About this role
We are seeking a People Officer to join our Global Resources team and support processes and systems across the employee lifecycle. The role will focus on the continued development of our HR platform Moorepay, and on supporting high quality and efficient recruitment.
Contract, location and salary
This is a full-time (34.5 hours per week) role on an initial three month contrct, with possibility of extension. This is a UK based role, with attendance (up to 1-2 days per month, or more if preferred) in our London office. Duties & Responsibilities:
Global HR Operations -
· Maintain a high-quality global HR operations function, including standardized policies where legally appropriate, standardized processes, technology, systems, tools, forms, and guidelines that are accessible, well understood, and consistently utilized across all offices.
· Balance global organizational standards and compliance requirements with the operational, cultural, and legal realities of individual country offices, ensuring an appropriate and practical approach across diverse environments.

About the role
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention of volunteers across Woman's Trust.
