About the Web and Analytics Manager

We are looking for a Website and Analytics Manager to join our digital team. This role will suit a digital and analytics expert. A proactive, supportive and solution focused digital professional who is keen to hit the ground running, enjoys collaborating with colleagues across the team and wider organisation, and is passionate about adding value.

The Website and Analytics Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and improvement of our digital platforms, website and their connected tools. As well as analysis and reporting of results, content creation and more. This person is a technical expert and will play a crucial role in how we develop our digital channels.

Relationship management across the Charity and with third party suppliers is also a key part of the role.

What you’ll be doing

• Day to day ownership of the web ecosystem including royalmarsden org, subdomains, microsites and donation platforms including managing relationships with third party agencies and suppliers to maintain and improve these platforms.
• Work with the Senior Digital Manager to set the strategic direction for our websites and associated digital experiences, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities, supporter needs and fundraising objectives
• Manage website improvements and Manage website improvements and performance optimisation work, including CRO, SEO and core web vitals, driving continuous improvement of our supporter journeys and embedding a data led approach. 
• Lead the web team, line managing the Digital Officer and Senior Digital Officer, supporting the effective allocation of resources across the team, coaching direct reports and fostering a high performing team culture.
• Manage the Digital Officer and Senior Digital Officer to deliver relevant, engaging, optimised and audience centred content, landing pages and digital journeys across various digital channels, and overseeing the website content calendar and campaign content deploys.
• Work alongside Marketing and Digital colleagues to ensure our project planners are up to date and website content is in line with our wider audience journeys and content needs. 
• Partner with teams across the charity to understand user and organisational needs, to deliver a range of projects and campaigns, including fundraising campaigns.
• Analyse and interpret website analytics data, communicate results to the wider team and use insights gained to inform and direct positive change. 
• The Website and Analytics Manager also owns the relationship with a third-party agency to deliver improvements to our tracking set up, and ensures compliant, accurate and reliable data collection. 
• Ensure the website platforms are secure, accessible, scalable and complaint with all relevant regulation and legislation. 
• Work with the Senior Digital Manager and Head of Digital Content and Engagement to develop and manage the website budget, contributing to business planning, forecasting, and monitoring spend. 
• Work to improve digital literacy across the charity alongside Marketing and Digital colleagues, training colleagues in how to use our CMS and other key digital skills such as data and insights.
• Occasional out of hours support where required for critical website/campaign related activity. 
• Keep up to date with digital technology and share this knowledge with colleagues both within the digital team and across the wider Charity team.

About you - The successful candidate will need:

• Experience of working on CMS systems, knowledge of headless CMS systems would be an advantage.
• Experience managing digital agencies, developers and third party suppliers.
• Knowledge of UX and digital user journeys.
• Understanding of PPC advertising.  
• Experience of line management  and developing junior digital staff, including coaching, performance management and workload prioritisation.
• Experience of creating content for websites, including a strong understanding of SEO and CRO principles.
• Understanding and experience using  website reporting systems e.g Google Analytics , Hotjar, Google search console. 
• Interest in digital technologies, fundraising/donation platforms and innovation within the charity sector.
• Excellent communications skills, particularly within stakeholder management.
• A proactive, solution focused approach to prioritisation and workflow management.

Job Purpose

The primary role of the Association Membership and Systems Officer is to coordinate and implement a programme of work to improve the recruitment, onboarding, and member management processes of current and prospective MSF UK Association members. Working under the strategic direction of the Head of Governance and Association and the Association Team Lead, this role will help strengthen the processes, data and systems that support MSFers to join, participate and remain connected to the MSF UK Association.

International Nepal Fellowship (INF) is a Christian health and development charity. Since 1952 they have had a huge impact serving the most disadvantaged people and communities in Nepal.

As Nepal’s longest serving international NGO they continue to have ambitious plans. It is an exciting time to join INF as they enter a bold new strategic phase for 2026 to 2031.

The most disadvantaged communities in Nepal face a lack of access to healthcare, often walking for days to their nearest health post, or being unable to afford even basic treatment.

Kopila, who was diagnosed with leprosy several years ago, is a patient at INF’s Green Pastures Hospital in Pokhara, Nepal.

We are looking for a Supporter Engagement Officer to join INF’s small, passionate UK team. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with INF’s committed UK supporters who resource and pray for the work of Nepali organisations which support people to overcome the barriers they face due to issues such as disability, poverty, gender or caste.

