We're looking for a Rehoming Manager to embed a culture of high performance, creativity and excellent customer service at our Rehoming centre in Shoreham. Working closely with the rest of the management team, you'll manage and support the development of our rehoming team, who work tirelessly to find forever homes for the dogs in our care.

What does this role do?

As Rehoming Manager, you will:

• promote a culture of rehoming across the whole centre team, maximising the effectiveness of interactions and their conversion to adoptions,
• lead, manage and develop the rehoming team, instilling a performance based approach, focused on meeting both objective based and customer service targets,
• collaborate with other managers to optimise kennel occupation and to ensure appropriate assessment and triage of dogs is completed,
• drive a culture of continuous improvement across all public facing activities, focusing on the development and wellbeing of colleagues and a consistently positive experience for volunteers.

To be successful in this role, you'll need experience of leading a small, diverse team, with particular focus on driving high performance, delivering excellent customer service and meeting targets. You'll also need some operational management experience, with the ability to make decisions swiftly and effectively, with a solution focused approach. Excellent communication skills are essential, including the ability to have challenging conversations empathetically. Above all, you'll have a passion for rehoming dogs and the work Dogs Trust does.
 
This role can be either a live out or live in role, with accommodation accessed by a flight of stairs. This role includes working every third weekend and regular night duties 2-3 times per week.

About the role

Procurement plays a critical role at Centrepoint, supporting services across England and managing relationships with over 1,100 suppliers. As Procurement Officer, you’ll work closely with the Head of Procurement and Procurement Manager to translate Centrepoint’s procurement strategy into practical, value-driven outcomes.

You’ll deliver end-to-end procurement activity across a range of categories, including Direct Marketing, Facilities Management and Services, influencing spend decisions, driving value for money, and ensuring compliance with procurement policy and regulatory requirements.

This is a varied and hands-on role, requiring strong stakeholder engagement, sound commercial judgement and a proactive approach to improving procurement processes and systems. Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model

The requirement is a minimum of 50% of your working week in the office. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (for example, two days one week and three days the next). This will be adjusted accordingly for part-time or compressed hours contracts.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering end-to-end procurement activity, including market analysis, supplier sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation and contract award
• Acting as a category lead across key areas of spend, working closely with stakeholders to embed procurement early in project planning
• Managing supplier relationships, supporting contract negotiations and leading regular contract reviews to ensure performance against KPIs and SLAs
• Supporting the development and continuous improvement of procurement systems, processes and controls, including supplier onboarding and contract registers
• Reviewing supplier risk and compliance, ensuring adherence to Centrepoint’s Procurement Policy and relevant legislation
• Analysing spend data, benchmarking costs and identifying opportunities to deliver savings and efficiencies

About you

You’ll be a capable and motivated procurement professional with experience supporting procurement activity in a complex or multi-stakeholder environment. You’ll be confident managing multiple priorities and engaging effectively with colleagues and suppliers to deliver compliant, value-driven outcomes.

You’ll bring:

• Experience delivering procurement activity, including tendering, supplier evaluation, negotiation and contract award
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interrogate spend data and identify opportunities for savings and efficiencies
• The confidence to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels, embedding procurement best practice across the organisation

Job Description
As the Operations and Visitor Experience Manager, you play a pivotal role at CSC, with full
responsibility for our Centre in Cambridge Science Park and our secondary site, currently in
Wisbech.
An essential part of your role is to drive CSC’s direct revenue streams connected to the Centre.
You will lead your team in generating public and school bookings, and in overseeing community
audiences, private hires, and other groups, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless and
welcoming experience. You will also take a proactive approach to increasing visitor numbers,
expanding CSC’s membership base, and researching and developing new revenue-generating
initiatives that strengthen our long-term sustainability.
Your expertise in creating and implementing exhibition spaces will be instrumental in bringing to
life our annual delivery calendar of science themes, which is strategically curated to attract and
engage our audiences while supporting the delivery of our Programmes. You will oversee an
annual budget covering the shop and site facilities.
You will work closely with the Outreach and Innovation Manager to prioritise, schedule, and
maintain products and content in line with CSC’s core Programmes and commitments, ensuring
impactful experiences for all audiences. In collaboration with the Marketing and Communications

This role will be responsible for:

Funding Development & Applications

• Prepare and submit compelling, high-quality funding proposals to trusts and foundations.

