Through programmes in employability, personal development, wellbeing, and life skills, we empower adults to overcome barriers and step into brighter, more hopeful futures.
We are now developing a dedicated Wellbeing Programme — and we are seeking a compassionate, organised, and visionary Wellbeing Manager to lead its creation, launch, and ongoing delivery.
Your leadership will help adults feel seen, supported, and capable of rebuilding their lives.
The Role: Volunteer Wellbeing Manager
This is a deeply meaningful and impactful leadership role. You will design and manage a wellbeing programme that supports adults with confidence, emotional resilience, stress management, mental wellbeing awareness, and healthy life habits.
You will work closely with the Founder to ensure the programme is safe, empowering, trauma‑aware, and accessible to adults who need it most.
What You’ll Do

Lead the full design and set‑up of our Wellbeing Programme.

Develop workshops and resources on emotional wellbeing, resilience, stress management, self‑care, and healthy routines.

Build partnerships with wellbeing practitioners, coaches, and community organisations.

Recruit and support volunteers and facilitators involved in wellbeing delivery.

Oversee participant onboarding, engagement, and progression.

Ensure the programme is trauma‑informed, inclusive, and rooted in dignity and empowerment.

Monitor outcomes and continuously improve the programme based on feedback and data.

Work closely with the Founder to shape long‑term wellbeing strategy and programme growth.
