As Service Manager for our Lambeth PRS and Refugee Resettlement services (maternity cover), you’ll step into a visible, high-impact leadership role overseeing two established teams supporting families resettled in Lambeth through government refugee schemes and people transitioning from rough sleeping into private rented or social housing.
Day to day, you’ll be leading and developing a team of eight Support Workers, setting the standard for high-quality, trauma-informed and strengths-based support. We’re looking for passionate, proactive Young Person’s Workers to join our teams, two in Greenwich and one in Lewisham. This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role where you’ll support young people to move towards stability, independence and long-term opportunity.

You’ll keep accurate records, review progress regularly and adapt support to reflect changing needs - always focused on sustainable outcomes.

About you
We’re looking for a Client Services Manager to lead our reception teams across two PDSA sites:
- Edmonton Green (N9 9AA) – 3 days per week
- Hendon (NW4 4JU) – 2 days per week

Spitalfields Crypt Trust (SCT) is an East London charity providing practical help, support and training to people who have been homeless and suffering from addiction. We run a Housing First project, a Recovery Hub (which includes an abstinence-based residential recovery accommodation, a Therapeutic Recovery Programme and Continuing Care), supported housing and two social enterprises supporting people in recovery from addictions to put their lives back together. Role and Responsibilities:
Management:
- To manage the day-to-day running of the coffee-shop and line manage the team of 2 paid staff and several volunteers.
- To manage and motivate the team (including: hiring, performance management, training and recognition duties)

- To maintain effective stock management and manage donors in accordance to SCT’s policies

We are seeking an experienced and diligent HR Administrator to provide HR admin support to the organisation. You will be responsible for all HR administration, including the production of HR paperwork, and serve as the day-to-day generalist HR contact for all employees. About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join the Rhodes Trust on a 14-month maternity cover. The role
The HR Services Manager role will be focused on continuity of critical HR operations. The role will be responsible for the following:

You will be highly organised and resilient, able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Discreet and professional, you will handle sensitive information with care and integrity.
