The Role
The Systems Support Lead will support the Roundhouse as it develops its use of technology and IT systems. You’ll be supported by the Senior IT Operations Manager and Senior Product Owner to provide excellent technical support to all of our staff, clients and audiences, and assist with the development of a small team of Junior IT Technicians. You will identify issues, and create and execute solutions to technical problems, and contribute to the maintenance and wellbeing of our digital ecosystem.
This role will take ownership of our internal and external IT support services, and will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of our venue and creative spaces. This is a hands-on role, and will definitely not be your average desk job. We are looking for a motivated, friendly individual keen to learn more about IT and develop their practical skills.
This role will be line managed by the Finance & Business Performance Director, with supervision from the Senior IT Operations Manager. You will be required to work onsite to provide efficient and effective support to the organisation. Some weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.
About you:
This role would be ideally suited to an individual with some experience working in an IT support role, who is looking to take on some additional responsibilities in a dynamic and vibrant environment. As a frontline member of staff, you’ll be comfortable working with a variety of people and personalities, with varying levels of IT knowledge and experience. You’ll have a natural curiosity about technology, a keen problem-solving ability, and a calm presence when things aren’t working.

The Tenovus Macmillan Welfare Benefits Caseworker Role Details
Covering the Hywel Dda or the Cwm Taf University Health Board this is an important and meaningful advice role in the cancer community for an experienced Welfare Benefits Caseworker. Managing a fully triaged caseload of welfare benefits clients across your specific area when it comes to cancer you’ll put your existing expert welfare benefits knowledge to good use, so your clients receive their full benefits and entitlements.
Your work is mainly done over the phone but may also be in person or digitally where you’ll be delivering a casework management and advice service for people with a cancer diagnosis and providing all the necessary support.
You’ll receive your referrals through your colleagues delivering the first contact element of the service. These referrals will contain full details of the advice needs ready for you to action the next steps. You’d also be required to independently build professional partner working relationships to support your role across the University Health Board as we grow the service.
What’s key is our service user experience is slick, professional and personable whether that’s with partners or services users. You’ll be supporting and advising your own caseload of clients with a chronic cancer condition or a life-limiting cancer prognosis so knowledge of working with people with disabilities, people too ill to work or in a distressing situation is something you can comfortably manage in a targeted environment.
It’s a rewarding welfare benefits job working with people with a cancer diagnosis. It’s one where you’ll make an immediate difference through your practical and sound advice, existing customer service skills and knowledge and experience in the welfare benefits area.
Whilst we offer flexible home working options, we require your ability to commute across your specific University Health Board (Hywel Dda or Cwm Taf) and to our Cardiff Head Office when necessary with Head Office working welcomed. For example, you’ll need to be flexible to commute to Cardiff with a higher concentration of days during your induction and probation period for training and team interaction on at least a monthly basis or across your University Health Board for partnership working.

Job Purpose:
This role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a set of allocated sports, becoming the subject matter expert for those sports within CSSC. Working closely with volunteers, suppliers and partners, the role will ensure that their sports deliver a balance of larger national events and engaging local activities. For some larger scale events, the role will take on responsibility as Events Lead, so experience in event planning and delivery is vital.
The role will oversee event planning, delivery and evaluation, while ensuring compliance with all operational requirements such as health & safety and risk management. The role will play a vital role in supporting CSSC’s sports programme, increasing participation and enhancing member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sport Oversight & Development

The Role

About you
We’re looking for someone who has:
· Previous experience as either a Retail Shop Manager, Assistant Manager, or a Supervisor looking to step up, ideally in retail or charity shops.

Working in Our Shops
Our shops are the face of our retail brand, run by dedicated, creative, and passionate teams. We focus on sustainable fashion, engage with local communities, and lead volunteers to deliver a great experience for colleagues and customers. Shop Hours
Scope shops are open every day. Some weekend and Bank Holiday cover is needed.
Full-time: 35 hours per week, five days out of seven
Part-time: Weekly hours on a seven-day rota

We are looking for a Challenge Events Fundraiser to join our team for 6 months.
As the Challenge Events Fundraiser, you will support the Challenge events team in delivering Scope’s Challenge events Fundraising strategy. This is a busy role in a small team.
Fixed term/Secondment (6 months), Full time (35 hours a week)
Location: Here East Press Centre, 14 East Bay Lane, London, E15 2GW and working from home.
About the role
The role has a combination of responsibilities across product management and challenge event fundraising.
You will:
· be responsible for end-to-end management of some fundraising events and products in the portfolio.
· manage relationships with individuals, groups and organisations fundraising for Scope.
· have a stewardship focus and put our supporters first when developing supporter journeys or materials.
· provide administrative support to the team, assist in the innovation and growth of our challenge events programme as well as event logistics and stewardship.
