About the Role
This role will lead the organisation’s individual giving programme, developing strategies to attract, engage and retain supporters while increasing sustainable income.
Working closely with the fundraising and communications teams, you will oversee multi-channel campaigns, supporter journeys and fundraising appeals. You will also manage a small team and use data insights to optimise performance and drive long term supporter engagement.

The Administrator will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of the NVN’s operations. Working closely with the General Manager, they will manage day-to-day administration, membership communications, events logistics, and financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
Administration and Coordination
- Support the General Manager with the day-to-day coordination of the NVN’s activities.

Purpose of the post
The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will support the Associate Director of Finance to provide insightful analysis of financial trends and oversee the recoverability of funds.

With demonstrable experience of delivering and managing trauma informed bereavement support services and counselling at a strategic level, you will possess an excellent understanding of grief theory and bereavement support and be qualified accordingly. As this role will require you to lead a highly motivated and diverse team who are all home-based, you will have excellent people management skills and be able to support your team accordingly. You will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and be able to develop high quality services which remain responsive to the changing needs of external stakeholders. With excellent relationship building skills, you will demonstrate a high level of empathy in all aspects of your work.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As Head of Business Support, you will:
- Lead, motivate, and support the Business Development team to deliver ambitious growth targets.
