A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Finance with a global organisation, on a full-time, 2-year FTC basis. As Head of Finance, you will lead on strategic financial planning and financial day to day management to advance the charity’s business model, financial sustainability and growth.
Please note, there is hybrid working in place with this organisation with 2 days per week required in their London office.
As Head of Finance, you will:
- Lead on strategic financial planning and financial management to advance the organisation’s business model, financial sustainability, and growth through long-range financial projection and planning, maximisation of income, and strong financial reporting
- Ensure that financial planning feeds into the organisation’s work planning process and supports the strategic objectives of the organisation
- Develop and maintain effective financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, production of quarterly management accounts, preparation of annual statutory accounts, and preparation of financial reports to funders, potential funders, and the Board of Trustees
- Manage compliance with UK and overseas legal, statutory accounting and regulatory requirements, including signing off on all statutory filings as required by the Charity Commission, Companies House, HMRC and the Pension Regulator
- Work with the Development & Outreach Team, the Senior Finance & Grants Officer and the Senior Coordinator for Grants to oversee preparation of proposals and budgets for prospective grants
The successful applicant will:
- Have significant demonstrable experience in finance within the charity sector, in a similar role
- Be ACA/ACCA/CCAB/CIMA fully qualified
- Have up-to-date knowledge of relevant UK charity statutory requirements e.g., SORP, Charity Accounting, IFRS/IAS
- Have significant all-round accounting, financial management, full grants cycle management, compliance, risk and financial sustainability experience, likely gained in an international charity, e.g. working in a multi-currency environment
- Have proven experience of presenting and working with Boards and Finance Committees
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Chief Officer – Finance and Resources with a social enterprise charity, on a full-time, permanent basis. As Chief Officer – Finance and Resources, you will be responsible for ensuring financial sustainability, operational efficiency and resilience, and strategic resource planning for the charity.
There is hybrid working in place with this organisation with an average of 1-2 days per week in the office.
As Chief Officer – Finance and Resources, you will:
- Serve as a key member of the charity’s Senior Management Team, contributing to strategy and decision making across the organisation
- Work closely with the Chief Executive and the Board of Trustees to develop and implement a new 3-to-5-year business plan for the charity’s next phase of growth
- Lead the development of the charity’s financial strategy, ensuring sustainability and alignment with charity’s overall goals
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership for finance, IT, governance, property and facilities functions
- Develop and lead a high-performing finance and operations team
The successful applicant will:
- Have significant demonstrable experience in finance within the charity sector, in a similar role
- Hold a professional accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Have an advanced understanding of Microsoft Power Query, BI, and dashboard development and modelling
- Be fully conversant with accounting regulations and an understanding of Charity SORP gained whilst working within a Charity
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

We’re working with a small but mighty charity that’s on a mission to make debt and money advice accessible to everyone. They’re expanding their team and looking for a Money Guidance Officer to join them on a 6-month fixed term contract.
This role is ideal for someone who:

Has strong admin and organisational skills, alongside a warm and empathetic approach.
Can juggle outreach, engagement, and support work – keeping individuals connected to the debt advice journey.
Is comfortable delivering 1-2-1 and group sessions, promoting financial resilience and education.
Can work flexibly across community locations in London (with some hybrid working available).

A national gambling harm prevention organisation is looking for a passionate Training & Engagement Officer to deliver engaging training, build strong partnerships, and help raise awareness about gambling harms.
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Remote / home-based, with UK travel for in-person sessions
The Role
As Training & Engagement Officer you’ll deliver high-quality gambling harm education and training across a variety of settings — from schools and youth groups to healthcare, community organisations, and local authorities.
You will:
- Deliver engaging training sessions both online and in-person, adapting content for different audiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, commissioners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and improve evidence-based learning materials and resources.

About You

Temporary Individual Giving Officer – £16.48 per hour – London
Our charity-sector client is seeking a Temporary Individual Giving Officer to join their Fundraising, Engagement & Communications team for approximately 2 months.
This is a great opportunity for someone with individual giving experience to step in and provide vital support across appeals, stewardship, and donor communications. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality supporter care while helping to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
The role
Support the delivery and analysis of direct mail and other appeals
Help coordinate donor stewardship, including regular givers and mid-value supporters
Maintain accurate supporter data in Salesforce, ensuring GDPR compliance
Respond to supporter enquiries by post, phone and email
Assist with trading programmes and merchandise fulfilment
Provide administrative and reporting support to the fundraising team
Contribute to events and community fundraising activities as required
We’re looking for someone with:
Experience working in individual giving or supporter care in the charity sector
Understanding of Gift Aid, GDPR and data protection (or willingness to learn)
Strong organisational and project support skills
Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce desirable)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
The ability to juggle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