The Role

As Supporter Engagement Officer you will play a key role in the stewardship of INF supporters. Reporting directly to the Head of Fundraising and Communications, you will support the team to deliver the highest level of supporter engagement.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Creating high-quality content, including prayer resources, to communicate effectively with supporters.
• Managing content for INF’s website, social media and e-marketing campaigns.
• Being a first point of contact, handling supporter enquiries by email and on the phone.

We are looking for someone with the ability, or drive to learn, to write creatively and develop new skills in digital marketing. You must be an adaptable person who thrives within a small team.

Proven experience of engaging with supporters is also vital, as well as exceptional written and verbal communications skills.

You will bring significant experience of leading campaigns, policy communications, external affairs or influencing work, alongside a strong understanding of the planning and infrastructure landscape. You do not need to be a qualified planner, but you will have the credibility to engage confidently with policymakers, sector experts, partners and MPs, and the ability to turn that understanding into effective campaign strategies. The Parliamentary and Public Affairs Adviser and Researcher to the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Archbishop of York manages the public affairs of the Archbishops, including their parliamentary work in the House of Lords and other research needs. As a member of the Faith and Public Life Team, which serves both the Archbishops and the wider Church of England, the role is designed to be the personal connection within this team for the Archbishops, focused specifically on managing the events and interventions they make in the public sphere and Parliament, as well as providing relevant public policy research.

This post sits within Faith and Public Life (FPL), the team that supports the Church of England's work in the public sphere, and specifically supports the work of the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Archbishop of York across a wide range of topics, from their role in Church and state relations, to their witness on issues of social justice. The work is set in the context of the priority areas of the Archbishop's ministry, the Quinquennium goals of the Church of England, and the five marks of mission of the Anglican Communion. Policy and research on these areas are carried out within the Faith and Public Life team, and so the post will link across all the areas of work in FPL.

The Public Affairs Adviser/Researcher to the Archbishops fulfils this role under the supervision of the Director of the Faith and Public Life team, and the Head of Parliamentary Affairs for the Church of England, working closely with colleagues in the Office of the Archbishops at Lambeth and Bishopthorpe Palaces, the Public Policy Team and the Parliamentary Unit of FPL.

As a link between the Archbishops and the Faith and Public Life team, the post-holder will have frequent personal contact with the Archbishops and close working relationships across the team, ensuring, through the Director, that the Archbishops can avail themselves of all the skills and experience held within the team as required. The post-holder's research activities will contribute to, and be coordinated with, wide research activities of FPL's Public Policy team.

As the overall Parliamentary engagement of the Lords Spiritual and Second Church Estates Commissioner is coordinated through the Parliamentary Team within FPL, the post holder will be a full member of the Team and will be line managed, for that part of the work, by the Head of Parliamentary Affairs.

The role involves the briefing and management of events and meetings held by the Archbishops, and the management of their interventions in the House of Lords, including speechwriting. It also involves carrying out research both at the specific request of the Archbishops, and, where possible, assisting the Public Policy team in research that supports the wider Church of England.

Key duties include:

• Liaising with the other members of the Faith and Public Life team to ensure that the Archbishops are appropriately advised on key developments in government policy and legislation
• Assisting the Archbishops, through the Parliamentary Team, in their Parliamentary duties, including research for speeches, questions and meetings, monitoring and updating them on specific issues and events, and liaising with others in Parliament, civil society and the National Church Institutions on his behalf.
• Ensuring that the Archbishops are kept abreast of the wider activities of the Lords Spiritual.
• Organising and staffing meetings in Parliament with the Archbishops.
• Undertaking discrete and ongoing research projects, to assist in the ongoing public affairs work of the Archbishops and the Faith and Public Life team's wider work.
• Assisting in developing briefing material to support the Archbishops' contributions on social and public issues, including drafting speeches, notes and preparatory material for the Archbishops and members of their senior staff as required.
• Providing support for new work areas that enable the Archbishops to address their own priorities in their ministry. This will include work across both the Provinces of Canterbury and York.
• Assisting in the preparation of briefs for official engagements for which the Faith and Public Life team has lead responsibility, including basic research and collation of information.
• Assisting in the maintenance and development of relationships with major charities, NGOs, think tanks and social and public affairs (or equivalent) departments at a national level in other denominations and faiths.
• Assisting in the day-to-day activities of the Faith and Public Life team, such as drafting correspondence on behalf of the Archbishops on relevant matters and responding to the numerous invitations that the Archbishops receive.
• Where appropriate, attending meetings on behalf of the Archbishops and/or the Faith and Public Life team.

The post holder will also assist with day-to-day duties, such as drafting briefings and correspondence, and assisting with the drafting of speeches and written material for use by the Archbishops.
