As our Digital Learning Production Scheduler, you will own the end to end production lifecycle of multiple digital learning resources: from scoping and scheduling through development, quality assurance and release.
What you’ll be doing
- Plan, track and coordinate digital learning production across multiple projects
- Keep schedules and trackers up to date, ensuring everyone has a clear view of deadlines, dependencies and risks
- Work closely with our Learning Designers, Digital Content Developers, SMEs and Project Leads to keep delivery on track
- Maintain strong production processes — intake, prioritisation, reviews, approvals and release
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks and slippage, working with the Digital Learning Manager and Project Manager to keep projects moving
- Support rigorous quality assurance, version control and release management
- Ensure learning resources are published accurately and consistently to our LMS
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, documentation and production standards
- This is a hands on, highly collaborative role at the heart of our digital learning operation.

About the Role
We are currently seeking a Trust Fundraising Support Officer to join our growing fundraising team. 2025 was our best year yet for income and this role is pivotal in helping us to take the next step in further growing our income.
This new role will play a key part in delivering funding from Trusts, Foundations and other funders across the UK, supporting the Senior Trust Fundraising Officer to maximise our income. You will be responsible for making small-scale grant applications, and for growing our grants portfolio through identifying new funding opportunities.
There will be a range of projects to work on, providing vital support to ensure that we are increasing the number of warm funders who regularly support the charity.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Build up a strong pipeline of prospective funders by researching trusts that align with Epilepsy Action’s vision and strategy
- Secure income from small-scale charitable trusts, foundations, and other grant makers to meet individual and team targets
- Ensure timely thanking, updates and reporting for all grants and donations from our rolling programme of applications
- Use data in the CRM to analyse trends and identify opportunities
At Epilepsy Action we recognise the power of collaboration and teamwork, so our team members with hybrid contracts can expect to work a minimum of 40% at our office in Leeds. On average this is 2 days a week, normally on Mondays and Thursdays, for full-time employees. The expectation to collaborate face-to-face is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do which may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to help us create a world without limits for people with epilepsy.

One of the twelve members of the Coram group, Coram Children’s Legal Centre (CCLC) is the UK’s specialist centre for children’s rights in education, immigration, community care and family law, and provides significant international legal systems consultancy. The centre is located on the Coram Campus in central London with a base in Colchester. We champion access to justice through information and advice, legal practice and representation, policy and strategic litigation. Our Legal Practice Unit provides advice and representation primarily under legal aid contract. Our Policy and Practice Change team promotes practice change through training and capacity building to professionals and secures systems change through research, policy and advocacy.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team working to tackle youth homelessness.
This role is funded by the Oak Foundation and forms part of Coram’s Voices in Action programme which combines CCLC’s legal work, Coram Voice’s advocacy support and Coram’s policy and participation work to champion young people’s rights and create change. It centres and amplifies the voices of young people through our young ambassadors with personal experience of homelessness or school exclusion. The young ambassadors campaign locally and nationally to change policy and practice and empower their peers with knowledge of their rights through workshop delivery and content creation.
Working with others across the group, the purpose of this specific role is to provide specialist housing law advice, preliminary casework and onward referrals to young people under the age of 25 experiencing housing related issues. This will include delivering regular outreach advice sessions in partnership with community organisations. The post holder will work with the Head of Community Care Law on project design, co-ordination, delivery and reporting. Supported by the Head of Community Care Law, they will be proactive in developing community partnerships and managing relationships with partner organisations.
The role will be integrated within the wider community care and public law team and will be supported by the Head of Community Care Law. Building on the existing expertise and practice within the team, there will be a particular focus on advising and supporting young people who are care experienced, should have benefited from care or are young migrants. The aim is to diagnose complex legal issues relating to housing and homelessness, to ensure young people understand their position and legal rights and are either supported to take steps to realise those rights, provided with preliminary casework to resolve issue at early stage, or where needed, referred on for complex casework and litigation either internally or externally.
The role would suit an experienced housing law advisor or caseworker. We welcome applications from solicitors and non-solicitors. The priority is experience delivering high quality housing law advice and casework sensitively to vulnerable clients with a track record of delivering against project targets and meticulous case management skills. We are looking for a committed, resourceful and determined housing law advisor with a positive and solutions focussed attitude who is able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They will be well supported with access to training, supportive line management and will benefit from being part of a wider collaborative legal practice team. They will work closely with a paralegal and be responsible for helping to develop the paralegal’s knowledge and understanding of housing related law.
The role will be based in our offices and with regular advice delivery in outreach locations. However, some remote/ hybrid working may be possible depending on the experience of the candidate after the initial settling in period. There may be flexibility over how the three days will be spread across the week (within working hours) and in accordance with the needs of the project.

