We’re looking for an exceptionally organised High Value Events Assistant to play a key role in supporting the delivery of this varied and ambitious programme.

What does this role do?
As High Value Events Assistant, you will:

• provide high-quality administrative and delivery support across a portfolio of flagship, bespoke and stewardship events for high value audiences.
• manage guest lists, invitations and RSVPs, ensuring accurate data handling and a seamless supporter journey.
• support the development of event content and collateral, including liaising with internal teams and sourcing compelling case studies.
• research and liaise with venues and suppliers, source prize donations and support event logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
• lead on the organisation of regular internal events, including the annual departmental conference.
• take responsibility for delivering a small number of supporter engagement events, working with major donors and corporate partners where appropriate.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for Tuesday 31st March and Wednesday 1st April 2026 and will take place on Teams.

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support some of our academies with clear financial insight, smart budgeting, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll work closely with Principals and senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and helping drive efficiencies across our schools.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Your responsibilities will include:

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• In-depth Financial Analysis
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to assess business performance against targets and trends.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We would like to hear from you if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
• Commitment to ongoing professional development to remain current with UK financial regulations and best practices.
• A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a finance role, ideally with exposure to financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Working arrangements

As a Rehoming Coordinator at Dogs Trust, you'll play a key role in finding loving homes for our dogs, supporting adopters and helping reduce the time dogs spend in our care.

What does this role do?

As a Rehoming Coordinator, you will:

• Champion the rehoming journey by providing excellent customer service, matching dogs to adopters, and arranging safe introductions, including occasional home visits.
• Maintain oversight of dog status across kennels, Foster and Home Stay, responding to enquiries and proactively seeking rehoming opportunities.
• Promote dogs ready for adoption by creating engaging online profiles and images, working closely with the Media Coordinator.
• Support the rehoming of long-term and complex dogs by liaising with the Behaviour and Welfare teams to communicate specific needs.
• Welcome and assist visitors during public opening hours, complete adoption paperwork, and contribute to kennel care as part of the wider team.

The Peer Support In-Reach Service is a partnership between several local Minds. Senior Peer Support Workers and Peer Support Workers, who have direct lived experience of mental health issues, are working on in-patient wards in Croydon, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Wandsworth to provide recovery-focused peer support to people as they leave hospital and journey towards living independently in the community.

We are seeking a Senior Peer Support Worker to join the team in Lewisham and line manage the Peer Support Workers.

You will use your lived experience whilst on the ward to help people to build skills to manage their home, finances, connect with family and friends, pursue social or vocational interests, to get more involved in their local community and to stay physically and mentally well. 

Your support will be person-centred and may include mentoring, coaching, emotional support and facilitating access to community activities, practical support, work or study.  The role will be ward-based initially until the patient is ready for discharge; you will then work with them to develop their support plans and goals. You will support them with the transition into the community for up to 6 weeks, helping them to connect with community resources to ensure they are well-supported in the community and working towards their goals.

Making people's experience of temporary accommodation be short, safe and healthy.

About this role

The role of Health Engagement Worker will involve supporting a caseload of service users that are experiencing homelessness. The role requires the use of specialist knowledge and relationship skills to influence service users with varying degrees of mental health, addiction and trauma related issues to engage with health services.

This will include advocacy in registering them for medical services and accompanying them to appointments; assisting them in addressing all aspects of physical and mental health or substance addiction needs, as well as advocating or them to get access to source housing and social security benefits. Working collaboratively with our partners Arch Healthcare the role is dependent on good communication and joint working with a variety of partners and professionals.

The role requires a high degree of motivation to support complex and vulnerable people, often in a lone-working situation. With a passion to work collaboratively with others for the good of our service users, and with some experience of working in a related field in a voluntary or paid capacity.

A high degree of emotional intelligence is required to support service users, many of whom have complex emotional needs, with backgrounds of trauma, neglect, abuse, crime and low self-worth. A role of this nature will experience a range of emotions from joy to grief and as such requires a high degree of resilience to cope with the emotional demands of the role.

Making decisions, “in the moment” to do the right thing to mitigate risk with service users can place high emotional demands on the job holder. The role is highly reactive, unpredictable and at times, chaotic. The role therefore requires a high degree of self-awareness to one’s own resilience levels and exercising appropriate levels of self-care.

Role Description

Service Delivery

Using frontline practical and procedural knowledge of working with complex service users to support them to engage with health care services during their housing vulnerability. This could include, but is not limited to;

· Assisting them in addressing housing, financial, health or wellbeing needs

· Accompanying them to appointments

· Connecting them with appropriate support services such as substance misuse services or food banks

· Collaborating with agencies such as the local authority, housing providers and support services

· Advocating on behalf of the service user to access medical care, housing and benefits.