• Develop supplementary materials for applications, including budgets, MEL frameworks, timelines, and theories of change.

Relationship Management

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a creative, ambitious, and data-driven individual to join us as Senior Officer Digital Optimisation, specialising in UX/UI to lead on the development and delivery of UK for UNHCR’s testing and optimisation strategy to improve conversion rates and user experience online, including our donation pages, virtual gift shop, website and various subdomains. The role reports to the Head of Digital Fundraising and manages all donation pages, digital testing and tracking, as well as a range of Google and optimisation products.

The primary purpose is to optimise digital performance through A/B testing across our websites and supporting teams to adopt and implement a test-and-learn framework in their digital channels to raise more funds for refugees.

An existing A/B testing roadmap has been developed and is ready for your input and ideas. However, testing and optimisation is not limited to fundraising and will aim to improve digital conversion and performance across teams, channels and platforms – playing a key part in UNHCR’s annual fundraising programme to enable UNHCR to deliver its vision of a world where every person forced to flee can build a better life.

You will work very closely with the digital fundraising team and wider Individual Giving team, as well as Communications and Philanthropy/ Corporate Partnership colleagues, our digital agency and international fundraising teams.

Passionate about UX/UI and fundraising, you will be a skilled communicator, tech-savvy and an experienced project manager. You will have strong problem-solving skills, a test-and-learn approach and a track record of meeting deadlines and meeting/ exceeding set KPIs.

Role Responsibilities  

• Develop and lead strategy for conversion rate optimisation, including the management of a testing roadmap to regularly execute A/B and multivariate tests and the use of new and existing technology, e.g. heatmapping to reduce friction rates and continuously improve and optimise conversions.
• Lead UX/UI across organisation, overseeing and implementing tests and analysis across teams to improve web experience and achieve required KPIs and objectives.
• Manage Google suite of tools and relevant relationships, ensuring everything is up to date and operating as necessary.
• Manage all donation pages and fundraising landing pages, building new pages, maintaining existing pages and closing pages; identify areas for improvement and work with relevant stakeholders to test and optimise.
• Utilise and manage suite of third-party platforms, e.g. Optimizely, Mouseflow, iRaiser, Sleeknote, Typeform to improve user experience and increase donations and conversions.
• Remain flexible and quickly respond to emergency situations, identifying fundraising opportunities and develop relevant comms and journeys as needed, collaborating with colleagues from across the organisation.
• Use data and insights to produce regular reports on performance against KPIs; use analytics to identify trends and optimise activities based on user behaviour.
• Manage and maintain vanity and tracking links across the organisation, utilising Google Tag Manager and UTMs to monitor performance and results.
• Stay up to date with digital best practices and technology, including sector trends, follow industry policies, including GDPR, PECR regulations, attending training and optimising plans accordingly.
• Stay up to date with issues affecting displaced communities, campaigns from international, content and reports from the field.
• Share creative and insights with UK colleagues, global teams, and HQ.
• Participate in training seminars, workshops, and skill shares where applicable.

Personal Attributes and Experience

Essential Experience

• Experience of implementing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across channels, including paid and organic social, search and display; preferably within the charity sector.
• Experience of developing and delivering strategies for conversion rate optimisation and user experience/user interface. 
• Experience of using digital channels for lead acquisition and conversion to grow income.
• Experience of measuring, evaluating and reporting on digital activity and performance across multiple channels and digital campaigns, paid and organic.
• Experience of working with external agencies and suppliers.

Essential Skills/Knowledge

• Experience of using Google Analytics or other web behavioural analytics tools.
• Experience with experimentation tools like Optimisely or similar.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent written communication skills: able to produce compelling, persuasive, and concise copy for a range of specific target audiences.

• Proven proficiency with design principles and tools (Canva/Adobe suite).

• An understanding of digital fundraising practices and principles

• Experience of working across a broad channel mix (social, web, email, SEO, SEM and other Direct Marketing channels would be advantageous).
• Knowledge or experience working with Salesforce (or similar CRM platform).
