This exciting role will lead on all aspects of the finance function, including managing managing the Finance & Systems Officer, overseeing the production of year-end accounts in collaboration with internal stakeholders and auditors, and preparing monthly management accounts for reports to the Senior managers and trustees. Responsibilities also include stewardship of the Foundation’s liquid assets, leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, verifying monthly payroll prepared by HR, and ensuring the efficient operation of the purchase ledger function.

We are looking for a collaborative, proactive problem solver to step into the newly created role of Finance & Executive Support Officer.
This is a varied and crucial role which supports the organisation to work as effectively as possible. Established in 1999 SeeSaw Grief Support is an award-winning charity supporting children and young people in Oxfordshire who are bereaved or about to be bereaved. The work supporting children, young people and their families is delivered by a team of clinical staff and volunteers, who work with families in their own homes. Because of this regular travel is involved, often at the end of the school day. We regularly provide support for between 400-500 children and young people each year.
Our clinical team of 5 practitioners, and 12 volunteers, is supported by our Clinical Data and Volunteer Manager. Due to increasing demand for our service, we are expanding our team and looking for a 6th practitioner to join us, focusing on direct work with bereaved children and young people, and those facing the death of a close family member. We are looking for candidates who have gained experience of working with children and young people in a range of settings. You are a good communicator and skilled at making and sustaining supportive relationships with children and young people to effect change.Our practitioners have a caseload of individual children and their families, and liaise with professionals from schools, health, social care and children and young people’s mental health services, as well as with our team of Volunteer Support Workers. As Southwark Cathedral’s Audience Development Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to monitor visitor numbers and build new audiences. Leading on impact and evaluation, you will develop strategies to attract new visitors, engaging existing audiences, and improve the overall visitor experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop and implement strategies to attract new audiences and deepen engagement with existing ones through various channels like social media, email, and events.
· Work with the Head of Engagement to improve the visitor experience to encourage repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth
· Work with the Communications Team to create and manage marketing campaigns to promote the Cathedral and its offerings
· Attend Cathedral public events and programming to gather relevant data and audience feedback
· Build creative and engaging forms of visitor feedback that captures qualitative and quantitative data key to the building of an audience-led Engagement programme
· Work with the Engagement team to plan and execute audience-led programming to attract visitors and enhance engagement, such as concerts, lectures, or tours, delivering on the new Engagement Strategy
· Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of audience development efforts
· Work with other departments, including marketing, fundraising, and education, to achieve the Cathedral’s vision and mission values
· Working with the Head of Engagement, CFO and COO to manage budgets related to audience development activities
· Develop and implement an audience development strategy and an evaluation framework that aligns with the Cathedral's overall goals
· Lead on data and feedback analysis and the building of reports to inform key stakeholders and SLT of Cathedral programming

We are looking to appoint a full-time Trust and Foundations Fundraising Lead (35 hours per week) to lead and develop Rainbow Trust’s trusts and foundations fundraising programme. You will manage relationships with charitable trusts and foundations, raising the funds we need to deliver and grow our support services.
Our Philanthropy team is an ambitious team with a well-established fundraising programme, playing a significant role in raising £5.7m a year to fund our support services and with plans to grow income over the next 3-5 years. We have an established portfolio of funders, giving low level gifts to six figure donations and you will have the opportunity to work on large applications.
