About the role:
The role is home-based with regular travel across Devon and Cornwall. As a Project Lead for the ASB team you will be:
- Managing a small team of ASB caseworkers, allocating cases & analysing data
- Working with the Operations Manager to ensure delivery of the business plan
- Responsible for capturing data & information to ensure the team is outcome based & evidenced
- The subject matter expert for ASB within the service
- Working with key partners to develop mechanisms for identifying & referring those affected by ongoing and persistent ASB
- Completing DSO training to prioritise the safety of service users and ensure compliance with safeguarding policy
- Leading on delivery of training to local agencies
- Attending meetings with funders/commissioners & providing reports
- Playing a lead role in developing VS's ASB work at both local and national levels
- Holding a small caseload when required
You will need:
- As this role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement
- Experience of managing a team
- An understanding of confidentiality and safe working practice in accordance with safeguarding legislation, General Data Protection Regulation and other legal requirements
- Experience of effective delivery of services in the voluntary or statutory sector including complex case management and maintaining case management records
- The ability to build effective working relationships across internal and external stakeholders and work directly with in statutory, voluntary or multi agency settings
- High personal resilience to manage demands of working with ASB
- Competent IT and administrative skills including the use of Microsoft Office packages
- The ability to engage with vulnerable service users.

About the Role:
As part of the Fraud Peer Support Caseworker team you will be responsible for:
- contacting fraud victims to assess the risks they are facing and to discuss their support needs
- providing individual, tailored support for victims of fraud, particularly those affected by relationship/romance fraud
- setting up and delivering online and in-person group peer support work
- working in close partnership with police, local authorities and other key stakeholders to ensure fraud victims can access our services
- supporting victims to ensure their voices are heard in and beyond the criminal justice system
The areas for delivery of the pilot are South London, Kent and Sussex and the post-holders will need to reside in one of these, and will be able to travel across the three areas

About the Role

As a Digital Director you will
- Be part of an exciting new team of 15 Digital Directors (Youth Ambassadors) who will work with at least 225 young people to identify needs and gaps in youth provision and young people services.
- Have the opportunity to explore, test, review and implement cutting-edge digital technologies, including VR, AR, AI, gaming, and social media platforms.
- Work closely with young people from various communities across the country. Your role will involve reviewing and enhancing their local digital youth work offer. This will include brainstorming creative ideas, designing engaging digital content, and providing valuable insights to improve digital services and experiences for young people.
- Work with local youth services and young people service providers to review their current digital (and in-person) services, identify gaps and to create a plan to develop digital youth work opportunities to fill the identified gaps.
- Attend national events and complete NYA training to enhance your skills and knowledge, supporting you on your own journeys to adulthood.
- Support the development of training and skills development for youth services and service providers.
- Work as a team to evaluate and measure the overall success of the work.

As a Stalking Initial Response Officer, you will play a vital role in directly supporting all service users who may be affected by all types of crime. You will ensure the provision of individual structured, tailored resources and information to all service users ensuring they receive the required support to complete their journey through the criminal justice and legal systems to cope and recover from the impact of crime, helping people to move beyond the crime and access additional support services.
You will need:
You will have the skills to carry out risk assessments, safety planning, assessment of needs and individual support planning. You should have demonstrable experience of working in a similar setting or position. An ability to work independently and prioritise a busy workload is essential.