The Opportunity
As a key team member within our Partnerships and Income Development team, you will play a vital role in creating, developing and delivering the Social Mobility Foundation’s Employer Programme and Social Mobility Employer Index - how we inform, influence and positively impact employer-led social mobility, and a source of income generation.
1. Delivery of the Social Mobility Employer Index
- Deliver the SMEI 2026, including but not limited to: marking entries, creating individual feedback reports for each entrant, creating sector reports for key industries, and gathering feedback to review and update the survey for 2027
- Maintain accurate and up to date information and process documentation, including the mark scheme used to mark entries, and the process followed to create feedback reports
- Support with the ongoing development of the digital platform, employer resources and online content, ensuring it is updated in line with the survey and delivers a smooth user journey
- Support with the annual monitoring and evaluation of the SMEI and its impact on employer-led social mobility
2. Stakeholder management and customer service
- Provide excellent customer service and stewardship to organisations entering the SMEI throughout the whole customer journey, e.g. preparing and sending regular communications and updates to prospective and live entrants, answering questions received into the SMEI inbox and troubleshooting independently
- Prepare and deliver feedback calls and presentations for organisations, including Lunch & Learns on social mobility, introductory calls on the SMEI, presentations and webinars about the SMEI, and providing detailed feedback calls on entrants’ performance in the SMEI
- Support with creating and developing assets and activities to market the SMEI and other products and services including webinars and social media assets
- Engage with external stakeholders, such as employers, policy experts and social mobility practitioners, to understand key issues and trends relevant to workplace social mobility
3. Quality standards
- Stay up to date with the latest research, evidence and on workplace and employer-led social mobility, communicating changes or updates with colleagues, as well as maintaining and updating the evidence base for the SMEI
- Support the annual evaluation of the SMEI and its impact on employer-led social mobility
4. Systems and processes
- Maintain accurate and up to date records, using SharePoint and our Salesforce CRM to support pipeline management, income tracking and partner records, namely for the SMEI

The Role

The team also manages a range of consumables, so the role requires strong cost control, effective stock usage, and regular feedback on Yorkshire Cancer Research materials.
Specifically, you will:

Ensure that all Health, Safety Fire and COSHH checks are carried out as required diligently, regularly and to the required standard.

Work closely with the Café Manager to maintain high standards of food safety through appropriate compliance adherence and regular audits.

Report any maintenance issues to facilities through the Yorkshire Cancer Research platform EVERY.

Line manage a Café Manager and a team of Centre Support Assistants and ensure they offer a positive, professional and warm welcome to all visitors. Manage the Centre Support Assistants ensuring cover on the Welcome Desk across key operating hours.

Develop a volunteer team with potential new role profiles to enhance the Centre Team.

Represent the Yorkshire Cancer Research brand positively, role modelling a professional appearance and presence in line with our values.

Support the team to maintain high standards at the centre with and in the Welcome Area.

Lead the team to provide visitors with up-to-date Yorkshire Cancer Research literature, offering the marketing team feedback on the documents provided.

Lead the team to ensure all working spaces including, meeting rooms and the kitchen area are well stocked and maintained.

Conduct recruitment processes when required and provide thorough induction and training for new recruits, ensuring new team members are well integrated into their roles and team.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:

Proven experience of working in a similar role at a similar level.

Experience of leading, building and developing a team.
-
Experience of creating, developing and streamlining operational and administrative processes and procedures.

Proven experience of implementing systems and conducting training as necessary.
-
Proven experience of monitoring budgets and tracking progress.
-
Proven experience of delivering tangible process improvement.
-
Experience of proactively working to advance skills through continued professional development relevant to the role and level.

Experience of basic Health and Safety and Fire training in previous roles alongside an awareness of GDPR, Cyber Security and Safeguarding or can demonstrate awareness of the above. Good understanding of Data Protection principles and food safety

Experience of working in the hospitality sector. In terms of budget management and good practice.
This is an onsite, hands on and demanding role, requiring someone who can remain calm under pressure and knows when to escalate issues.
