We are looking for an experienced Legacy and Tribute Manager who will be responsible for generating around £1.4 million annually through compassionate and professional management of Gifts in Wills and Tribute Giving. You will lead, shape and deliver RUHX’s Legacy & Tribute Programme—one of our most impactful income streams that enables supporters to honour exceptional care given at the RUH.

We’re looking for an experienced legacy fundraising professional with a strong track record in generating income through Gifts in Wills, creating inspiring marketing campaigns, and managing complex legacy administration with confidence and accuracy. You will bring proven expertise in handling sensitive donor relationships, working with solicitors and executors, and navigating legal processes with minimal guidance.

The Digital Products Business Analyst is a key member of our Digital Products Team, created to elevate and optimise how Salesforce is used across the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR). About the Role

 We are looking for a motivated and capable individual to join our dynamic Policy and Public Affairs Team, supporting the development of credible, evidence‑based policy proposals and helping to influence UK governments and NHS organisations to adopt them.

Key tasks and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Monitoring the political and policy environment to keep track of things like Government / NHS initiatives and influencing opportunities.
• Collating and helping to analyse existing quantitative and qualitative research to produce briefings, help generate policy proposals and facilitate their implementation.
• Assisting the Head of Policy and Public Affairs and Policy and Public Affairs Officer to devise and implement influencing plans directed towards politicians, the NHS or relevant stakeholders.
• Preparing and drafting responses to consultations and reports relevant to the work of CPOC and the College, ensuring responses are evidence-based and in line with on-going policy work and strategy.
• Assisting with designing and conducting new research, such as survey work or interviews, in support of policy and influencing work.
• Becoming the team’s main expert on policy work in one of the UK devolved nations – likely Northern Ireland – and represent the Policy and Public Affairs Team on RCoA’s board for that nation.
• Providing general administrative support to the Team, including producing agendas for meetings and keeping track of our contacts with stakeholders.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to deliver high‑quality work at pace, be well organised, eager to learn and able to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You should have a sound understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods, what makes impactful policy proposals and how research can be used to influence policymakers.  Insight into the UK health policy landscape, including government and NHS priorities, is also important.

This role is well‑suited to someone starting their policy career, and while previous policy experience is beneficial, it is not essential as full support and development will be provided.

What We Want to Achieve

We want to see an NHS that delivers good outcomes for patients and makes the best use of available resources. Our role in this relates to the anaesthetic workforce, and we have two specific priorities:

1. Boosting the anaesthetic workforce. Most operations require an anaesthetist in order to take place, but each of the four UK nations faces a chronic shortage of anaesthetists. Unfortunately, at present, no UK government is funding enough anaesthetic training places. We are determined to see this changed.
2. Optimising the surgical pathway. Anaesthetists don’t just work in the operating theatres they are often involved with the care patients receive before and after their operations – known as ‘perioperative care’. Good perioperative care can prevent surgical cancellations, complications, and unnecessarily long hospital stays. To this end, we host the Centre for Perioperative Care (CPOC). CPOC advocates policies such as ‘prehabilitation’ to ensure that patients arrive in hospital on the day of their surgery in the healthiest state possible – so their operation can go ahead without problems, and they can recover quickly. We are doggedly pushing for such polices to be adopted.

Spiritual Care Lead

At Prospect Hospice, we believe that caring for someone at the end of life means caring for the whole person, their physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

We are looking for a compassionate and thoughtful Spiritual Care Lead to help ensure that spiritual care remains a central part of the support we offer to patients, families, carers, staff and volunteers.

The role

Working as part of our Family Support Team and wider multidisciplinary team, you will lead the development of spiritual care across the hospice and provide specialist support to those experiencing spiritual or existential distress.

You will help ensure that spiritual care is inclusive and accessible to people of all faiths, beliefs and life stances, recognising that spirituality is about far more than religion.

The role provides the chance to support peoples’ needs at a crucial time of their life, offering a place to explore their illness and emotional wellbeing, any anxieties and fear, concerns about their family and what the future looks like, focusing on coping strategies which they can use to empower them or bring peace and clarity.

Through your work you will:

• Offer compassionate spiritual and pastoral support to patients, families and carers
• Support colleagues in recognising and responding to spiritual needs
• Contribute to multidisciplinary discussions and care planning
• Provide opportunities for reflection and support for staff and volunteers
• Build relationships with local faith leaders and community networks
• Help shape and develop spiritual care services across the hospice

Your presence and leadership will help create space for reflection, connection, dignity and meaning at the end of life.

About you

You will bring both professional expertise and deep compassion. You will have:

• A recognised pastoral care, counselling or spiritual care qualification
• Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. hospice or healthcare chaplaincy association)
• Experience supporting people through complex emotional or spiritual distress
• Strong understanding of diverse faith traditions, beliefs and cultural perspectives
• Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent listening, communication and reflective practice skills

Experience within palliative care or healthcare would be beneficial, but most important is your commitment to compassionate, inclusive and person-centred care.

The Museums Association (MA) is seeking a part time Policy Officer to play a leading role in developing our policy and campaigns work.

In this exciting role you will have the opportunity to deliver admin support for our campaigns and policy, including Museums Change Lives, Museums and Climate Justice, Decolonising Museums, and anti-racism. You will support committees and stakeholders, help to draft policy papers and support the development and delivery of communication and dissemination plans. You will also have the opportunity to draft impactful content for our website, events and online learning, and respond to information requests to ensure that we deliver for our membership and the wider sector.

