Are you a driven procurement professional ready to make a real impact across a dynamic and growing Federation? We are seeking a highly capable Procurement and Contracts Manager to lead and deliver compliant, high-quality procurement activity that supports our academies to thrive.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
You will play a key operational role in delivering compliant, high-quality procurement activity across the Federation. With a focus on strategic sourcing & tendering, you will focus on, lead and manage end-to-end procurement exercises, including regulated FTS tenders and framework-based awards, maintain oversight of the procurement pipeline, and actively support academies in selecting and using compliant procurement routes. The role has a strong emphasis on forward planning, market engagement, regulatory compliance, and practical academy support to reduce risk and avoid reactive or non-compliant procurement activity.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Minimum Level 4 CIPS qualification
- Public sector experience (at least five years in a similar role)
- Strong experience delivering regulated procurements, including FTS tenders
- Proven use of public sector frameworks and DPSs
- Ability to advise stakeholders on compliant procurement routes
- Solid understanding of framework structures, call-offs, and mini-competitions
- Strong knowledge of public procurement regulations and best practice
- Experience supporting academies or devolved organisations
- Demonstrated contract management experience
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an Attendance and Wellbeing Practitioner to join the Harris Federation on a fixed-term basis from September 2026 to August 2029.
This role is part of an exciting project taking place in our Croydon secondary academies to improve school attendance by addressing barriers caused by poor mental health. The role involves working collaboratively with school attendance teams and external agencies to identify students at risk of persistent absence, using data-driven approaches and evidence-based interventions.
This role is term time only plus three weeks, and the actual salary will be £33,012-£35,000 (41 weeks per year, 37.5 hours per week).
Interviews will take place on 8th June 2026.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
By managing a caseload of students, delivering targeted one-to-one and group support, and working with parents, you will implement strategies that support attendance and wellbeing. You will also contribute to the research and evaluation of the project, in partnership with Maudsley Education Consulting Service (MECS), our partners in this work. Effective communication, safeguarding, and accurate record-keeping are integral to supporting students, families and schools in achieving positive outcomes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- A qualification in CYP mental health e.g. Child Wellbeing Practitioner, Education Welfare Practitioner, counsellor
- A degree, or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of the range of barriers to learning that students face
- Training in child protection and safeguarding procedures
- Experience of working in an inner-city school or educational establishment in a pastoral capacity
- Experience of working with young people in a one to one and/or group capacity on a range of mental health issues
- Experience of working with families
- Experience of working with challenging students and parents, and finding ways in which we can meet their needs more successfully
- Full working knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice
- Willing to contribute knowledge and experience to the Harris Home Academy Liaison Officers
- Understanding of principles of student development and learning processes
- Ability to advocate for CYP and their families to get support within school and with external agencies
- Ability to plan effective actions for pupils at risk of underachieving due to poor attendance

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
A rare opportunity to lead communications and brand for one of the UK’s leading education trusts.
As Head of Communications and Brand at the Harris Federation, you will shape and protect our public profile, leading strategic communications, marketing and media activity across a network of 55 academies.
Reporting to the CEO, you will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, driving brand consistency, overseeing high impact campaigns, and leading digital, PR and internal communications to support pupil recruitment, staff attraction and organisational growth. Brand Leadership
- Own and embed the Federation’s brand identity, values, and visual standards across all academies and external channels.
- Own and embed brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels to ensure consistency.
External Campaigns & Growth Marketing
- Create comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with the Federations aims and increase brand awareness.
- Own and develop high impact external campaigns to support pupil recruitment, reputation and trust building, staff recruitment (in collaboration with Talent Acquisition), and new academy expansions.
MarComms Directorate Leadership
- Build and lead a high performing Marketing & Communications Directorate.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a strong Administrator to provide high quality administrative and operational support to the Governance and Compliance Team.
Your role focuses on meeting coordination, record-keeping, and day-to-day governance administration, ensuring that Local Governing Bodies (LGBs) and governance professionals are well supported and compliant with Trust policies and statutory requirements. You will also provide administration support to the Federation’s risk and internal audit functions.
You will play an essential part in ensuring efficient governance and compliance operations, accurate documentation and timely communication, contributing to the smooth functioning of governance and compliance at academy and Trust level.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
As a Administrator to the Governance and Compliance Team, you will play a key role in supporting effective governance across our academies by providing high-quality administrative and operational support to the Governance Team.
You will support Local Governing Bodies through meeting coordination, clerking, and accurate record-keeping, helping to ensure governance processes are compliant, well-organised, and run smoothly at both academy and Trust level. The role requires a willingness to work some evenings to support governance meetings and the ability to travel across the Trust as needed.
Governance Records & Compliance Administration
- Maintain accurate governance records including:
- registers of interest
- governor attendance records
- training logs
- membership lists and terms of office
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for governors, including DBS checks, induction materials, and profile updates.
- Ensure relevant governance documents, policies, and registers are updated and stored in line with Trust protocols.
- Assist with preparing documentation and evidence for governance audits and internal audit assurance checks.
Complaints & Panel Administration
- Support administration of complaints processes at academy level, including logging, tracking, and maintaining secure records.
- Coordinate panel dates, paperwork, documentation packs, and correspondence to complainants.
- Take minutes at hearings where required, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and procedural compliance.
- Support the Governance Manager by maintaining databases, generating reports, and ensuring actions are documented.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Qualifications to Level 3 or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to undertake governance-related training, with NGA or clerking qualifications desirable
- Experience in administration, clerical, or coordination roles.

