Our client now has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Organisational Development specialist to join them on a permanent basis (FTC will also be considered).

As Organisational Development Partner you will work with colleagues across HR and the wider organisation to support the continuous improvement of capability development, culture change and performance monitoring.
