This role as Membership Recruiter is critical to the success of our work, and for the future of Scotland’s wildlife and wild places.
The Role
Our client are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Membership Recruiter to join their team.
No day is the same for our Membership Recruiters – you will travel around varied, exciting and unique venues throughout Scotland, all within a 1 hour radius of your home base, unless otherwise arranged with your line manager. Your days will be spent managing your own membership stall, actively engaging with the public and inspiring them to become members of the Trust.
Membership recruiters are often the first point of contact for people who are yet to learn about their work. And so, whilst the main part of this role is to recruit new members, our recruitment team also work hard to inspire the public to become as passionate about wildlife as we are. Whilst experience is desirable, we are open to meeting the right fit for our team, and this position comes with direct training, with your fuel and parking costs paid for on top of your salary and commission. You’ll also have your own vehicle provided for business use.

SWS Taskforce and UK Programme Co-ordinator

We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide programme co-ordination support as a key member of the Seasonal Worker Scheme (SWS) Taskforce Secretariat team in Stronger Together to ensure that Taskforce governance and programme activities are appropriately coordinated and excellent customer service is provided.
In this varied role you’ll be involved in supporting the organisation of webinars and face-to-face events, providing secretariat support to governance meetings – including minute taking – you’ll ensure programme impact data is accurately captured and reported, and distribute a range of internal and external communications for the Taskforce.
You’ll also provide effective and efficient administrative support to Stronger Together’s other UK programmes on specific projects and operational processes.
You will be UK-based with eligibility to work in the UK. You’ll work from home and join a friendly, supportive, and committed global team, and contribute towards creating systemic change.

The purpose of the post is to take responsibility for the HR oversight, day to day HR matters and the overall HR management of the charity.
The role will require initially regular meets on the sites with the CEO & Senior Management Team to build relationships, understand current processes and to establish and implement a best-in-class HR service to managers and employees across the organisation, allowing the CEO & Senior Managers to focus on the essential strategic management of the charity.
We envisage the first 6 months being a comprehensive review & reset of the charities HR policies, procedures and protocols.
This will be a part-time role for 21 hours per week across 3-4 days. This role will be busy, interesting and provide an opportunity for you to make your mark within the charity. You will have line management responsibilities for a part time HR administrator who you will be working closely with.
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate that you have the necessary skills, knowledge and practical experience to perform effectively. You should also hold a CIPD Diploma-level qualification and have a thorough, up-to-date understanding of current UK employment legislation.
Your strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail should enable you to manage documentation and records effectively, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for a self-starter and someone with a demonstrable positive approach that has the ability to always remain calm and consistent with personnel at all levels, but capable of dealing with difficult situations.
It is essential you have excellent English speaking and writing skills. You must have demonstrable skills for writing policy, procedures, letters, reports etc., and you must also be able to work in Office365 with confidence.

About the role
We seek a highly organised and proactive Events Manager to join our team, helping to deliver a range of high-profile events that engage key stakeholders and promote our strategic objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced events professional to play a central role in organising conferences, webinars, and networking forums focused on international trade, arbitration, sustainability and trade finance.
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating major events such as the Annual Arbitration & ADR Conference, a series of masterclasses and in November 2026, the ICC Global Banking Commission, a three-day event hosted in London for global Trade Finance professionals. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure these events are delivered smoothly and to a high standard, whether in-person or virtual. This role involves securing venues, managing end-to-end logistics, coordinating speakers, managing sponsorship agreements, and ensuring seamless event execution both on-site and online. In addition, you will drive event promotion, ensuring a strong delegate presence and an engaging participant experience.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking a candidate with proven event management experience, particularly in high-level, international contexts involving senior executives, government officials, and multilateral organisations. You should have a proven track record of organising successful events under tight deadlines and budgets, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong project management and relationship-building skills are essential, as is confidence in managing complex events and handling last-minute changes with professionalism. Familiarity with using social media to promote events is essential and the ability to work with Adobe (InDesign and Illustrator) would be advantageous.
