About the role

Alexandra Rose collects and uses a wide range of data to help us run our programmes, understand our impact and influence policy change. We have developed monitoring, reporting and evaluation systems that help us track programme delivery, make informed decisions and demonstrate the difference our work makes to the diets, health and wellbeing of adults and children. We are looking for a proactive and analytical Data and Insights Officer with a keen eye for detail, who thrives on improving data quality, analysing complex information and generating insights that support decision-making across an organisation. You will play a key role in improving Alexandra Rose's data systems and reporting. Working across programme and evaluation data, you will help clean and analyse data, develop dashboards and reports, generate insights for use both internally and for our external partners. You will work closely with our technical partner and distributing centres to ensure that data is reliable, our reporting is robust and our projects can continue to grow effectively.

IPSEA (Independent Provider of Special Education Advice) is a national charity working to ensure that children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) receive the educational support they are legally entitled to. Since we were formed in 1983, we have helped to improve the education experience of thousands of children and young people across England. We do this by providing free and independent legal advice and casework support for families, undertaking policy work and delivering training on the SEND legal framework.

What you’ll do

We are seeking a Policy Manager to lead IPSEA's policy and influencing work to achieve positive change for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their families. Working closely with the Chief Executive, Head of Legal and Training, trustees and colleagues across the organisation, you will set strategic policy priorities and develop evidence-based influencing plans that support IPSEA's mission and long-term objectives.

Drawing on insights from our advice and tribunal services, legal expertise and the experiences of families, you will identify systemic issues within the SEND system and develop policy solutions that improve children and young people's access to the support and education to which they are entitled. You will ensure that IPSEA's policy positions are credible, legally robust and informed by the lived experiences of those we support.

You will lead IPSEA's engagement with government, Parliament and other key decision-makers, identifying opportunities to influence legislation, policy and practice at both national and local level. This includes overseeing responses to consultations, parliamentary inquiries and calls for evidence, as well as preparing briefings and strategic advice to support senior-level engagement and advocacy.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across legal, communications, fundraising and training teams, you will ensure IPSEA's policy, campaigning and public affairs activities are aligned and maximise the organisation's impact. You will also monitor developments across the political, legal and policy landscape, helping IPSEA respond proactively to emerging opportunities and challenges affecting the rights of children and young people with SEND.

Who are we looking for?

You will have significant experience in a senior policy and campaigning/public affairs role and have good knowledge of local and national government structure including the legislative process.

You the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders including MPs, civil servants, campaigners and parents. You exhibit tact and diplomacy and can be impactful with people of varying levels and experience.

Your research and critical thinking skills enable you to analyse policy and data to produce relevant reports and position papers. You have experience of drafting organisation responses to government consultations and parliamentary calls for evidence.

Role purpose
The Senior Challenge Fundraising Officer will lead the delivery and growth of the six figure third-party and mass participation challenge events portfolio.

You will manage end-to-end third-party challenge events, developing community-facing charity-owned fundraising products and delivering excellent supporter stewardship.

Working closely with the Head of Fundraising and colleagues across the charity, you will increase recruitment, empower supporters to raise ambitious funds, and create journeys that encourage long-term engagement with the charity.

You will:

• Manage the full lifecycle of third-party and mass participation challenge events, from planning and recruitment through to stewardship and re engagement.
• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to boost participation and attract new event participants.
• Draft engaging promotional content that inspires and engages supporters in collaboration with the Communications team.
• Promote third-party events proactively across relevant channels and networks.
• Improve and refine the stewardship journey for challenge participants to maximise the participant experience.

Experience required

About the role

icap is looking for an experienced and committed Clinical Services Manager to join our Clinical Management Team and support the Director of Clinical Services in the delivery, development and governance of icap’s therapeutic services.

As Clinical Services Manager, you will:

• Oversee the client journey, including referrals, pre-initial consultations, triage, assessments and allocations, working closely with the Clinical Administrator and assessing therapists.

• Provide senior clinical advice and consultation, including guidance around clinical risk, safeguarding and complex presentations, and provide clinical cover where required.