- Confident communication skills, both written and spoken

We exist to inform, support and represent our members, helping specialist schools improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND and secure the place of specialist provision within the wider education system. In February this year, the Department for Education published a major white paper on SEND reform which will require NASS to both influence national policy on behalf of our members and children and young people, as well as support them to navigate the changes. As our next Chief Executive, you will:

The Purpose of the Role
The Social Media Content Producer will focus on developing creative content that drives reach and engagement across social channels. Working on integrated campaigns while also driving evergreen pipelines, they will be help deliver on our UK ambitions to position IRC as the go-to humanitarian NGO protecting people forced to flee conflict and crisis.
The Social Media Content Producer will produce and disseminate compelling content (with a focus on short-form, straight-to-social videos and other multimedia formats) that will grow the IRC’s brand online, engage a loyal following, and ultimately help encourage audiences to support IRC UK’s work.

Afield Environmental is a brand new charity responding to environmental injustice. The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a newly shaped role following a restructure that has created space to further strengthen and grow our community fundraising programme. You will be working closely with the Head of Fundraising (C&E) to create and deliver a new community fundraising strategy, and will agree the key priorities for the role to ensure a clear and realistic focus for the contract period.
This is a 6-month contract role, created to provide immediate expertise and momentum during a period of change. There is scope to make the role permanent, subject to success and organisational needs.
As Community Fundraising Manager, you will play a central role in shaping a fundraising programme with lasting impact. You will take ownership of growing income, expanding supporter engagement, and building long-term relationships across the community.
We are looking for an engaging, proactive and enthusiastic individual who can bring structure, creativity and energy to help shape the future of community fundraising and inspire supporters and volunteers to get involved and maximise their impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth:
- Work with the Head of Fundraising (C&E) to develop and deliver a refreshed community fundraising strategy.
- Shape and implement plans to grow income, engagement and supporter involvement.
- Set clear income targets, KPIs and growth priorities.
- Develop a diverse and sustainable pipeline of community fundraising opportunities and supporters.
Supporter Engagement & Stewardship:
- Build strong supporter and volunteer relationships, delivering high-quality stewardship and supporter care to enhance journeys, maximise retention and grow long-term engagement.
Fundraising Delivery:
- Lead delivery of a range of community fundraising activities, including individual fundraising activities and challenges, in celebration and in memory fundraising.
- Identifying and developing new community fundraising opportunities.
- Create engaging campaigns and opportunities that attract new audiences and grow engagement with existing supporters.
Recruitment & Communications:
- Recruit, support and develop volunteers and fundraisers across a range of activities.
- Encourage progression of volunteers into active fundraisers and community leaders.
- Provide ongoing guidance, tools and support to enable successful fundraising delivery.
- Support the promotion of fundraising activity through social media, digital channels and campaign communications.
- Contribute to marketing activity aimed at attracting new supporters and engaging existing audiences.
Systems, Insights & Reporting:
- Use CRM systems effectively to manage supporter data and activity.
- Monitor income, engagement and performance against agreed KPIs.
- Analyse results to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Use insight to inform future planning and campaign development.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to align community fundraising with wider organisational goals.
About you
Experience:
- Proven experience in community fundraising at manager level.
- Strong track record of growing income and supporter engagement.
- Experience delivering a range of community fundraising activities and campaigns.
- Experience working with volunteers and supporter communities.
- Confident use of CRM systems and supporter databases.
- Experience in marketing, audience growth or supporter recruitment.
- Worked for a medical or research charity (Desirable).

