If so, St Giles and the Wise Group are looking for a Women’s Wellbeing Coach to be an integral part of a multi-agency team providing person-centred support, where you will deliver holistic and trauma informed Women’s services to females serving a custodial sentence or a Community Order.

About this exciting opportunity
As Women’s Wellbeing Coach, you will provide person-centred, holistic, and trauma-informed support to female adults serving custodial sentences or Community Orders. This includes conducting trauma-informed assessments and collaboratively developing action plans that align with prescribed outcomes.
The role involves delivering a range of tailored interventions, including group sessions, to help service users achieve their goals. Building and maintaining effective partnerships with external agencies such as Probation, Prisons, and other relevant organisations is essential to support positive outcomes. You will be expected to meet contractual targets within agreed timescales and uphold high-quality standards, accurately recording all casework activity on relevant databases. A proactive commitment to continuous learning and development is also key to ensuring the delivery of a consistently high-quality service for all service users.
What we are looking for
- Proven ability and experience as a caseworker delivering gender specific and trauma responsive interventions which support resettlement and rehabilitation of female adults in the criminal justice system whether in the community or in prisons.
- Experience of working with females and supporting them to achieve positive outcomes.
- Experience of engaging successfully with challenging people, for example people who have complex needs, people who are reluctant to discuss their needs, and people who are angry and confused
- Experience in delivery of 1:1 and group coaching solutions, including preparation and delivery of skills and learning.
- Experience in working with partner agencies either as part of a multi-agency team working towards common objectives or negotiating to establish links to further the aims of a project.

About the Role

The Role
Lead and deliver a mid-level giving retention and recruitment strategy, for donors giving between £1,000 and £50,000 each year, working with colleagues and senior volunteers to understand potential opportunities for uplift in giving.
Manage the day-to-day delivery of mid-level donor activities, including tracking renewal cycles, supporting donor journeys, and responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Support the development and delivery of engaging events, and bespoke communications including personalised letters, invitations, proposals, and thank-you communications, ensuring mid-level donors feel valued and connected to the impact of their giving.
Ensure that mid-level donors have the best possible experience of giving to the charity, by engaging with colleagues on the development of appeals to this audience, stewarding those giving at this level, and attracting new supporters
Work with the public fundraising team to thank mid-level donors to fundraising appeals, creating updates and reports, and providing an excellent supporter experience to maximise the opportunity for a longer-term relationship beyond specific appeals.
Support the fundraising activities of the wider philanthropy & campaigns team through identifying donors who may give major gifts or be interested in legacy giving.
The Candidate
Experience of securing four and five figure gifts from individual donors.
Experience in fundraising and donor development delivering an excellent service on the phone, in person, and in written communications.
Experience of creating high quality written documents, such as tailored letters, proposals, slide decks, or other professional materials.

Shannon Trust are delighted to be working with His Majesty’s Prison & Probation Service (HMPPS) and G4S to provide peer-led literacy and numeracy programmes across a number of prisons. We now have the opportunity to provide a service at HMP New Hall. Working closely with the prison and their staff, people in prison, Shannon Trust Team Members, this is an exciting role leading on the delivery and development of creative and exciting literacy initiatives and an ambitious Reading Strategy at HMP New Hall, maximising opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.
Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach.
This role will be prison-based. For 40 years, NEF has turned big ideas, rigorous research and community power into real-world change. At this critical moment in politics, we’re looking for a talented researcher to join our team.
The late Lord Kerslake was a lifelong advocate for social justice and worked tirelessly in his career and in retirement to promote access to secure, affordable housing for all. At the time of his untimely passing he was Chair of the New Economics Foundation (NEF), the Peabody Trust and the Kerslake Commission on Homelessness and Rough Sleeping hosted by St Mungo’s. These three organisations have come together to honour Bob by creating a Kerslake Fellowship to work on improving outcomes in housing and homelessness, and especially for social housing.
Employed at NEF for a two-year contract initially, this role will help develop policy and practice capable of delivering big shifts in housing policy that will result in genuinely affordable, high quality and secure homes for all. The Kerslake Fellow will produce high-quality research that will help build the evidence base in social housing and homelessness, generate recommendations for actions that will lead to better outcomes, and build relationships with key stakeholders that will help deliver policy change.
We’re looking for someone with a relevant degree (or equivalent experience), a solid understanding of the housing sector and the challenges and opportunities it faces. At least three to five years’ experience in planning, developing and managing multi-stakeholder projects and/or campaigns. Just as important is the ability to ability to deal with people at all levels, internally and externally, demonstrable organisational and administrative skill and a commitment to building the new, environmentally sustainable economy with redistribution of power and resources at its core.
Role: Kerslake Fellowship
Hours of work: Full Time (32 hours per week under NEF’s Shorter Working Week)
Salary range: £42,868 — £45,850
Location: Hybrid