• Support and develop our clinical teams, including induction, regular reviews, recruitment, team meetings, CPD and ensuring high standards of clinical documentation and outcome measurement.

• Build strong relationships with partner agencies, funders and stakeholders, representing icap at relevant meetings and contributing to consultation, service development and improved access to therapy.

• Work closely with the Director of Clinical Services and wider management team on clinical governance, service development, audits, policies, reporting and the continued development of icap’s therapeutic services.

About you

We are looking for a qualified and experienced therapist who combines strong clinical expertise with excellent organisational and management skills.

You will have:

• Full professional membership, registration and accreditation with UKCP, BPS, BPC, BACP or equivalent.

• At least five years’ post-qualification experience.

• Experience of working therapeutically with people who have experienced childhood trauma.

• Experience of clinical management or management within an organisational setting.

• Experience of working across different cultural contexts and a strong commitment to culturally sensitive practice.

• Experience of collecting and measuring clinical outcomes, including CORE.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and people-management skills.

• The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary and collaborative team.

• Knowledge of relevant legislation, safeguarding and clinical governance requirements.

• An understanding of Irish history, culture, identity and the experiences of Irish communities.

Experience or training in additional therapeutic approaches such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, IFT, EMDR or Integrative Counselling would be desirable.

Working closely with Product, Partnerships, Sales and Digital teams, you'll develop integrated campaigns that attract new learners, nurture prospects and build long-term engagement with D&AD's learning offer.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development, Management & Delivery

• Develop integrated marketing campaign strategies and plans aligned to commercial, acquisition and audience growth objectives.

• Plan and deliver co-marketing campaigns with industry partners, clients, sponsors and collaborators.

Event Marketing

• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive registrations for Learn events, working closely with Programme, Partnerships and Production teams to align activity with content, speakers and key milestones.

• Coordinate campaign activity across digital, content, PR, social and email channels, including launches, speaker reveals and post-event follow-up, to maximise visibility, attendance and audience retention.

• Monitor sales, registrations and engagement throughout, making recommendations to optimise performance against commercial targets.

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Build strong relationships across internal teams including Product, Partnerships, Sales, Content and Creative, Digital and Operations.

• Manage external agencies and suppliers where required.

• Present campaign plans, results and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

• Significant experience in a senior marketing role delivering integrated marketing campaigns for a complex multi-product, B2B organisation

Now’s an exciting time to join us as we work on a new multi-year strategy and expand the team yet again, bringing in new resource to give the different activity areas space to grow and ensure we can do our best work – contributing to PCR’s lifesaving mission, developing our careers and enjoying work within an ambitious and supportive environment.

This role is new, created to focus on community fundraising which is a growing area with huge potential for PCR. We currently receive significant unsolicited income from our brilliant supporters, but there is a key opportunity to take a more proactive approach to recruiting new community fundraisers, improving their supporter experience and testing new offerings & products. You will work with the team to create and deliver a plan for this new proactive approach and will lead on day-to-day relationship management with fundraisers.

You will also lead the project management and delivery of some community-focused fundraising events. For example,our annual Snowdonia for Science event or testing new PCR-owned products which work for a community fundraising audience. We currently expect the split of time to be roughly 75% on community fundraising and 25% on events, but the two areas will be closely connected, and this split may change over time. We are excited to work with you to develop the direction of this role as the team and portfolio grows.

You will report to the Head of Events & Community and work closely with the whole team, as well as colleagues across PCR. Most of the Events team try to work together once a week when possible at our London office (Chancery Lane) but we have flexible working arrangements, so you can choose to be office based or hybrid. You would be needed to travel to regular supporter events across the UK (many of which are currently in the London/ SE England area) and to some team days in London on an ad-hoc basis. 