You will support and work closely with the MA’s policy and ethics lead, including delivering advocacy across the UK nations and have opportunity to develop a role in campaign areas where you have experience and/or interest.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administration and communication skills; knowledge of the policy-making process in the UK; the ability to research and write accessible, clear policy content for a range of audiences; an enthusiasm for museums and the positive difference that they can make working in partnership with their communities; and will be able to manage multiple individual pieces of work.

Job Summary

To provide, manage and co-ordinate support for people that is based on their individual needs, desires and aspirations. To provide support to people in a way that is respectful, promotes independence and enables the individuals you support to realise their own potential. Effective delegation of duties to deputy service manager, team leaders, registered nurses, senior support workers and support workers as applicable. To promote good practice at all times, act as an effective and positive role model.

To support individuals in accessing the community, in their own homes or in any setting their needs and choices may require. Service managers may work alone with the people they support or as part of a team. Service managers may provide support to individuals with a variety of different specialist needs and conditions which may include learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, physical disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, nursing needs, mental health conditions, neurological impairments, psychiatric and clinical needs, complex behaviours and other needs.

Main Duties

1. Assessing, planning and implementing, in partnership with the individuals you support, programmes of support and/or care that meet their general needs and maximise their independence, presence and participation within the community and to ensure the quality of service delivery.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are seeking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer with a proven commitment to survivor-led practice, outstanding organisational leadership capability, and relevant therapeutic competence, to provide strategic and inspirational leadership for the organisation’s future.

Leeds Survivor Led Crisis Service (LSLCS) exists to provide compassionate, person-centred, trauma-informed crisis support to people across Leeds and West Yorkshire.  Founded in 1999 by individuals with lived experience of mental health crisis, the organisation has grown to deliver a range of services for adults, children and young people while remaining rooted in survivor leadership and empowerment. LSLCS has a long history of innovation and excellence; receiving multiple national awards.

The CEO holds overarching responsibility for the current service provisions, with the support of operational directors and service managers.  LSLCS challenges and shapes current practices; aligned with the needs of those accessing crisis services, with a strong emphasis on gaining and reviewing service user and team feedback to inform decision-making.  The CEO must be able to review feedback openly, regularly and with genuine curiosity in shaping the future of the organisation.

The CEO provides strategic leadership to ensure that LSLCS continues to deliver high-quality, values-led crisis services.  Working closely with the Board of Trustees, the CEO ensures the organisation operates in alignment with its survivor-led ethos, trauma-informed principles, and person-centred philosophy.  The post-holder champions the mission of LSLCS, strengthens its culture, and maintains the organisation’s reputation as a trusted and innovative provider of crisis support.

The CEO must ensure that the organisation’s governance is compliant with Charity Commission requirements, contractual obligations and all other relevant legislation and guidance, and works closely with the Operations Director (Central Services) to ensure the organisation’s financial sustainability and the appropriate, responsible use of its resources.

Working in partnership with the Director of People & Culture, you’ll play a key role in establishing LUU’s business partnering approach and act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders, providing expert guidance on complex employee relations while building manager confidence and capability in handling people matters.

The successful candidate won’t necessarily need to come from the Higher Education sector but will bring strong HR generalist experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and the confidence to influence and coach managers at all levels. You’ll be motivated by improving organisational culture, using people insight to drive decisions, and helping leaders create environments where people can do their best work.

Colours of Redbridge is an award-winning programme of community-led arts and culture in Redbridge, East London. It is part of the pioneering Creative People and Places (CPP) programme from Arts Council England, empowering local people to decide what culture happens in their area. We are reaching new audiences through high-quality work and making a real difference to people’s lives through our projects which include South Asian truck art, a cultural food festival and a disability-led street carnival.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Community Engagement Officer to work with local communities who may be facing barriers in the area (e.g. people who have retired, are D/deaf, neurodivergent, disabled, access mental health services, or support someone who does). You will facilitate community empowerment and decision-making processes in order to realise the community’s artistic ambitions and work with a group of Community Producers to develop projects in the area. Additionally, you will sustain engagement with our target communities via regular events and maintaining networks with local community groups and organisations.

Dive deep to uncover any barriers that stand in their way, helping to remove those barriers to enable them to shine and propelling them on their journey towards amazing outcomes. Responsible for a group of young people, for one-on-one support and guidance or just gently pointing them in the right direction. You'll be on a mission to assist with travel expenses and find clever ways to handle their other commitments. You'll champion their support and learning needs with employers, and you'll be the ultimate liaison, working alongside partners like the job centre to ensure that nothing stands in the way of their success!

You’ll also be the guiding light for our delivery partners and service providers as we want them to deliver the best experience and outcomes for our young people. High-fives all around! Roll up your sleeves and deliver employability sessions directly to our incredible young people. You'll also help our Delivery Partners and volunteers do the same, both in person and virtually through our trusty MS Teams. When we're doing things face-to-face, you’ll need to hit the road and be there in person to help with programme delivery or programme visits to make sure all is running as smoothly as possible.

And if that’s not enough to keep you busy, you’ll also be keeping meticulous records of information and data on our young people, volunteers, and partners. It's all about making sure every step of their journey is accurately reflected in our systems so that it complies with our funding contracts.

The COO will provide strategic leadership across IPS Grow’s operational infrastructure, ensuring the organisation has the systems, processes and capabilities required to deliver impact at scale.