With an income of just under £1 million and a diverse portfolio of new and established grant-funded programmes, we’re entering a period oftransformation, with ambitious plans to grow our impact and strengthen our organisational resilience.
We’re now seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Operations Director to help drive this momentum – leading the way in reimagining how we work to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and embedding a culture of shared leadership, continuous learning, and improvement.
You will be a natural collaborator and a strong communicator, able to build trusted relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders alike. In this role, you’ll ensure that our operations run smoothly and effectively – aligningsystems and processes with our strategic goals while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you’ll work closely with the CEO, Board of Trustees, partners, and colleagues to bring our vision to life, drive forward our strategic priorities, and foster a working culture where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
Please note that this role can be offered on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of three days per week in the office. As an organisation rooted in community, we believe that regular in-office presence is important to foster collaboration, connection and team cohesion. The role is part-time (28 hours per week), and these hours can be worked over four or five days, depending on your preference

In this hands-on role, the Office Administrator will oversee office management, facility operations, and some management of our hardware and software, while also leading projects and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Role Description
Office Administration:
- Work with the SLT to implement and maintain core policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments, audits, certifications, and training (fire drills, first aid, evacuation procedures).
- Liaise with tenants and landlords to uphold appropriate processes and procedures.
- Manage data processing, GDPR compliance, and act as the organisation’s Data Protection Officer.
- Oversee office supplies and supplier management, ensuring best value in all contracts and services.
- Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email.
Facility Management:
- Conduct regular building checks (fire alarm tests, PAT testing, etc.) to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Supervise contractors, including cleaners.
- Address facility issues and manage repairs with tenants and landlords.
- Process invoices and provide basic bookkeeping support.
- Monitor costs and undertake quote comparison processes for financial efficiency.
Systems Administration:
- Act as the first point of contact for IT issues, updates, and maintenance.
- Resolve IT problems or coordinate with our Tech and Systems manager and external IT support providers.
- Manage IT procurement, ensuring appropriate equipment is in place and maintaining an accurate record of IT assets.
- Ensure all network updates, licences, and software are current and tendered every three years.
Project Management:
- Oversee the design, renovation, and logistics of the Hackney building as needed.
- Lead and support digital, agile, and administrative projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Assist in recruiting new team members.
- Manage marketing and bookings for our fantastical space hire.
Governance:
- Support the Chief Executive and SLT as needed.
- Maintain accurate governance and compliance records.

The Community Fundraising Manager is an exciting role at MDUK, that will sit within the Fundrasing Team. This role is central to building relationships, engaging local communities, and driving fundraising initiatives across the region. Being based in or regularly present in Northern Ireland is essential to effectively deliver on the role’s objectives and maintain close connections with supporters and stakeholders.
In Community Fundraising we are the team that builds relationships with our supporters, families, and event participants to fundraise so that MDUK can continue to find treatments and ultimately cures through research, and to drive improvements in care and quality of life.
In this small but close team there are four other Community Fundraising Managers covering the rest of the UK and a Senior Manager who can support you and the rest of the team in delivering an excellent supporter journey to deliver the charities aims.
You will build relationships and manage both supporters and volunteers within the local community creating an impact by maximising financial contributions and raising awareness of fundraising for Muscular Dystrophy UK.
You will need a flexible approach to your working hours as the role may require some evening and weekend work.

Project Accountant
An international not-for-profit organisation is seeking a Project Accountant to join its expanding finance team in London on an initial 1-year FTC. As Project Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring financial integrity and compliance across a diverse portfolio of philanthropic and government-funded projects. You’ll act as a trusted partner to project leads, providing financial insight, accurate reporting, and expert support throughout the project lifecycle.
This position sits within the Grant Finance function, working closely with legal, HR, and operations teams to forecast expenditure, track commitments, and ensure that all financial reporting meets donor and audit requirements. You’ll also contribute to system and process improvements as the organisation continues to expand its portfolio of funded programmes.
The charity has offices in Central London and offers flexible working arrangements, including remote working, compressed hours, and the option to work a four-day week.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain full accountability for project financial transactions and grant funding records.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and analyses to project leads and external funders.
- Prepare and review project and proposal budgets, ensuring alignment with donor guidelines.
- Monitor and forecast expenditure, tracking commitments and staffing costs.
- Support funder audits and ensure internal controls align with donor requirements.
- Lead on project close-out, ensuring accurate reconciliations and compliance.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements, systems implementation, and policy updates.
- Collaborate across global teams to deliver consistent, high-quality financial support.
About You
You will be a qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong experience in grant or project finance, ideally in an international or donor-funded setting.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience with grant compliance, funder reporting, and audits
- Experience with EC grant compliance and financial reporting is essential
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to manage complex financial information.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate financial detail for non-finance colleagues.
- A proactive and organised approach, capable of managing multiple deadlines across time zones.
- Experience working with multi-currency projects and diverse international teams.
Desirable:
- Experience with SUN Systems / Infor Q&A, Concur, or project tools such as Asana.
- Background in sustainability, international development, or environmental programmes.
- Additional language skills.