The role includes regular evening and Sunday working as part of the contracted hours, with active participation in Sunday worship forming a core part of the role. Salary: £30,000–£32,500 (depending on experience)

About your team
You’ll be joining our brilliant South Region team, which covers our largest region from Kent to Cornwall, offering numerous opportunities to contribute your expertise in a variety of contexts, from urban and suburban to coastal and rural settings. Across the south region, we currently work with 130 churches and have 150 faith guides, we’d like to see these numbers grow significantly over the next few years.
In the south region we have the highest density of Christian holidays and festivals, with events that we organise and run directly and a variety of festival and missions that we support and partner with. You’ll have a fantastic opportunity each summer to get hands on engaged in these mission and festivals throughout the year.
Our South Region also includes our vibrant capital, one of the most multicultural and ethnically diverse cities in the world, with over 300 languages spoken. With many like-minded missional organisations having a footprint in and around the capital, and all of the Christian movements and denominations represented here, London holds key strategic value and will be the focus of your ministry activities. About the role
We are recruiting for a Senior Conferences and Events Manager to join on a full-time, 35 hours per week, maternity cover contract for 12 months. This is a home-based role, with monthly travel required for conferences, events and in-person stakeholder or team meetings.
As Senior Conference and Events Manager you will be responsible on the strategic delivery of an annual portfolio of conferences and events, which range from Society owned conferences and events, to external public and professional events and conferences. You will work to maximise engagement and influencing opportunities for our research and influencing stakeholders, including a national conference, research events and roundtables.
In this role you will oversee and line manage the Conferences and Events team, in addition to overseeing business and financial planning and monitoring. You will be responsible for budget management of the events programmes, including setting, managing, reporting on and reforecasting the team budget.
By working collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholders you will ensure the voice of those affected by dementia is considered appropriately in the events we deliver and attend. You will plan the involvement of lived experience across all events, including co-producing all or parts of the conferences and events we deliver. In addition to this, you will build in meaningful equality, diversity and inclusion into our conferences and events programme, ensuring that our events are inclusive to all attendees, and representative of a diverse range of voices.
Interviews for this role have been provisionally scheduled to take place via MS Teams on Wednesday 10th June.
About you
Joining us, you’ll have experience of working at a senior level in an events role and experience managing budgets effectively and using project management skills to remain organised. You’ll also have experience of successful management in conference production, organising successful large-scale events and conferences – in person, hybrid and virtually.
Due to the nature of this role, you’ll need to have good interpersonal and communication skills and the experience required to manage, motivate and inspire staff and volunteers to create a high performing team. You’ll have experience of leading a team to achieve success, including developing and working to briefs, workload planning and managing a team to deliver high standards with agreed timeframes.
Crucially, you’ll have experience building relationships with senior stakeholders, third party event partners and agencies with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
What you’ll focus on:
- Delivering a portfolio of events for our research and influencing stakeholders, including a national conference, research events and roundtables.
- Supporting the creation of strategies for improving events activity and maximising opportunities.
- Managing the budget of the events programmes, including setting, managing, reporting on and reforecasting the team budget.
- Line managing the Conferences and Events team and temporary staff and volunteers as necessary.
- Ensuring the voice of those affected by dementia is considered appropriately in the events we deliver and attend. Planning the involvement of lived experience across all events, including co-producing all or parts of the conferences and events we deliver.
- Effectively evaluating all activity, measuring the impact of projects against set objectives and outcomes in line with our strategy, and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Working collaboratively with brand, marketing and communications colleagues to create robust communications plans for events that ensure the right promotion prior to, during and after events.