Key Responsibilities

At PCR, we make team members’ development a key priority and there is always a % of time available to collaborate more widely for your development and interest. However, your main focus will initially be:

Project management and income growth

• Create and lead a plan to implement a proactive community fundraising portfolio, identifying new approaches to test and audiences to target which build towards a long-term sustainable income stream, ensuring alignment with the Public Fundraising strategy.
• Design and deliver ambitious fundraising budgets for your area which contribute net income towards PCR’s mission.
• Lead the project management and delivery of the community fundraising and events activities you are responsible for.
• This will include monitoring objectives, budgets and the bigger picture to ensure opportunities are seized & risks are minimised.
• Carry out supporter data and income processing tasks as required, including on the CRM and other internal systems.
• Work with the team to create and deliver effective marketing plans which meet recruitment targets.
• Analyse results based on KPIs & supporter feedback, proactively implementing changes & improvements.
• Ensure your fundraising activities are delivered in line with fundraising law & regulations, and with PCR’s policies.

Stewardship and relationship management

• Lead on the delivery of a great supporter experience for community fundraisers in line with our Public Fundraising manifesto, motivating fundraisers to raise more and remain loyal supporters of PCR.
• Interact with supporters via a range of communication channels and in-person, attending events and presenting about PCR’s work when required. This will include travel, for which TOIL will be given and reasonable expenses covered.
• Lead on relationship management for your area, spotting potential for fundraisers to have a greater impact with PCR as a whole, and working with colleagues in Philanthropy, Partnerships, Patient Projects & across the organisation to achieve this.
• Carry out stewardship tasks using tools like Mailchimp, GivePanel and JustGiving, for which training will be provided.
• Oversee stock management via our fulfilment house and ensure we have high-quality fundraising merchandise.

Product development and innovation

• Seize new opportunities for products, journeys or events which would engage a community fundraising audience, taking a test & learn approach. For this, there will be realistic budgets & an understanding of the investment needed for new ideas.
• Stay up to date with sector trends and maintain a strong understanding of PCR’s existing (and target) supporters to create and implement products and experiences that motivate and inspire.
• Use feedback and data to spot opportunities for the constant improvement of fundraisers’ experience with PCR.
• Work to engage supporters beyond their initial activity, testing ongoing journeys and maximising their life-time value for PCR.

Teamwork

• Alongside line managers within the team, help to oversee the relevant day-to-day work of the Supporter Engagement Officer/ Assistants who are supporting your activities, to ensure effective delivery and collaboration.
• Contribute to team strategy and capacity planning.
• Work with the team to embed our agile ways of working, modelling the principle of collective responsibility.
• Contribute to the improvement of relevant processes & infrastructure to ensure efficiency, compliance & best practice.
• Attend and actively contribute to meetings, sharing new ideas and learnings that might be useful for the wider team.

The Community Fundraising & Events Manager may also get involved with other work to support Public Fundraising activities as appropriate. Attendance will be required at weekend and evening events, for which TOIL will be given.

The International Philanthropy Manager is accountable for designing and implementing the Global Fundraising Strategy as it relates to major giving, including strategic partnerships, institutional funders, individual major donors, legacies, and capital campaigns. This role leads the teams behind major global initiatives, including a €100 million capital campaign for a new ship and the Priority Global Funders strategy—while providing strategic leadership, support, and advice to both Greenpeace International and independent National and Regional Organisations (NROs).

Primary responsibilities

Global fundraising strategy

● Lead and manage the design and implementation of the Global Fundraising Strategy as it relates to major giving, including strategic partnerships with institutional funders and individual major donors, legacy, and capital campaigns.

● Accountable for the design and implementation of the Key Relationships area of the Global Fundraising Strategy, including tracking and monitoring the success of its implementation.

● Lead, advise, and support the work done by GPI fundraising staff and NRO leaders in the key relationships area.

● Facilitate regular exchanges with other key leadership communities (such as Engagement and Programme Leaders) in areas of joint interest.

Note about the Recruitment Process:

• You will deliver an engaging 20 minute facilitation task tailored to 12-16 year olds
• The Assessment Day will take place at our London Head Offices at 200a Pentonville Road, London, N1 9JP.

