• Digital Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Eventbrite, and online giving platforms. Comfortable using digital tools to manage bookings, communications, and supporter journeys. 

• Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail.

About the Role

Jesuits in Britain is looking for an IT Coordinator to keep our technology running smoothly, based at our head office in Mount Street and supporting the wider Province. You'll be the first point of contact for IT issues, the administrator of our Microsoft 365 environment, and a steady, patient guide for colleagues who need help but don't speak "tech." Good judgement, flexibility and a genuine sympathy for our mission matter as much as technical skill.

The right candidate will be technically qualified in IT coordination and supervision, with the flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of Jesuits in Britain and to take on the administrative tasks that come with the role.

Key Responsibilities

Technical

· Oversee head-office IT devices to include desktops, laptops and servers.
Ensuring anti-virus, Windows & HP Hardware updates are installed and running correctly. Monitoring of all licensing.

· Purchase and install of additional software as required.

· Asset tag and maintenance of warranties and care packs.

· Replace or upgrading where necessary.

· Act as first point of contact for IT issues in the head office (hardware and software) and respond to IT needs from across the Province.

· Judge when an issue needs paid technical support, and commission that support where appropriate.

· Purchase, maintain and upgrade of IT software and hardware for Jesuits Communities and Works.

· Administer the Microsoft 365 Licences Province-wide for three domains.

o Issuing and maintaining email addresses for Jesuits and lay staff across the province. To include subscriptions upgrades where appropriate.

o Removal of emails or shared mailboxes where appropriate.

o Troubleshooting email account issues from the basic through to more extreme, such as data or email hacking. Actioning safety procedures, if necessary, when breaches of security are found.

o Reconciling around 500 Microsoft subscription charges, where applicable and recharging to the appropriate Communities or Works in the internal quarterly accounts.

o Initiating and troubleshooting Multi-Factor Authentication on all accounts and including a 2-year retention policy.

o For heightened security, enforcing Conditional Access for head office members when travelling abroad to permit email access in specified locations.

· Supervise of the head-office cloud-based environment, sharing data with Teams and ensuring all cloud-based data is correctly backed up.

· Help compile, with consultation, the head-office/Province IT Policy Handbook with updates as and when required.

Administrative

· Process purchase orders and invoicing for the Communities and Works, and produce reconciliation reports for recharging in the internal quarterly accounts.

· Contact and supervise our work with IT provider. Reconcile IT provider’s maintenance charges and recharge to Province Communities and Works in the internal quarterly accounts.

· Reconcile the IT Credit Card.

Professional

· Stay current on relevant trends, such as AI and cybersecurity, and bring recommendations to the team where needed.

Person Specification

· Excellent computing/IT qualifications & skills, to include administrative experience within the Microsoft 365 portal

· Excellent experience in putting computing skills into action

· Sympathy with the mission of Jesuits in Britain, as a religious and charitable organisation

The Fundraising and Relationships Coordinator will play a key role in fundraising The role has two key purposes, to increase Derbyshire Mind's income through a range of fundraising activities, and to expand Derbyshire Mind's online and promotional activities to support fundraising.

About the Role
We are looking for a Development Coordinator to support and develop Outside Edge Theatre Company’s fundraising and income generation.

Working closely with the Artistic Director/CEO, Trustees and external consultants, you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of fundraising activity, with a particular focus on trust and foundation fundraising, individual giving, corporate relationships, supporter communications and donor stewardship.

This is a newly created role and we welcome applications from candidates interested in taking their first steps in a career in fundraising. Training, strategic support and development opportunities will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Grant Management
– Research, prepare and write high-quality applications to trusts and foundations.
– Identify new funding opportunities and manage application deadlines.
– Coordinate funder acknowledgements, monitoring and evaluation reports.
– Support the development of statutory contracts and restricted project funding.

Individual & Major Giving
– Support the implementation of a new individual and major giving strategy.

We are looking for someone with:

– Experience in an administrative, fundraising, customer service or similar role.
– Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
– Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of people, including public speaking.
– Good IT skills; CRM experience is desirable.

The role

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will lead APF's communications, marketing and engagement function. You will turn organisational priorities into an integrated plan, set clear standards and measures, advise senior leaders and ensure that marketing, media, content, digital and internal communications work together.

You will lead three managers: the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, the Press, PR and Stories Manager, and the Communications Operations and Engagement Manager. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will report to the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager. This structure gives you the scope to shape the whole function while delegating specialist delivery clearly.

Your early work will include establishing the team operating model and annual plan, moving PF Together to quarterly publication, strengthening email marketing, leading a complete website content rewrite, creating clearer supporter journeys and building a proactive media and story pipeline. You will also work closely with fundraising so that strong propositions and campaigns reach the right audiences and contribute to acquisition, retention and income growth.

The role will lead APF's approach to communications data, performance reporting and responsible use of AI and connected systems. Human judgement, data protection and information security will remain central to how these tools are used.

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Data Protection Coordinator to support the Woodland Trusts compliance programmes and obligations under the UK GDPR compliance.

The Role:
•    Assist with the coordination of data privacy audits to promote organisational adherence to data privacy controls.
•    Support in the deliver of the Data Protection Action Plan. 
•    Manage the shared inbox for data privacy and respond to queries internally and externally. 
•    Maintain and monitor business systems for compliance. 
•    Support drafting and updating relevant policies and procedure for approval and raise employee awareness of UK GDPR principles and changes as needed. 
•    Support individual rights requests and respond to any breaches in a timely manner.
•    Support the creation and delivery of the Data Protection KPI’s reporting, highlighting to the Executive Leadership Team data privacy governance.
•    This is a hybrid position with a mix of home working, and from our head office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Head office attendance would be required no more than once a month on average. 

The Candidate:
•    Experience of data protection with additional experience of broader business compliance.
•    Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to plan and organise your time effectively.
•    Knowledge of individual rights requirements and expectations.
•    Experience establishing and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality, respect, trust and credibility at all levels. 
•    Knowledge of Data Privacy legislation including but not limited to Uk GDPR, PECR, DUAA and DPA.
•    Experience supporting with and producing quality reporting.
•    Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