· Maintaining regular contact, a listening ear and emotional support during times of crisis

· Helping increase their self-confidence and self-efficacy to improve their chances of moving on from homelessness

· Manage own calendar to deliver a caseload during periods of work-related pressure, including actively pursuing the project outcomes set for the project and individual clients.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our Risk and Compliance team at Help for Heroes. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the charity’s subject matter expert, ensuring we meet our legal obligations and proactively embedding a positive, proportionate safety and wellbeing culture that safeguards our people, volunteers, service users, and visitors.

You’ll be based primarily in our main office in Downton, but your work will reach across a diverse range of activities such as community delivery programmes, internal events, and fundraising operations ensuring that colleagues and volunteers across all settings have the guidance and support they need. Occasional travel will be required to other locations.

About You

• NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent
• At least five years’ experience in developing, implementing and monitoring Safety Management systems

• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Magpas Air Ambulance are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Philanthropy Officer to join their growing Philanthropy team to cover a 12 month period of maternity leave. The role will work across Trusts, Foundations and individuals moving them through the philanthropy giving cycle; identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship and recognition.

Magpas Air Ambulance brings the very best pre-hospital emergency care, in the air or on land, including treatments usually available in a hospital. In 2025, we experienced our busiest year on record, our lifesaving service is in continued and growing demand, we need a dedicated and ambitious Senior Philanthropy Officer to help us deliver our plans to raise vital funds from philanthropic audiences.

Role Summary:

• Identify, develop and manage a portfolio of funders and donors including trusts, foundations and major donors to meet financial and non-financial targets
• Maximise income through the development of co-ordinated stewardship and relationship management
• Produce compelling proposals, reports, and presentations. and deliver inspiring base tours.
• Source funding for specific projects and work programmes, as well as core costs
• Manage an opportunity pipeline, research and identify new prospects
• Report progress against financial and non financial KPI’s on a monthly basis
• Support the Philanthropy Manager with strategic projects to build and develop philanthropy at Magpas Air Ambulance

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in a philanthropy or fundraising relationship management role, within the charity or not-for-profit sector.
• Strong track record in securing and managing philanthropic donors and building long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with Trusts and Foundations, HNWI’s, Trustees and Senior volunteers.
• Experience in managing donor portfolios and opportunity pipelines.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

About this role

The Legacy Officer plays a vital role in securing the long-term future of the charity by administering, promoting, and stewarding the charity’s legacy programme, our largest income stream. Legacies are predicted to peak in the next ten years, so this is an exciting time to help us bolster our existing programme, try new and innovative marketing methods to attract new legacy pledgers, and provide ongoing stewardship to legacy pledgers and enquirers, ensuring supporters understand the lasting impact their gift can have on the lives and welfare of working animals across the world. The Legacy Officer will be part of the Philanthropy and Fundraising Partnerships department, working with 5 other team members, and managed by the Head of Philanthropy and Fundraising Partnerships. This position will also be responsible for overseeing the administration of estates in which SPANA has an interest under the guidance of our Legacy Adviser, ensuring compliance with fundraising regulator policies and other legal frameworks. 

Contract, location and salary

This is a permanent, full-time (34.5 hours per week) role. This is a UK based position. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK currently and for the duration of the contract.  The salary for this role is c. £36,000 per annum.

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Public Affairs Manager to take lead responsibility for managing the Woodland Northern Ireland’s (WTNI) relationship with the NI Executive, Government, relevant statutory agencies and key NI , ROI and UK political audiences. Purpose

Our Immigration Team works closely with Birmingham City University (BCU) to run the Immigration Law Student Clinic, a key source of free accredited immigration advice for people in Birmingham who cannot afford legal support.

The role involves supervising students as they research and prepare legal advice, coordinating day‑to‑day clinic activity, and supporting casework within CELC’s immigration team. You will recruit, train, and mentor students, ensuring they have an excellent student experience and helping them develop practical legal skills while ensuring clients receive an excellent service.

Responsibilities

Working closely with Birmingham City University the Law Clinic Supervisor will:

• Recruit and select students for involvement in the clinic
• Undertaking inductions with new students, in line with the Law Centre's Clinic practices ,including training on CELC systems and processes
• Develop and maintain student training manuals, policies, template letters, referral forms etc.
• Assess client cases prior to allocation to students
• Manage overall clinic calendar, allocating client cases to students

An established housing provider is seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to support the delivery of major works and remediation projects across a residential portfolio.

The role provides on-site quality assurance, ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and recognised best practice. You’ll act as an independent quality presence on site, helping to drive compliance, raise standards, and resolve issues early.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake regular site inspections on major works and remediation schemes