Main Purpose of the Role

Khulisa, meaning 'nurture' in the Zulu language of South Africa, is an award-winning charity dedicated to providing therapeutic support to young people. We focus on reaching those who are most at risk – young people from deprived communities who are often marginalized, vulnerable to exclusion, and at heightened risk of becoming involved in crime. Our approach centres on safe, exploratory methods that aim to understand behaviour and experiences often rooted in trauma, abuse, and neglect. We deliver intensive therapeutic programs within educational and community settings, empowering young people to confront the underlying causes of their emotional distress and work toward healing. To create lasting, sustainable change, we work to establish trauma-informed environments around young people by equipping parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals with the tools they need to offer effective, supportive care. Currently, our services are active in London and Manchester.

As the post holder you will be responsible for delivering our front-line work to young people, parents and other adults (professionals). You will work in schools and in community settings across London to generate impact for young people using Khulisa’s trauma-informed approach. This role requires an enhanced DBS check.

The post holder will be required to work from home permanently but be willing and able to easily travel regularly to various locations in London and/or Manchester as necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role, to deliver aspects of the programme, and to engage with other stakeholders and colleagues.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for Programme facilitators based in London or Manchester/North west England

Programme Delivery:

· Facilitate the delivery of sessions in our flagship Face It programme and modular workshops to young people, our Nurturing Connections programme for parents and carers, and our trauma training for professionals.

· Facilitate delivery to a high standard in all settings (schools, youth services, and community spaces), ensuring that you are always taking a trauma informed approach.

· Facilitate various youth participation workshops, co-delivering with young people as much as practicable.

· Respond to any questions, disclosures or safeguarding concerns raised during sessions and follow up where necessary with the relevant safeguarding teams or, where consent is secured, make onward referrals for additional support in specific cases.

· Contribute to the continuous development of all aspects of the programmes, sharing new ideas and using best practice.

· Participate in the periodic review and updating of programme contents and/or development of new materials with relevant colleagues, ensuring that materials used across the team are always uniform and consistent.

· Maintain accurate records of programme activities, including record of input, output, and impact as well as demographics data, and support relevant colleagues in ensuring effective monitoring and periodic evaluation and reporting of impact generated.

· Manage relevant budgets and ensure a value for money approach to all expenditure, making sure to keep within budget.

Programme Coordination:

· Take direct responsibility for logistics of individual programme delivery or activity, including scheduling, resourcing, staffing, and liaising with schools and other partners to ensure effective delivery.

· Work with colleagues in Impact and Evidence team to provide programme data as required to effectively demonstrate impact generated through your delivery.

· Where possible during delivery, generate multi-media content for the use of colleagues in communications to use in updating the Khulisa website and for social media.

Stakeholder Management:

· Support the Programmes & Participation Manager in the building and maintenance of strong relationships with delivery partners - schools, community organisations, and other important stakeholders.

· Contribute to any work to use learning from delivery activities to redesign existing programmes and/or develop new pieces of work as required.

· If required, represent Khulisa at events, meetings, and conferences as required etc.

· Support the onboarding and training of Associate Facilitators and volunteers as necessary.

· When required, support the onboarding and training of other permanent programme staff.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

· Objectively review the successes and achievements of each delivery session facilitated against programme or activity objectives, identifying and implementing opportunities for making ongoing improvements.

· To actively deliver all elements of the Khulisa programme, including work with adults and Khulisa’s Young Influencers.

· Depending on experience and qualifications, to be receptive to any other duties as required by the line manager and in line with the needs of Khulisa.

· To develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and other professionals, and to participate in team meetings.

· To participate in personal supervision in accordance with Khulisa’s supervision and performance appraisal policy and attend agreed training as relevant.

· At all times to carry out the responsibilities of the post in a manner consistent with promoting equalities and diversity and demonstrate respect for colleagues and Khulisa’s aims and values.

· To maintain an awareness of own and others’ health and safety and comply with Khulisa’s Health and Safety policies and procedures.

· Occasional evenings and weekend (events) may be involved with time off in lieu agreed.

·  London-based Programme Facilitators may occasionally be required to deliver sessions in Manchester, while Manchester-based Programme Facilitators may also be asked to facilitate in London and in addition, will be expected to attend occasional whole-organisation meetings at the London office.
