About the role
As an Engagement Worker, you will be pivotal in delivering Shelter’s purpose to defend the right to a safe home by enabling those we assist to enforce their housing rights. You will be a key member of the Housing First team in South Tyneside, delivering intensive support to a small number of individuals with multiple disadvantage to move from homelessness to sustaining a tenancy. You will need to form links with partner organisations and agencies and your role will be fundamental in supporting someone on their journey through Housing First, supporting five[TG1] clients at any one time.
About you
You will need experience of support work, a proven ability to listen to, engage and work with individuals and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, especially substance misuse services, health and probation and people with lived experience of homelessness. You will have an awareness of working in a trauma informed, strengths based approach to help people with multiple disadvantage, as well as having experience of writing and implementing person centred support plans and writing detailed case-notes. Also, you have flexible time management skills and are comfortable collaborating with people from other teams and organisations.

Working within the Central Services team, the Operations and Front of House Coordinator (OFOHC) plays an essential role in supporting the smooth-running and operational effectiveness of the Students’ Union (SU) and its Front of House.
The OFOHC is responsible for coordinating an effective, professional, and welcoming SU front desk service with opportunities to interact directly with students, UAL and SU staff and external organisations. About the role
The Operations & Partnerships Team are responsible for ensuring that our internal (Kings
Camps) and external (UK and worldwide) programmes and services meet our customer and
client promises through effective delivery of our people, programmes and equipment. We
have a high level of responsibility and trust for the effective oversight of a large volume of
children, seasonal staff, and a national venue portfolio.
We're looking for a Programme & Training Lead who can take specific responsibility for our
programme delivery, ensuring 500+ seasonal staff across the UK are trained, equipped and

Role Purpose

We are recruiting three Digital Product Managers, to join our Digital and Service Design Team on a 23 month Fixed Term Contract.
The Fund is embarking on an exciting digital journey over the coming years. This role will put you at the heart of those ambitions. You will take a lead role in helping us to translate these ambitions in to operational reality through improving our current digital service. The role is crucial in helping us deliver our digital strategy. As a Digital Product Manager you will take ownership of one or more of our critical digital products (and the relevant part of the service journey). As part of the Digital and Service Design team, you will:
- Lead on the design, development, and launch of new digital products.
- Set a clear direction for your product(s), whilst maintaining focus on measurable outcomes.
- Take responsibility for overseeing the ongoing product lifecycle of existing digital products including roadmap development activity.
- Lead multi-disciplinary digital product teams, embedding best practice, whilst empowering colleagues to deliver the greatest impact.

- Work with your peers to establish a product management methodology for the Fund, and mentor/coach colleagues to increase capability at the Fund.
