At The Law Society, data plays a critical role in helping us better understand our members, improve our services, and make informed business decisions. What we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced analyst with a strong track record of turning data into actionable insights and business value. Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Research and Production Officer to join our team based in Central London. After several years of research and development, we launched Testimony 360 in June 2024, a digital programme for UK secondary schools that uses interactive survivor testimony and virtual reality to innovatively teach about the Holocaust. Through the programme, students can interact with a recorded testimony of a Holocaust survivor, before seeing some of the sites they experienced using virtual reality headsets, all without leaving their classroom.
The successful candidate will serve as a member of the Trust’s Programmes Team, responsible for the research, post-production, testing and maintenance of interactive recorded testimony to ensure fluency and usability in the classroom. They will also be responsible for the ethical representation and engagement with the testimonies. We are looking for an individual with experience in research, with an understanding of the sensitive use of testimony, as well as experience of data management systems and platforms used for interactive testimony. They will have the ability to quickly learn how to use new technologies and programmes. As an expert in Holocaust education, you will also contribute to the successful delivery of our Testimony 360 programme through research and development of new content or digital resources.

The Diocese is seeking an enthusiastic Parish Adviser to support the mission and ministry of parishes, benefices and deaneries. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong financial, governance and relationship-building skills to work alongside clergy, lay leaders and diocesan colleagues to help churches flourish.

About the Role
As Parish Adviser, you will provide advice, training and practical support to Parochial Church Councils (PCCs) on charity governance, finance, stewardship and best practice. You will play a key role in helping parishes navigate regulatory requirements, strengthen financial sustainability and make effective use of digital tools and systems.
This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the life and mission of local churches and contribute to building strong relationships with parishes across the Diocese. Please note that this is role is offered on a two and half year fixed term basis.

This role will build the systems, data and insight that make high-value fundraising scalable and reliable. As operational lead in a small Development team you'll own CRM, prospect research and gift processing so fundraisers can focus on relationships and income. The post offers the chance to shape a new function at Cranleigh and support Capital and Bursary programmes.
What you'll be doing
You will be the operational engine of the Development & Fundraising team, responsible for maintaining accurate supporter records, ensuring gifts are processed and producing insight that improves donor experience, strengthens stewardship and enables forecasting for campaigns.
You will manage CRM operations and online giving, develop regular performance and financial reports, lead prospect development and donor pipeline work, process and reconcile income with Finance and manage Gift Aid, and turn data into segmentation and recommendations that increase engagement. You will draft and maintain fundraising policies and procedures and liaise with Events colleagues to support donor-facing activity.
What we're looking for
Essential
We seek practical experience in fundraising operations, CRM or data roles, confidence with complex datasets and CRM systems, strong numeracy and analytical skills, clear communication, discretion with confidential information and a commitment to safeguarding
Desirable
CRM implementation, prospect research and Gift Aid familiarity. Experience with ToucanTech or iSAMS and familiarity with HMRC Gift Aid rules are advantageous.

The small, collegiate Development team reports to the Development Director. You will work closely with the Senior Fundraising Manager, Finance, Events and senior leaders to deliver a joined-up donor experience and measurable income growth.
