Starting salary: £30,000 pro rata, progressing to £35,540 pro rata after 12-month probation period, plus 6% pension contribution

The Chartered Institute for Archaeologists (CIfA) is the leading professional body representing archaeologists working across the UK and internationally. Through our Groups, Networks and volunteers, we provide opportunities for members to connect, share expertise and contribute to the development of the profession.
We are seeking an organised and proactive Membership Engagement Coordinator to support volunteers with the delivery of member-focused activities and events and help strengthen engagement across our professional community.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, building relationships, and supporting volunteers to achieve shared goals.
About the role
Working closely with CIfA's Groups and Networks, you will support our volunteers to plan and deliver online meetings and events that provide member engagement, professional networking and continuing professional development (CPD) and contribute to CIfA's strategic objectives.
CIfA has 20 Area and Special Interest Groups and three professional networks.
The role offers considerable variety and would suit someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities while working with a wide range of stakeholders.
