This role will require the successful candidate to lead and enhance the organisation’s commitment to delivering high-quality, safe care for children. This role is pivotal in overseeing clinical governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing clinical risks, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

The postholder will work collaboratively across teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement, aligning with The Children’s Trust’s strategic objectives. Role Requirements

· Develop and maintain an effective clinical governance framework that supports safe and high-quality care.

· Facilitate regular clinical governance meetings to discuss performance, incidents, and quality improvement initiatives.

· Ensure that clinical pathways and practices are aligned with best practice guidelines and evidence-based standards.

· Lead initiatives to enhance patient safety across all services, promoting a culture of transparency and reporting.

· Implement and maintain the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF), ensuring that learning from         incidents is captured and shared.

· Monitor and report on patient safety metrics, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring appropriate action plans are developed.

· Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and experiences.

· Lead quality impact assessments for new initiatives or changes in practice, evaluating potential risks and benefits and manage the organisational governance in relation to these.

· Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines, including CQC regulations and national safety frameworks.

· Maintain an up-to-date understanding of regulatory changes and ensure organisational policies and practices reflect these updates.

With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

Operating as a blended role across the Membership and Marketing and Communications teams, this role will support the day-to-day membership and digital communication functions of the NI.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Administration

· Support the renewals process to ensure prompt collection of membership subscriptions including conducting follow-up campaigns to minimise lapsers. 

· Manage correspondence related to the onboarding process including preparing and sending membership welcome emails, and other communications as appropriate.

· Manage the Membership inbox responding to queries and assigning emails to colleagues or others as necessary.

· Support with the administration of Organisational Members including processing new members, issuing invoices and any other tasks as required.

· Assist with the development and implementation of new membership strategies.

Member Engagement and Digital Events

· Coordinate and deliver a structured programme of online events, including:

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain and regularly cleanse the membership database to ensure all records are accurate and up to date relating to membership and marketing.
• Generate and manage Nuclear Future mailing lists as required.
• Produce analytical reports on membership growth, retention, and engagement.
• Collect, analyse, and present member feedback from surveys and event participation.
• Deliver quarterly reports highlighting engagement trends and insights.
• Apply both quantitative and qualitative data to inform and shape future engagement strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Customer Service

· Serve as a point of contact for current and potential members, answering enquiries via phone, email, and online.

Experience and Skills

Essential Experience

· 2–3 years’ experience in membership administration, customer service, event co-ordination or marketing or a similar administrative role, ideally within a non-profit, association, or professional membership organisation.

· Proficient in using CRM or membership management systems, including database management, reporting.

· Experience in administering membership or customer renewals processes.

· Ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a professional environment.

· Ability to write compelling promotional copy.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using digital engagement and event tools such as Eventbrite, Cvent, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Teams.

Our Aims

The Urban Partnership Group (UPG) is a community and regeneration organization situated in West London offering a wide range of activities at its bases at the Masbro Centre, Edward Woods Community Centre, Masbro Brook Green, and Flora Gardens Family Centre  projects managed include those for older people, youth, children center services, volunteering and community champions.  Through these projects UPG hopes to enhance the health, wealth and well-being of the centers’ users.

Role

To be responsible for the day-to-day provision of an efficient, welcoming and professional reception and administrative/business support service to the Masbro Community Centre.

The applicant will be the first person a visitor, client or customer meets or speaks to face to face or on the phone.  The applicant will need to have a good rapport with people and make them feel welcome and at ease.  UPG deliver a range different activities a week with a footfall of over 500 people a week.

Supporting providers and users of the Community Centre.

Duties and Responsibilities  ​

1. As the receptionist and administrator, ensuring all users and visitors are dealt with promptly, professionally and courteously.

