As necessary, a lot of this work is now taking place online, remotely and in small face-to-face groups and the candidate will need to be confident and adaptable to utilising digital platforms and keeping ahead of current policy.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the post holder is solely responsible for the staffing, coordination and delivery of all youth staff, sessions and projects and school holiday activities in consultation with the centre manager and the business development manager.

The candidate will encourage and support the personal development of young people and youth staff.
