including our co-learning, sensory play project Make Play, holiday workshops and welcome tours and activities for primary schools, charities, and community groups.
Modern Art Oxford’s early years programme recognises and celebrates children, as active participants in our shared society. Established in 2017, Make Play is one of the core strands of our programmes for children aged 6 months to 5 years. It provides a child-led creative space for babies and children to explore, play and learn in a safe and stimulating environment.
The Artist/Producer takes a lead role in developing activities in response to the temporary exhibitions programme, working closely with the Curator Communities, Practice & Participation to ensure a holistic and well-curated offer throughout the year.
Modern Art Oxford’s early years programme engages more than 1,000 children, parents, and carers each year through our regular sessions at the gallery and offsite with local partners.
Key responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience of working in Early Years education, strong understanding of Early Years pedagogy, child-centred and inclusive practice, experience working with artists, facilitators, or creative practitioners and experience of delivering projects and workshops in art galleries and museums with demonstrable experience of working with diverse materials and media.
They will have confidence managing multiple projects, partnerships, and delivery locations, be self-motivated and collaborative with excellent communication and relationship building skills, good IT, administrative and organisational skills.
The ability to work weekends, knowledge of equality, diversity, and inclusion practices and procedures and a DBS check and training in safeguarding are also required. First Aid training is desirable.

Medical Justice works to uphold the health and associated legal rights of people in immigration detention and provides medical evidence, so the devastating health harms of detention are understood and acted on.
