About the role
Based within this established partnerships team, the Partnerships Development Manager will work across the region with companies, trusts, foundations, business intermediaries and high-net-worth individuals.
The organisation is well-networked and receives invites to events and networking opportunities. Therefore, we are seeking a candidate who enjoys networking and business development and can capitalise on opportunities as they arise.
Role description:
- Income generation and relationship development to deliver on income targets.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with professional advisers, high-net-worth individuals and corporate donors in Leeds.
- Identify and cultivate new funding opportunities and partnerships, with a focus on generating new income streams.
- Represent the organisation at meetings and events, confidently presenting mission and impact.
- Work with your line manager on bespoke giving options for specialised donors.
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in income generation, partnership development or donor engagement.
- Familiarity with professional networks, philanthropy and corporate fundraising.
- Experience in managing relationships and delivering stewardship activity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident in meetings with senior professionals and potential donors.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing deadlines.
- Collaborative and proactive in coordinating across teams.
- Can communicate business plan area effectively.

SWS Taskforce and UK Programme Co-ordinator
Are you an experienced administration and customer service professional looking to apply your organisational and customer service skills to an impact-driven programme, committed to safeguarding seasonal workers’ rights and supporting an ethical and sustainable UK horticultural sector?

We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide programme co-ordination support as a key member of the Seasonal Worker Scheme (SWS) Taskforce Secretariat team in Stronger Together to ensure that Taskforce governance and programme activities are appropriately coordinated and excellent customer service is provided.
In this varied role you’ll be involved in supporting the organisation of webinars and face-to-face events, providing secretariat support to governance meetings – including minute taking – you’ll ensure programme impact data is accurately captured and reported, and distribute a range of internal and external communications for the Taskforce.
You’ll also provide effective and efficient administrative support to Stronger Together’s other UK programmes on specific projects and operational processes.
You will be UK-based with eligibility to work in the UK. You’ll work from home and join a friendly, supportive, and committed global team, and contribute towards creating systemic change.