2. Provide a warm, supportive and nurturing front-of-house presence, building positive relationships with service users, tenants, volunteers and partners.
3. Develop and maintain effective clerical and administrative systems in line with UPG policies and procedures, reviewing and improving systems where necessary.
4. Carry out general administrative duties including (but not limited to):
   • Managing incoming and outgoing post
   • Responding to written and verbal enquiries
   • Coordinating bookings for workshops and classes
   • Processing invoices and supporting basic financial record-keeping
   • Assisting with room and hall hire bookings and issuing hire agreements
   • Attending and minuting meetings as required
   • Undertaking follow-up actions where necessary
5. Assist with the reporting and monitoring of repair and maintenance issues and liaise with contractors where appropriate, escalating concerns to the Centre Manager / CEO.

11. Support the promotion and publicity of the Centre, including updating noticeboards, digital displays, website content and social media platforms in collaboration with the Family Services and Performance Manager and colleagues at other sites.
12. Assist in gathering data and basic monitoring information required for reports to funders and stakeholders.
13. Support room inspections and ensure spaces are prepared to a high standard before and after use.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Mental Health & Wellbeing Project Worker to contribute to the development and delivery of flexible support services which address the psychological and emotional needs of children, young people and families living with the effects of domestic abuse, in North Tyneside and Northumberland. You will help to develop, organise and facilitate key aspects of the service as requested by the Team Coordinator such one-to-one support interventions, group work, and youth participation opportunities in a variety of settings including in-house, schools and community venues. Post is to be predominantly based in Northumberland.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver flexible one to one support sessions, using a range of interventions to assess and positively contribute to the individual wellbeing needs of children and young people impacted by domestic abuse.
• Support service users, particularly within the 11-16 age group to develop personal and life skills, promoting self-esteem and independence, and raising awareness of other support services and opportunities available to them and their families.
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of group work, activities and events, including the continued development of service user participation
• Work in partnership with statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure coordinated care and refer service users to additional sources of help and protection as needed.
• Adhere to safeguarding, confidentiality, and equal opportunities policies while maintaining accurate and confidential records, reporting appropriately, and complying with organisational guidelines.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team activities, contributing flexibly to service development and supporting broader organisational goals as required by management.

About You

• Holds qualifications and relevant experience in social care, childcare, youth work, or a therapeutic field
• Experience working directly with children and young people with an excellent understanding of common issues relating to child development, mental health and wellbeing
• Experienced in one-to-one casework, group facilitation, youth programmes, and multi-agency working, with a proven ability to assess needs and connect individuals to appropriate support services.
• Effective communicator with the ability to engage sensitively and non-judgementally with service users, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to empowering individuals.
• Skilled in managing workloads, maintaining accurate records, writing reports, and meeting deadlines under pressure, with strong time management and attention to detail.

The National House Project (NHP) supports Local Authorities to work with young people to give them the knowledge, skills and confidence to live connected and fulfilling lives. By developing a community of support, completing the House Project Programme and being able to make their house a home young people can look forward to a positive future.

Purpose of the Role 

Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, this newly created role offers the chance to support the delivery of our new Fundraising and Partnership Strategy (2025–2029) by helping to grow our community of supporters, increase individual digital giving and deepen engagement with corporate partners. We also welcome your ideas and experience in developing how we might approach digital fundraising.
 
Working closely with the Director of Partnerships, this role will lead on community fundraising development and provide hands-on coordination of partnership activities, from employee volunteering and group sessions to corporate fundraising events and payroll giving. The role will also contribute to communications and marketing content.

Key Responsibilities 

Corporate Partnerships and Engagement 

• Support the Director of Partnerships in managing and delivering high-quality partnership activities, including: 

• Organising employee volunteering sessions – including mapping / tracking volunteer hours and activities (where possible) 

• Organising and supporting group visits, insight events, and work experience placements (as needed) 

• Work closely with NHP colleagues, Local House Project staff and partners to develop impactful partnership activities 

• Fundraising activities and events organised by corporate partners 

• Liaise with LHPs to coordinate partnership activity across different regions. 

• Maintain accurate partnership records and activity tracking in NHP’s CRM. 

Communications and Collaboration 

• Work closely with the Business Support Administrator and Admin Team to create and share communications and marketing materials that promote partnership activities, volunteering, and fundraising opportunities. 

• Support the preparation of partnership updates, impact stories, and social media content. 

• Contribute to internal communications about partnership successes and learning. 

