Surviving Economic Abuse (SEA) is the only UK charity dedicated to raising awareness of economic abuse and transforming responses to it.
Since our founding in 2017, we’ve proudly campaigned successfully for the recognition of economic abuse in UK law and influenced wide-ranging systemic change to transform responses to it. We're now entering an ambitious new phase, and we’re seeking a dynamic, strategic and values-led Head of Income as part of the Senior Leadership Teamto help drive it forward.
This is a critical time for SEA. With a bold three-year strategy now in place, we’re looking for an experienced income-generation leader to oversee and diversify our income streams — across high-net-worth giving, corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, and earned income through consultancy and training. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Income will play a vital role in shaping the future of the organisation and enabling us to scale our impact.
The Head of Income will lead a talented team, including our Senior Fundraising Manager (trusts and foundations) and Corporate Development Manager (strategic multi-stakeholder partnerships), and collaborate closely with our CEO, Trustees and earned income delivery teams (consultancy and training) whilst also being hands on in relationship development. Your approach will be collaborative, survivor-centred and driven by SEA’s values. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with strong experience in high-value fundraising and/or commercial income generation.

Job Title: Insight Officer (Children and Young People) - Engagement Development

The Digital Engagement Officer (Web & Content) will manage the day to day running and continuous improvement of Sands’ websites, ensuring every page is accurate, accessible and on brand. In this exciting new role, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing & Engagement Manager and our external web agency to coordinate technical updates, troubleshoot CMS issues and track progress on support tickets.
Additionally, you will create and optimise web content that inspires, informs and converts by writing copy, sourcing stories and producing simple multimedia assets that resonate with Sands’ priority audiences. You will support campaign landing pages, paid media tracking and monthly KPI reporting, translating data into actionable insights. This will involve working with colleagues across the organisation as part of project groups sharing expert knowledge from the communications and engagement team, and supporting colleagues to successfully make updates to website pages, following best practice guidelines and advice.
By championing best practice in SEO, accessibility and analytics, and by delivering training sessions for colleagues, the role ensures our web presence remains user centred, data driven and fully aligned with Sands’ mission to save babies’ lives and support bereaved families.
Experience of managing websites and CMS, including basic HTML/CSS fixes and troubleshooting is an essential requirement for this role.
You will be able to produce digital content including graphics or videos (e.g. Canva/CapCut) with the ability to support tracking setup using GA4, Tag Manager, and other analytics tools. Knowledge of SEO, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), and user-centred content principles is also required.
Strong copywriting and proofreading skills for digital content are essential, as is experience of compiling and interpreting digital performance reports. A high level of project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines is also essential.

Role Purpose
Winston’s Wish is a digital first organisation leading the way in Digital Transformation across the Bereavement sector. This role will play a vital part in helping Winston’s Wish turn up the dial across our corporate partnerships fundraising. As our Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser, you will be responsible for growing income from new and existing corporate supporters through creative fundraising and engagement plans and efficient account management, ensuring all partnerships have an excellent experience of supporting Winston’s Wish and understand the impact of their support on the lives of grieving children.
Working with a high level of autonomy, but within a supportive and friendly team, you will develop a live pipeline of prospects, be creative in delivering ways to keep corporate supporters engaged and provide strong stewardship to foster long-term and sustainable partnerships.

Main Responsibilities
Account Management and Stewardship
- Confidently manage a portfolio of existing corporate supporters who, together, make a significant difference to the lives of grieving children.
- Support the delivery of the corporate supporter activities, contributing to a team target.
- Ensure all supporter records are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date on our database, and document all corporate engagement activity.
- Execute and adapt bespoke campaigns.
- Maintain an awareness of corporate giving trends, news, events, campaigns and legislation in the UK and pick up on opportunities or topical issues that will enhance the charity.
- Provide comprehensive stewardship for our corporate supporters.
- Prepare regular communications, rewards and incentives and feedback.
- Tailor impact reports to ensure supporters understand and are inspired by the impact of their support.
- Seek out value added benefits such as generating awareness of the charity, volunteering, gifts in kind, introductions, attendance at events and pro-bono work.
Fundraising
- Identify new prospects in areas and industries where the charity is less known.
- Manage pipeline, approaches and KPIs to meet ambitious income targets.
- Provide support, where appropriate, for wider fundraising activity to develop opportunities across different fundraising areas.
- Work with our Events Manager to leverage and maximise corporate participation in our evolving events programme.
- Deliver and submit creative and persuasive pitches, proposals and applications.
- Explore, develop and expand ways in which businesses can support the charity through new corporate supporter products and platforms to cultivate new and enhance existing relationships, e.g. employee volunteering, Charity of the Year, cause-related marketing, sponsorships and point of sale opportunities.

Building Partnerships

This will involve identifying and engaging partners in geographical ‘cold spots’ for the network (utilising our mapping tool developed with UCL), as well as forming partnerships to unlock new or under-represented types of Warm Welcome Spaces (e.g. Housing Association Community Spaces, cinemas, community spaces created by new housing developments etc).
● Leading the development of our Local Co-ordinators Cluster which brings together Local Authorities and others who are leading place-based networks of community spaces.
● Overseeing and developing the Champions Programme, providing more intensive support and connections to a smaller cohort of Warm Welcome Spaces.
Engagement and Inclusion
● Developing our Inclusion Strategy to identify and engage the best potential partners to diversify our Coalition and support local Spaces to become more accessible and inclusive.
● Working with the team to develop regular engagement activities for Warm Welcome Partners.
● Producing compelling communications (written and verbal) to promote the work of the Warm Welcome Campaign and grow the depth and breadth of partnerships - to include but not limited to partnership proposals, pitches and reports.

CMV Action is a UK-based charity dedicated to supporting families affected by congenital cytomegalovirus (cCMV), a leading cause of childhood disabilities such as deafness, developmental delays, and vision impairment. The charity provides information, advocacy, and support to raise awareness and improve outcomes for those impacted by cCMV, both during pregnancy and in babies and children.
Key Responsibilities
