About the role
This exciting role will be responsible for the creation of the physical and digital Archive of the Care-Experienced Campaigning Movement and work closely with the team to support the extensive use of archive materials and stories to support the creative audio elements of the programme. We are looking for an experienced and creative archivist with a keen interest in social history and experience of working on physical and digital archive projects, preferably including digitalisation/oral history to lead on this unique area of work.
The post holder will report to the Programme Manager, and will work with the programme team, Programme Board and Coram. The role will liaise closely with Coram’s Executive Office and external partners including the London Archives.

Purpose of the Role
The Youth Activities and Enrichment Coordinator will play a key role in planning, coordinating, delivering and monitoring educational, recreational and enrichment activities as part of our award-winning Bright Futures Children’s and Young People’s Programme. Working closely with the Head of Services/Family Support and Supplementary School Manager, Primary Teacher, external partners and volunteers, the post holder will ensure the provision of engaging, inclusive and memorable opportunities. In addition, they will support the delivery of RAK Bright Futures After School Club and Supplementary School and contribute to education-related casework for children and young people and monitoring and evaluation of all above activity.

Refugee Action Kingston (RAK) is a well-established charity dedicated to supporting refugees and people seeking asylum from anywhere in the world who find themselves in the Royal Borough of Kingston and neighbouring boroughs. Since its foundation in 1991, RAK has been the main provider of direct services to refugees and people seeking asylum as well as promoting refugee rights.
RAK aims to support refugees through the process from their initial reception in the borough through to final integration into the local community in order to enable them to live a fulfilling life and become accepted and active participants in our local communities. We achieve this by accomplishing a variety of outcomes for refugee and asylum-seeking families through delivering a holistic service including advice, information, counselling, education, training, and assistance to access mainstream services and employment opportunities to help them rebuild their lives.

The Role
We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our small, hands-on IT team supporting over 500 users across more than 50 sites. This is a varied role combining day-to-day IT support with exposure to networking, systems administration, and infrastructure support.
You will work across offices, residential services and remote locations, helping to keep systems running and supporting staff delivering vital services. You’ll gain exposure to a multi-site environment including networking, VPNs, and cloud systems.
What you’ll be doing:
• Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support across multiple sites
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, network and user issues
• Setting up and configuring devices, accounts and systems
• Supporting Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments
• Assisting with networking (WiFi, switches, VPNs, connectivity)
• Managing tickets and communicating clearly with users
• Supporting IT improvements and small projects
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in IT support (1st or 2nd line)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Good communication skills with non-technical users
• Ability to manage workload and work independently
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Role Requirements
As the House Coordinator, you will have direct contact with children and their families, often during challenging times. This role therefore requires a level of empathy and the ability to communicate effectively in emotionally charged situations, which is not typically expected of other administrative roles within the organisation.
With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.