• Support the rest of the NHP team from time to time, as required.

Community Fundraising, Individual Giving and Supporter Engagement 

• Plan, deliver and evaluate a calendar of community fundraising activities and events (third party) to build NHP’s supporter base, ensuring income and engagement targets are met. (We plan to have 2 community fundraising events a year, and support those our corporate partners organise).

• Recruit, brief and support challenge event participants, fundraisers and corporate teams undertaking community activities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative and dynamic person with a proven track record in creating, delivering and managing digital content across social media platforms to develop, implement and manage strategies to grow our online presence and raise our profile.

You will be part of a wider communications team, working alongside the PR & Communications Manager, reporting to one of the trustees, fostering an organisation-wide approach working with all colleagues to ensure a planned, structured and collaborative approach to our communications and marketing planning.
As a small charity, flexibility is key to meet the needs of our shifting priorities and in between delivering and managing social media content – your primary focus –  you will additionally support wider marketing activities with creation of digital content to support charity advertising, support the development of our online (web) content and more general activities across the communications team. While there will be some level of existing experience, training will be provided for anything bespoke.

As part of the role, you will help our UK-based volunteers to develop local social media activities and support them as required. This may involve making recommendations in their approach, supporting content creation and upskilling them to gain confidence in using social media.

Action for Conservation is a UK grassroots charity using innovative approaches to inspire and empower young people from diverse backgrounds, between the ages of 12 and 24, to become the next generation of environmental leaders. In 2019, we launched our flagship Penpont Project on a 2,000-acre estate in Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons), Wales. We are currently looking for a Community Tree Nursery Coordinator to join the Penpont Project and run our Community Tree Nursery, growing trees from native tree species, including trees of conservation and heritage value, through collaborative learning and community-building activities. The focus of the role is as much on intergenerational learning and community engagement as it is on the processes of tree rearing and producing trees for planting out across the landscape. What we are looking for

• Experience of working with young people, ideally aged 12-18 and community volunteers and proven ability to engage, motivate and support people from diverse backgrounds and age groups
• Good horticultural knowledge, from selecting seeds to growing and nurturing tree stock, including traditional growing techniques; knowledge related to woodlands and forest ecosystems is desirable

Join us and lead the growth of a thriving, mission driven charity. As our Commercial Services Director, you will shape and drive the sustainable income that powers life changing services for older people across Lincolnshire.

Working at both a strategic and operational level, you will provide visionary leadership across Age UK Lincolnshire’s commercial portfolio. Partnering closely with the Chief Executive, Board of Trustees, Executive Team, staff, volunteers and the older people we serve, you will help set organisational direction, identify future opportunities, and ensure strong oversight of performance, policies and priorities.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this commercially focused role is responsible for generating income and overseeing all income producing services within the charity. You will balance ambition with purpose—ensuring that our charitable aims are upheld and that older people remain at the heart of every service and development.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will play a central role in shaping, developing and delivering the future of our commercial activities. You will lead the growth of existing services and pioneer new income streams across the region, expanding our reach so that more older people can benefit from high quality support. This position combines strategic innovation with hands on delivery, offering the opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact on the lives of older people in Lincolnshire.

The post-holder needs to be a confident communicator who is self-driven, proactive and dedicated, with an enthusiastic and positive approach to delivering and developing services for older people. Knowledge and experience in the charity sector and business development is desirable. The post-holder would also ideally have knowledge of the Health and Social Care Sector.

Social Media Officer – Canning Town / Hybrid

35 hours per week, flexible working (including some weekends)

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Officer to boost our charity’s visibility and bring our mission to life online. If you love crafting engaging content, building online communities, and have a soft spot for cats, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Bring

• 1–2 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Confident using major social platforms and scheduling/analytics tools.
• Strong copywriting skills, creativity, and an eye for detail.
• Basic design and video‑editing abilities (e.g., Canva, CapCut, InShot).
• Ability to analyse performance metrics and manage multiple tasks.
• A collaborative, proactive attitude, and passion for staying ahead of social trends.
• Experience in the charity sector is a bonus.
• Must love cats and other animals.
